I had Ordered a Mobile Phone Back Cover for my Redmi Note 4 though this website. I placed the order on 18th June 2018. It was said that the delivery will be within 5 to 9 days. But today its 11th July and I have still not received my product. There was no COD option available so I had to pay the money online. Also I did call their customer helpline number on which the representative said that the product will be delivered within the next four days and that it was delayed due to technical issues. It has been six days since then and moreover their all the helpline numbers are switched off. They are not even replying to my emails. I would suggest you look into the matter and take action against this fraudulent website as quick as possible. I have seen a number of complaints highlighting the same issue with this website. Now all i want is my money to be refunded.

I have ordered two cases worth ₹300 and you people haven’t still updated me with any information.Its late but I understood that you are fraud and are just playing around as I payed through my card.

I had ordered a mobile phone cover weeks ago. Luckily I just ordered one. I had come across this site on a social media app. I tried contacting them I just got a response saying it takes 7-9 days to process. But that's all. They didn't bother to reply to any of mails after that. Don't expect any sort of communication about shipping details or the status of your order. It's mandatory to pay online first here, no COD. Clearly seems like some fraud site. I wouldn't recommend you to make purchases from this site unless of course you don't mind losing some cash for no reason. StayClassy.in is fake, don't buy from here.

I ordered redmi note 5 pro case of amounting Rs.199/-. After placing order, i read many complaints by customers about cheating by company and not delivering products. So i requested cancellation and refund of my amount paid via paytm wallet. As stated in their refund norms that they will refund the product amount in source of payment, if cancelled within 4 hours of placing order. I placed order on 08.07.2018 at 7 .01 pm and requested for cancellation at 7:40 pm 08.07.18. Kindly do needful regarding refund.

I have ordered mi phone cover with order number 301741on 23nd june 2018 and its 29th june 2018. I still didnt get any conformation mail from the other end. The payment of inr. 199/- has been done for the product from my card. Their contacts are all fake. This is the second time for the complaint, i also sent a mail to the stayclass.in. Its reply to me on 2july. Still i dont get any message

I have ordered a phone case from stayclassy on 19th june from an instagram add which redirects only to the payment gateway to order it. I have ordered in a belief that i will recieve the order in couple of days as the other ecommerce sites. But it has a diffrent policy in delivering as it takes 7 or more days which i was not aware as it was not explaining in the platform. When i had a chat on a social media after trying numerous way to connect, they had informed saying order has processed and it will be delivered in 7 or more days however, i tried cancelling my order and it was not allowed as it has to be cancelled within 4 hours of time from the order time. This was an another policy from the team. Still i made my mind to wait to complete the 7 days to get it delivered. But i got a message on the 7th day saying that it was delivered on that day which was inappropriate and breach of the words. And now i am in the 10th day recieved a message stating the order has been returned without any prior notice. I am lodging a complaint here with full faith on juduciary were i will not be fooled. May i please have your assistance on this.

You, people, get the money and start fooling people. I have placed the order on 24th of june. It's 26th today, and i haven't received any notification from your end.
Just because i made an online payment, you cannot fool around. Do you want me to lodge a police complaint on you?

You better get my product delivered or else return my money. Do anything but respond. You guys are fake and i understood it late. But i make sure if i don't get it back then i will be going to the police today, that is for sure.

I have filled all the necessary info which is required to place the order and made the payment online through Debit card. The amount near about 194 is been deducted from my main account. I have attached their screenshot as well.

Just for your information, I want to let you know that I was trying to book the product through a guest account.

After deducting the amount, I am not getting any such mail or message regarding my order is booked. I call to my bank and register a complaint about the same because I was thinking might be its bank problem and my amount will be refunded but today I again call to the bank and they told me, my merchant, I mean you have successfully received the payment.

My order id 264591 it’s been a three week and i haven’t received any update on the product (Mobile case). I tried calling on the number available on the website, the number is also switched off, later on, i tried again calling after a week then to this fraudster kept on saying it will take more 7-9 days to get delivered.
Yet the order is not dispatched also. This is not the professional way of doing business. Even today i tried to check the status with the order i’d still the same thing.

Refund my money otherwise deliver my product...

I have ordered 1 back covers on 5th june 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off. I also paid them 200 rupees through debit card. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

I can not received my redmi note 5 pr0 back cover after the payment done through the debit card. Please solve my problem and deliver my phone's cover as soon as possible. My order no. Is 287147. Black cover on which "beta tumse na ho payega" is written. I have paid 200 rupees for that cover nd the customer care no. Is always out of service and there is no another link to contact the company.

Same problem paid money but order is still processing. Problem not solved till 9th june 2018 and there is no detail or info wen it will be deliverd.. Please solve the problem regarding this. Dont want to file case in consumer court.2 covers for v9 vivo cost 348/-.. Guys did you got yours??

I have the same problem the people are complaing about. the number are switch off.order is still processing.even the mail are not delivered to the mail address. delivered me the product or return me my money. I just want my money.its just a fake site.allow u to order some stuff and loot your money very cleverly.first time I just visited this worst site.

It’s been over a month that i had placed a prepaid order with this website “stayclassy.in”, order no. 203306 and it has not been delivered. I had paid the amount online in advance.
The admin doesn’t respong via email or the phone number provided.
How to register a police complaint against them?
We need to put this guy behind the bars, he is fraud and has already fooled more than 1000 customers.

I had ordered an back cover of avenger theme for my one plus 5t mobile on 30 may 2018 but has not recieved my cover yet. I tried to contact them through but that was not possible as it was auto generated. Then i tried to call them on customer care number but it was busy all the time. I have been very much fed up with the company and wants my money back from them. My order no:- #266199 it was of total 200 rs including the delievery charge. And was paid to ccaveneu.com. Please look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

I didnt get any thing yet,
Either thaey should give me my money or they should give me case.
Thaey mailed me that they had already delivered the case but i didnt get anything.
Please help me to figure out this
