I had ordered one mobile cover of oppo f3 26 july and still havent received my product. I have already paid by the amount.
They do not send any updates regarding the product. No one is reverting if we email. Also the support center numbers given in website are not picking up. They are reluctant to answer the customers and bluntly cutting the calls.

I either want a refund or a proper response from the management apologizing for this delay and bad service...

I ordered two cases for iphone 7 plus on 22nd july, 2018. From the very first moment, there were issues with their services. Firstly, i couldn't find my order on their site. With a lot of difficulty, i managed to get hold of the customer care personnel, she then manually changed my order status to processing (She first thought the due amount wasn't paid, even though it was paid via card. This shows their executives have no idea what they are dealing with i the first place.)
Now it's 10 days, there hasn't been any communication and order is still showing as processing on their site. The customer care number is either switched off or busy, never available. I have even raised two tickets, none of which was responded to. This is so frustrating since i have already paid for them. I want the covers asap or will have to complaint to a higher authority!

There are no updates from stayclassy. Totally feel its an fake fraud site. Have ordered 3 cover and even payed online. I need my money back or my product anyhow. Don't force us to come to your stayclassy given address.

I need my cases or money back.... I have read various complaints but till then i had placed the order... Need help as soon as possible...

I ordered 2 cases on stay classy.in on 27 july 2018, order no. #371099 for redmi 4 and mi a1 and today is 1 aug 2018 there is no update of my order where it is the website still showing order is in processing from 5 days. I think the website is totally fake and there costumer helpline is also totally fake. I suggest you to not to buy any product from this website (Stay classy) they just cheat you by showing their ads on different different social media platforms. So i want my money back or product to be delivered asap.

I ordered 6 phone covers from this site on 28 july totalling 875/-. The order is still under processing and no intimation is being given regarding it's delivery even after mails and contact. I don't even know if the product will be delivered or not. And since cod payment option is not available. The order is already paid for.
Please help.
This seems to be a fraudulent site! But the advertisements are so agressive that it attracts attention easily. Such sites should be banned in consumer interest.

Every time i try to track my order it shows your order is still processing.. It's been 9 days.. I want my order within 1or 2 days otherwise i'm not going to spare these frauds.. I ordered a mobile cover on the 26th of July, order number 370097, but till date the status only says that it is under processing.
It was said it took 5-7 days for delivery, today 5 days are done and yet it is under processing, with no signs of improvement.
Also, the customer care numbers are not available.
And the e-mails are also not being responded to.
If the company can not provide the required product, refund my money back.
And that too as soon as possible!

But as the payment has been done. No order confirmation, not even website is showing my order. I want my money back, why dont they just put off this site if it has made so many frauds already . They are just fooling people doing misuse of digital communication

Have ordered a cover on 10th of July but m very disappointed that I didn't receive the cover yet.. payment has already been done..customer service phone numbers are switched off..status says still processing..wtf is this..is this a fraud website..if it is so we can raise a complaint against this website..

I bought mobile cases total 13 numbers for my phones from their website on 23.07.2018 night for total value of rs. 1540/-.

Money has been charged from my credit card and payment id is pay_acldaa6hhvudrp through razorpay at 11:24pm on 23.07.2018.

I had generated the online support ticket as well with ticket id as 1693 on 24.07.2018 at 01:19am but till date no reply and also mailed to them on 24.07.2018 morning but till date no reply.

Requested to either provide the order id of order placed or refund the money back so that i can place the fresh order. Kindly help.

I have ordered a cover for my mobile motorola g5s plus which is about 5 days back, and i couldn't get any information about it. Even the contact number isn't available and not even they are replying with email. Please do something. My order number is 360862. They only replied once that "your order is being processed and it will take 7-9 days". Even i have paid the money and they can't provide with product as well as any information.

I have ordered a phine case of honoe 7x and moto e4plus and it's been a long time but the status is still processing. I've already paid an amount of 348rs. Via paytm. Kindly help me and others in getting these fraudsters caught as they've been fooling around a lot of people because there service numbee is also switched off and they haven't replied to any of my mails i've been sending them. I found this site on facebook ads and i guess i'm also trapped the way other people are. Please help me and everyone who's been looted by these fraudsters hiding behind on the name of a phone cover site.

I ordered 3 phone cases from this website on 19th July 2018. Since then, my order is"'processing" and there has been no update on the status. Both their customer care numbers are switched off and unresponsive. Since there is no COD option, I did the online transaction of Rs 497 through Razorpay, the money was deducted from my account. I wish to have my money refunded as soon as possible and have them blocked from advertising their products. Please assist.
