Hi Team,

I ordered a Indian cricket team Tshirt on 19th October, worth Rupees 550 but till date they've not delivered my order.
In every alternate day, they send me a sms stating that my order is packed but nothing happens. Their customer care number is always switched off and they don't even respond to their emails.
I think they are totally Fraud.

I believe this situation warrants intervention from the Consumer Court to ensure that I receive the products I paid for or receive a refund for the amount spent.I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and taking appropriate actions against the company "Stay Classy" for their failure to fulfill the order and provide adequate customer support. our prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, as I believe it is essential to protect consumer rights and ensure that businesses operate in a fair and transparent manner.Thank you for your assistance, and I look forward to a resolution of this matter.

Hi there, I have ordered a team india T-shirt on 17th Oct 2023, today it’s 27th Oct & still i am getting the below message,

This is the fourth time i received this same message, Tell me one thing, when would i get my parcel delivered to my given address? Else, tell me directly so that i go ahead and drop a complaint against you guyz.

I ordered a Team India Tshirt from this FAKE website on 10th October and today is 27th October, I still have no updates.
Called their support 2 times. On 19th October, they told that it will be shipped the same day but not yet shipped and now the customer care has blocked my number.
Not able to call them.

I had ordered a phone cover on October 12. They say that they will deliver within 5 days, but it's 5th day, still they haven't even shipped. Send the order by day after tomorrow, 19th, else cancel the order and send my money back.

Order on 3rd of October it was said they will deliver in 24 hours still haven't received anything not answering the calls calls not responding it's almost 10 days now and I think it's a scam

Have still not received my products . They are just bluffing round by sending message order is packed and the. Next it's been rescheduled...it's a a big time scam company so many complaints on ur website high time u need to take action ...

Pl expedite ..a serious action must be taken...

Ordered products on 3oct their website says it will ge deliver in 24 hours. After completing to consumer court just told me the order is been pack by yet it is not been dispatched. They just are delaying everyday sending your order is packed then again reschedule order is pack and then and re schedule. It's almost 7 days . They don't answer on the customer number they are rude with customer as well. It's a scam company really need to do something about

I recently ordered a phone cover on the 3rd 0f September but I'm unable to track the order. They say on their website that they ship orders within 48 hours of ordering, but there is no tracking of my order. They have provided me with an order ID but when I tried tracking it says the order ID is invalid. I've paid full money to them and they are now just ignoring me. I cannot even cancel the order now. It was not some disposable money, it was my hard-earned money. Please sent my order ASAP.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I placed an order on 11th Aug 2023. My order ID is Order #4881255. While ordering by mistake I have selected my wrong address and old not in use mobile number instead of the address and number i want this order to get delivered. After placing order i realize that address which got selected is wrong.
I reached out to stayclassy through email and requested them to kindly change my shipping address and contact number.
I have provided my new shipping number and address.
But they haven't read the email properly and replied me this.
" Dear customer,
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours from placing an order.As it's been more than 4 hours from placing an order, now we can't proceed for it. "

I haven't said them to cancel my order, i just requested to change my shipping address and number.

Please help, I'll be very grateful 🙏🏻

It's been a month and i haven't received my product which is s23 ultra case. I tried to connect stayclassy.in but it wasn't possible.
My order id[protected] I hope my issue gets resolved ASAP.

My money got deducted from my account, i got the confirmation mail from the website
But when I'm trying to track my order it's not showing my order

I had ordered a mobile case for my samsung galaxy z flip 4 on 13th june 2023 and at that I had been mentioned that my order would be delivered by 18th june and today is 21st june and still it's not yet shipped and tracking is showing as pickup rescheduled. I had called the given customer care number many times but no response and I had also mailed their customer care but no response.
