I got ad about bts phone cover from stay classy in instagram i went through it to purchase and completed my payment too, money is deducted from my account received mail saying payment is successful but my order is not placed it is showing some error and asked me to pay again then where is my deducted money, if I try to contact stayclassy number is switched off and blocked my mail too then how am I supposed to contact them whom should I ask...

I ordered 2 phone cases from them on 30th march.And still it didn't ship.i am getting messages of my order being packed twice just becos i sent a mail.now they blocked my mail too....

I have ordered two products, a air pods pro case and a phone case for vivo v19 with a pop slyder on 3rd April . I had order two T-shirts as per the size chart shown on Stayclassy site. They have sent me two T-shirts of wrong size. They are not ready to accept the mistake and replace it. Their customer support is bluntly refusing to replace it without any reason....

When I ordered I got the date of 9/4/22 as delivery date and on 4/4/22 the shipment tracking web page says that my order is canceled but I paid for. It before getting the product because stayclassy .in doesn’t allow cash on delivery
And when contacted their customer care support everyday I get the same reply your order will be delivered but when...

I ordered an aries themed phone cover and did the payment via card..the money got deducted but i am not able to track my order.. Is my order placed or will i get the refund...

The payment was made through phonepay and i have the reciept from the company for the same.
I tried to log in and track order but it showed no orders were placed. I tried contacting customer service and yet they didnt response.
I have the reciept for the order and want to track it to know its arrival and authencity....

I done the payment through phone pe but I can't get any of tracking results and how to know where my order is reach. And my order no is #4388435 please sovle this problem

I have placed an order of phone case in stay classy on march 17th and till now the product is not delivered its been 10 days. my order id is 4373799 and in orders section it is still showing as processing. I have paid the amount and received a mail of order receipt. Kindly, go through it and deliver it as soon as possible....

How cheap this stayclassy.in is they doesn't delivery my product for past two months, so I claimed for refund, they told refund will done in 5-7days but I already two weeks now, what did they think about customer, do they think money grow in tree! how irresponsible they are! If I complain they text me automatically but no use because I doesn't get my product r refund! Such a waste people...

I ordered name necklace from stayclassy.in on 12 march 2022. The tracking status shows the order has been cancelled by the seller on 21st March. I have not recieved any information about this cancellation. I have paid the company full payment through online mode.

Hello, I ordered a glass phone case from
stayclassy but at first I didn't get my order for
more than 2 weeks. I then texted them in
Instagram and the next day itself I got a mail
saying the order is shipped. I don't even want
refund, I can understand that it's not their
mistake but still I want them to fix the glass
only. I don't even want replacement. Just need
the glass to be fixed....

I have ordered a mobile phone back case cover on 15th March. I have been trying to track my order and unable to do so as it says the email id and tracking number does not match. I have tried calling the customer care number and it's not reachable. I have mailed them regarding the same and no response from their end....

I filed a complaint here, so they stay classy.in texted me in instagram as they'll deliver it earliest possible or else they will refund me. But after this dm it's a week r more I doesn't get the phone case or my refund, What a irresponsible ppl they are. I am waiting for the product since one month...

I ordered my phn case one feb 9 I paid already, I got only message from shiprocket, but no information or order id from stay classy, what you doing I wan my phone case ordered or my money back...

I ordered a phone case and a glass protector from Stayclassy on 11th February 2022 ( Order no. 4340208) a payment of Rs 498 was made via UPI.
I did not receive the order till date[protected].
I need my refund back as soon as possible.
I even tried contacting there costumer care no. and mail, but received no response.
This is extremely carelessness.
The status in Delhivery still shows... pickup pending.br...

It's been 8 days since I have ordered a phone, according to the website I will be receiving it in 4 to 5 working days and I still have not received. Theis is no cod too. Had to pay in online. I have tried contacting but not respond and the contact nos are fake. Pls do resolve this problem....
