I have ordered a case but it shows no order found but took my payment . I need my money back or else show me the tracking ...order ID 4695476

Product does not match the picture shown on website and the company refuses to take account of their irresponsible behavior even after sending wrong product . wrong model cover sent. wrong cover design promised on the website. pathetic attitude while dealing with customers. not at all cooperative and very adamant.

I had ordered a phone cover from stayclassy.in which was received after 9 days as per their policy. the product received was a phone cover but was of a different model than the actual order and also did not look the same as the website. this is a pure case of insincerity towards customer expectations. When I reached out to them through mail at one point they refused me that they couldn't do anything and hence my money would get wasted. After a few more requests they said they are not responsible for delivering the product that looks different from the website. When I tried speaking to them through they did not have the decency to even speak or convince their customer properly and hung up the call twice. The company exists since 2017 in Ahmedabad. This is the worst experience provided by any online commodity.

This website is a complete fraud, the pictures of phone covers which they have posted are alluring but deceptive. I had ordered a beautiful premium cover for my phone, but what I got was a local road side 50rupees phone cover. And to enhance my disappointment is their pathetic refund policy in which they are asking to me to post the phone cover at my own expenses, to get what ? Some 100 reward points which I won't utilise, because I'm NEVER purchasing from this website again. Please look into this review cum complaint

And no further update on mail

The order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 388 through razor pay. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

I placed an order of custom glass mobile case on 13th January 2023. I made the payment and I received the receipt as with order ID, but when I put the order ID on the website's tracking page, it's showing that the order ID doesn't match.

My order ID is - 4660762, my registered email is "[protected]@gmail.com"
I have made a payment of rupees 349. Please send me my order and send it in the best quality, because I have read many bad things about stay classy after I placed an order.

I have ordered a phone case from this website as a guest user on 12/01/23 at 12:50 PM. Now I can't track my order with order number and email id/ phone number. My order number is 4658640.

I haven't receieved any any update on tracking details yet.

I've also received the message saying your order dispatched. I have already paid order amount around Rs 1500/-.
No updates afterwords.

If it it's not resolved, i will report the site. And even dodge a complaint in cyber crime.

It's been more than 5 days and order has not been picked up yet, from the store. I have already paid for the item and want it to be delivered. Kindly look into it.

I have order 3 covers on 27th Dec 2022. I have still not received any update on the delivery status. When i enter the awb shipment number, it show that tracking number doesn't exist. You have taken the money but there is not responsibility of informing from your end.

I ordered a case via google pay and have received my receipt through my mail. But am not able to track my order as it shows order ID and mail ID doesnt match. Please help me out

On 27 i bought Mobile cover. On 29 nov i got there massage that my order will be delivered to me in 24hr. Later it was showing that it will be delivered on 1dec. And again when i check it was showing 2dec as expected date of delivery. 4622498 is my order id.

I have ordered two mobile covers from stay classy.in of worth almost 600. My order id is 4594451. It's almost 6-7 days. Whenever I try to track my order, it shows "your order id and email don't match". I m being cheated by the company. Whenever i try to call them, their number is switched off.
