I had ordered 2 mobile case cover on 17th july, one for one plus 5t and another for one plus 6. Already have done the payment of 368 rupees.
But haven't received any update regarding the product. The status is still showing "product is currently processing.".
I tried calling their help center on the below numbers provided in the website but they are switched off:

I placed order on 21 july and it was paid order. Today on ther website i clicked on the chat support and send them an email regarding the status of my order. They replied that database not found and now i am unable to even open the website and from then it was continuously showing being processed. They are not even replying on mails and their one number is off nd other not responding.

4 or 5 days ago i have ordered 3 mobile back covers.. 2 of redmi note 4 and 1 of iphone 6s.. Till yet i have not received any notification from the site.. I have already made the payment of 497 from card.. My order number is 357836.. Date: 19 july 2018.. If there is any problem just fix the problem and atleast inform the customer about it.. After ordering there was no delivery date on which it will deliver.. Both the heloline numbers are either switched off or busy.. My order is confirmed and the amount has been takes from my account from that day itself. So please let me know about the order or i will take some really serious action against this site.. Mobile case not delivered yet though the full amount is paid.. With oder id #358181 the order is of samsung on max.. And the amount paid is 200 including delivery charges..
The customer care number is switched off and there is no means of communication.
It has been a week since it's ordered. I hope the order gets delivered soon or i need the refund of my money..

I have ordered 2 back covers on 13 july 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 348 when a mail was sent i had got a reply stating no such mail id exists. This problem has been reported by many people. Wish i had read these complaints earlier, i had not ordered anything from this website. My order number is 346714

Please look into the matter.
Black list this company for not following IT guidelines. and ban this and related site.
Initiate fund if possible.

I have ordered a product from stayclassy.in 9days ago but didn't get any notifications about shipping or other.my order number is339210 . Every time i try to track my order it shows your order is still processing.. It's been 9 days.. I want my order within 1or 2 days otherwise I'm not going to spare these frauds.. Customer care number always stays busy.. Sir please take strict actions against these sites.and ban their site from internet

Ordered a phone cover for rs199 from the website on 13th July 2018. Since there was no COD option, i made a card payment.
The amount was credited from my bank account instantly.
Now the problem is whenever i try to track my order, it shows "processing" always.
Tried to reach them, , but their contact numbers are always switched off. Once i was able to reach the given contact, but no one picked up the call, and within a few minutes the number was again switched off.
The company is totally fraud and should be banned., strict action must be taken upon. Their promotion from social media must be stop instantly so that it cant fool other people.
I need my money back.

I ordered 2 mobile covers for honer 9 lite mobile on 5 July 2018...I Paid online 348 Rs for two covers with net banking... After one week when check site of stayclassy.in my Order no #330205 even not show booked...than I called on 2 nos given on site more than 20 times ...one no always switched off and second was continously busy ..after all any how a person lifted phone and said there was a technical falt...now your order placed your payment is already recieved...After this he give me 16-17 july date for delivery and till date 17 July 2018 not get my order...and the site Stayclassy.in shows the status order is 'processing' ...when i try call on 16 and 17 july same ...one no is busy and second is continously busy ...when I tried to mail on there mail adress it was worng or fake so every time it failed to deliver mail...today 17 july 2018 when they pick the call than said your order is not dispached yet...I found the site fake, unprofessional and totaly feeling cheated...

This site is totally fraud. I ordered a back cover on 13th 2018 and the order is still saying it is getting processed. I want my money back. This site should be banned and their promotion should stop ASAP on various social media ( like i got to know about this site from Instagram ) so that it cannot fool other people.

I ordered my mi a1 back case on June 29 and paid money to it via razor pay.But till now they didn't deliver it . I called their helpline number but it says that the phone is switched off and I mailed them but it didn't accept customers replies and compliants. Please ban this kind of sites and don't trust stay classy.it is such a fraud company 😡😠. I want my money back.

I ordered an product on 11of July but the website is still showing me that your order is processing.
I don't think they are gonna deliver my product or returning my money. Because the customer support of the stayclassy.in is not working.
And the phone numbers given on the site are always switched off.
So overall if we talk about the site, Is GENUINE FRAUD. The are misguiding the people by not giving the proper feedback or the customer support.
PLEASE DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.

On 10/07/2018 I ordered 2 phone covers of Redmi note 5 pro for the amount of Rs348. Which was debited from my account by your team "Razorpay" I have all the details of the debit. Thereafter I did not receive any phone cover nor any confirmation message was sent by you irrespective of debuting the above said amount of Rs 348.
You are further requested to kindly provide the phone covers to me on the given address I.e. RZ-68G(New No-1304) Lane No -6 Main Sagarpur New Delhi -110046 or to refund the debited amount failing which being an Advocate I will initiate the legal proceeding against you under IPC for cheating and under cyber laws as well.

One of the cover which is of V5 max is of some other vivo cell phone
Its size is small
My mobile is not fitting in this cover

Please ban such kind of websites. I had lost my money. Please give my money back or else I am going to raise a FIR against this website. Customer care contact numbers are switched off. And no reply for email

I ordered a phone cover of motog 4plus on 6th July .. it been 6 days already I don't get my phone cover, so I want to know when will I get my phone cover? Even the help line numbers are switched off of this website . They mentioned in there website that the order will be delivered in 4-5 days . And still I can't get my phone cover. So I m requesting you to check when will they delivered my product.

How can u just randomly send such msg without checking anything and there no msg from delivery boy as well.

I have ordered 2 mobile case worth Rs. 350 .One is of ASUS Zenfone and another one is of Iphone 7 .Order details number is "336411" on 9 July 2018. but while tracking the order i am not getting any details from there. also while trying to call on the help line no. they had provided, it is continuously getting busy or switched off.
