I ordered 2 t-shirts with prepaid option.
The t shirts I received were faulty and were of poorest quality, so I tried contacting the company through call, mail and instagram, only to hear that ‘We did not find any problem in the order you received, so we cannot help you with return or exchange’
The phone numbers don’t work, no one picks the call, mail is also not working.

I got ad about bts phone cover from stay classy in instagram i went through it to purchase and completed my payment too, money is deducted from my account received mail saying payment is successful but my order is not placed it is showing some error and asked me to pay again then where is my deducted money, if I try to contact stayclassy number is switched off and blocked my mail too then how am I supposed to contact them whom should I ask for my refund

I have ordered two products, a air pods pro case and a phone case for vivo v19 with a pop slyder on 3rd April . It is currently 13th April and I only received the air pods pro cover I ordered, I have no clue about the phone case, there's no massage, no email regarding the info of the phone case, my order is is #4386470, but when I'm using the id to track my orders it says so such id exists, pls help me as soon as possibly since I'm a student and has very limited money, I can't just ignore it while the amount was deducted from my bank account .

I ordered my product on 29/3/22
Which was of 2 mobile phone glass cases
When I ordered I got the date of 9/4/22 as delivery date and on 4/4/22 the shipment tracking web page says that my order is canceled but I paid for. It before getting the product because stayclassy .in doesn’t allow cash on delivery
And when contacted their customer care support everyday I get the same reply your order will be delivered but when is that means the same reply again 2-3days sir
It’s been more than a week now and still I didn’t receive my product

I ordered two mobile covers

The payment was made through phonepay and i have the reciept from the company for the same.
I tried to log in and track order but it showed no orders were placed. I tried contacting customer service and yet they didnt response.
I have the reciept for the order and want to track it to know its arrival and authencity.

How cheap this stayclassy.in is they doesn't delivery my product for past two months, so I claimed for refund, they told refund will done in 5-7days but I already two weeks now, what did they think about customer, do they think money grow in tree! how irresponsible they are! If I complain they text me automatically but no use because I doesn't get my product r refund! Such a waste people
