I had placed an order for 2 phone cases for redmi note 4 on 31st march. Order number 160202. I have not yet received it. After 2 weeks from the above date i received a wrong case of the wrong phone model. (Order number as mentioned on the box received 160206) however, the bill contains my order number regarding 1 case but the box contains the wrong product. The order is prepaid rs 349. The company is not responding anymore nor is it refunding the amount. Their contact number is always off.

I ordered xiaomi phone back cover (order no# 220918) on 9th May 2018 and till date it is showing processing. both the helpline numbers are switched off. amount of Rs.200 was paid & digital receipt is avlb.should I file a case With consumer court ?

        I ordered my back cover on may 6 and its may 17 today and i had still not received my order. There was no option for cod so i made payment through my debit card. The helpline number which they gave is switched off and they never respond to emails. This is a fraud website looting people. I ordered a back cover for xiomi 5a. I want my money back. Please take a strict action against them. When i track my order it shows your order is complete but it is no where delivered. Please guys avoid this website cause they are fraud. This website should be banned within 3 days otherwise i m going to take a strict action against them in the consumer court. They are fraud and are just looting innocent people... I hope you will pay attention at my complain and will take strict action as fast as possible. Ban this website and help against consumer exploitation.

          Its been 14 days and i had not got my order.. I paid 300 from my debit card for it. Stayclassy is a fake website looting people. There is no mode of communication available. The mobile no. They gave as their helpline always remains switched off and they even dont reply to the emails. We should all take a strict action against them. They are looting people.

            I had ordered cover for iPhone 7 on 10th May 2018 and the order still shows processing. The order number is #221341 and is billed under the name of Raunak Khurana. It's been almost a week and the company has still not shipped my order. This company is a fraud, please report the company and make sure they deliver soon. I have attached the bill as a proof.

              We have ordered more than 08 cases,
              Full payment has been done On-Line through Paytm.
              We cannot track our order.
              It just keeps showing as "currently Processing''.
              We not even received tracking Number on email or by message.
              How are we supposed to know status of our Order?
              And No use of Contact numbers, tried contacting every day.
              Both of them are Switched-OFF!

I contacted them in every possible way but there is no reply from them and their phones are switched off. I have already paid the money through online net banking...                 I have ordered 2 mobile phone cases in Stayclassy.in website on May 7th 2018. Till today the order was showing as "IN PROGRESS".                   I have a ordered 5 covers for OnePlus 5T haven't received them in so long! Customer care number is coming switched off. This is just unfair either ban the fraud website or send the order properly. This is no way to treat a customer. This Is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. Companies like these should be throughly checked before letting them advertise so much

                    Firstly i booked my phone cover and after that I did the payment with my bank account..then they showed payment done but booking is failed. I also received the msg of money debited from my account... After this on the same day I booked the second cover from paytm then it get booked and payment also got successful... Now here, i booked only 1 cover, but it charged me 400 rs. were 1 booking was failed and 1 was successful but money was debited in both the bookings.
                    And it's been almost 9 days from booking, it's showing both the orders processing, and not telling anything else, even i tried calling but the nom is unreachable. I just want my all money back that's it.

                      They are fraud, I have paid money via Paytm and it's been 15 days I haven't got product yet.

                      I got to know about them through Instagram and I have ordered from there. guys don't buy anything from them. they will take your money and won't send a product to you.

                      When I called them it's switched off.

                      Ordered 2 mobile covers paid rs 349, still not received. If I don't receive it in a week I will go to consumer court and sue the owner of this website!! Either refund my money or deliver my mobile cover.Such a shame!

                            I ordered two mobile cases from stayclassy. I paid the money in advance. And when i contacted the number they provided in the help section, it's switched off. I have tried calling them more than 10 times. I have already paid rs. 350. Please take strict actions against the website and help me to get my refund.                                 On 12th may at 12:34 am i payed for a customized phone case online on the www.statyclassy.in website by paytm upi id. The amount of the purchase was 300 rupees with delivery charge was deducted from my paytm bank account.

                                But the website is showing that payment is 'failed' & 'canceled currently' but i've gotten no refund of my money.

                                I want my customize phone case, if not possible then refund my money.

                                  I have ordered back cover of redmi note 5 pro and i haven't received it and if this company is fake then refund the money or otherwise the company will face a serious problem and subjected to court take action as soon as possible otherwise consequences are worst. My stayclassy id no. Is #221953 i have ordered one cover and keen to get the back cover as soon as possible because there are many complaints in the box and no. Provided os always switched off the site is also not performing and take a serious action fast otherwise i will fioe a petition to the company and can trouble the company very seriously

                                    I oder 2 case and after successfully payment they show on website payment failed. But money redeemed from bank account.
                                    They are not show response helpline number is switch off all the time. And provide fake Emai id. Please solve issue.

                                      My order no.is 213571.. I have ordered a cover for one plus 5T model before a week and still not received it..it is still showing processing on the website..there is no reply in calls and emails..the service is going too worst..give me back my money or a cover in maximum 2 days..never ever try to order something like this from these type of websites from now on...

                                        Product: bol na aunty aaun kya xiaomi redmi note 4 phone case × 1
                                        Subtotal: ₹ 149.00
                                        Shipping: ₹ 51.00 via flat rate
                                        Payment method: credit card/debit card/netbanking
                                        Total: ₹ 200.00

                                        But still the status is showing as processing. I guess my money is wasted. Will never shop from any of such sites again in my life. Got a good lesson from them.
