Hi, I had placed order for 2 phone cases and a pop socket. The website says that the product will be dispatched in 2 days.
But the product has not yet been picked up and shows a pickup exception!
I think I have been cheated.

I have ordered a custom watch( order ID: 4815519) on 4th June 2023. They have mentioned it will be delivered in 5 to 9 business days. But the order has not even been dispatched. I continously tracked the order using track your order page and the status changes between pickup rescheduled and pickup exception continuously. I have mailed the customer care and they said you have to wait for atleast 9 days. They even mentioned that the order will be dispatched by today or tomorrow in the mail received on 8th june.It's been more than that now. I have also called the customer care. They said that we will prioritize your order. But till now no improvement!! Will I get my product
P.S I have made the payment of Rs. 319 which is understood since they have only prepaid options

5 days ago I ordered a cover for my phone from your website.Your website clearly states that by preparing the order within 24 hours.Still no trace of my order even after 5 days.It would have been understandable if the order was late from the delivery side.I guess I lost my money.

This is a site that sells back cover of phones. I ordered samsung galaxy m51 back cover on 1st April 2023 from this. As there is no cash on delivery, online payment is made using Google Pay. Then when I inquired about the order, their site only shows processing, it's been so many days that the delivery hasn't happened, and then I got their email id and customer contact. And I get to know that it was fake.
Can I get my refund?

From this site, the back cover of the phone is said to be sold .
So I ordered samsung galaxy m51 cover on April 1-2023 from this site. I still haven't received their order and when I look at their site it only says processing. Then when I checked their email and customer care number, I realized that both of them are fake. Can I have a refund?

Product does not match the picture shown on website and the company refuses to take account of their irresponsible behavior even after sending wrong product . wrong model cover sent. wrong cover design promised on the website. pathetic attitude while dealing with customers. not at all cooperative and very adamant.

I had ordered a phone cover from stayclassy.in which was received after 9 days as per their policy. the product received was a phone cover but was of a different model than the actual order and also did not look the same as the website. this is a pure case of insincerity towards customer expectations. When I reached out to them through mail at one point they refused me that they couldn't do anything and hence my money would get wasted. After a few more requests they said they are not responsible for delivering the product that looks different from the website. When I tried speaking to them through they did not have the decency to even speak or convince their customer properly and hung up the call twice. The company exists since 2017 in Ahmedabad. This is the worst experience provided by any online commodity.

I have not received my product and also not received any update after 27th Jan 2023.. it has been 5 days since my purchase, order id 4689934.

This website is a complete fraud, the pictures of phone covers which they have posted are alluring but deceptive. I had ordered a beautiful premium cover for my phone, but what I got was a local road side 50rupees phone cover. And to enhance my disappointment is their pathetic refund policy in which they are asking to me to post the phone cover at my own expenses, to get what ? Some 100 reward points which I won't utilise, because I'm NEVER purchasing from this website again. Please look into this review cum complaint

It's been 10days got the money transferred and status is the same
Phone switched off
And no further update on mail

The order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 388 through razor pay. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.
