I hav ordered a footwear from this site order reference-#1629966 on[protected] and made the payment of Rs. 624 through mobikwik transaction Id-4431782 but didn't receive my order yet. On[protected] one of there delivery agent called me up to ask a location. When I told him the exact location of my address, I want to tell you that he refused to deliver and talked in a very rough manner. I don't know his name but I have his phn nmbr-[protected].
The current status is that he didn't deliver the product yet and when I checked my order history its status is showing that the product has been delivered. I hope you will take a strict action against him and send my product wid some other delivery agent. Today I'm highly disappointed wid this act by one o[censored]r agent. Try to resolve the above issue as soon as possible.
I have been trying to contact them but they were not responding.

    I was ordering wedges using my voucher, but accidentally the order got cancelled and my voucher worth rs.999 which was generated by your refund policy after my previous order cancellation (Which has to be my refunded money) which is now gone.

    So, please kindly return my voucher or refund my money back.

    I have been trying to contact them, but they are not responding to my emails and messages.

    I was filling up my address and when I was saving it, a notice came up invalid address, so it gave me options, and when I selected an option, it wouldn't appear anymore, I tried several times but it's still the same and even if I try it several times there's no point, please help me in placing this order please.

      I had placed an order of 4 pair of footwear on 20th june. The expected date of delivery was 11th july, i. E. Today. But someone called me today that my order has been cancelled as i have raised some query. I hadnt ever raised any query. I was supposed to get my delivery today and now i am getting this info today. Now noone is picking up the phone at ur side. This is so unprofessional. Tomorrow is my birthday and you are ruining it all. Take immediate action regarding it or i will have to reach high authorities soon.

          I have ordered 4 things which is total amount of 1702.97 from "streetstylestore.com" website by using mobikwik wallet. I didn't get any confirmation for order from "streetstylestore.com" after successful paid money. It is also not showing any order in my order list of "streetstylestore.com/" account.

          Please help me to get refund for this.
          My bank account number is "[protected]" and bank is bank of baroda.

          Transaction id from bank = s98472956 which proves that money is transferred from bank to mobikwik wallet.
          Transaction id from mobikwik = 44702556 which proves that money is transferred from mobikwik wallet to "streetstylestore.com/".

            I placed 3 orders on 6th june 2017 and made an online payment of rs. 3051.
            I have received only one order of rs.651. I never received other two orders of worth rs. 2400.
            If i try to contact this company the call goes to some residential house and its a wrong number.
            Order number for the one i havent received are #1561743 and #1618781.
            Its already been more than one month.
            Please take an action as soon as possible.

              Order number 1574709 i ordered this on june 7th still i didn't get any information about my product. While i was trying to call customer care there is no response. And another order no 1570006 ordered this on june 5th still now there is no update on this product no customer care numbers were responding. I have sent many mails asking them to about delivery of my products but there is no reply from them.
              My order details are for order number 1574709 3 tops of cost 999 rupees and for another order number 1570006 one pair shoes of cost 649 rupees

                Placed the order of 1 pair of shoes from street style store website, order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.
                As per the company norms order is delivered with in maximum of 21 days.
                Failure on the part of company includes:
                1. No mail was placed on my mail id after order conformation mail for any further information.
                2. Track your order column is vacant. So i am unable to proceed with.
                3. Under raise a query column no reply is provided. For that i have raised query for the same 2 times (#13134 & #112137) & 5 days time period has been passed but no reply.
                4. Under help desk mail id, i mailed them twice but only auto generated mail is delivered that too reply to go with support system as i have done it & details have been mentioned under point 4.
                5. Helpline number as is provided on sss website firstly says not reachable then if you try for the second time every time bell ring but no one picks up the call. I have tried more than 50 times.
                6. I have not got my shoes till now.

                I request you to please consider the aforesaid & help me out of this so that i can have my order as early as possible.

                As per the assurance made on 15 September, 2017 that,

                "This mail is regarding your refund as you requested for refund and we are proceeding for the same, The refund will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days which doesn't include any Saturday and Sunday"

                More than 12 days time period has been passed excluding public holidays but still no refund has been granted. This is 3rd time i am approaching via consumer complaints. Every time when i complain same reply is forwarded from SSS and consequently no refund is granted.

                order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.
                Refund Initiated on 10.08.2017

                Status of my SSS Account from 10.08.2017 (i.e from last 3 months) is - "Refund Requested - Discontinued Product"

                Even when i communicate through mails from my SSS Account - Auto confirmation reply comes back without answering the customers query. Additionally for the selection of question while placing query on SSS Account of the concerned customer that does not contain option for Refund not granted. And when i again tried to communicate with SSS, SSS authorities simply asks about the details of my order placed on 11.06.2017 and after that no response.

                From last three months neither i received order nor my refund.
                Please consider it as last opportunity and refund the whole amount of my order reference - #1581994 on 11.06.2017.

                  I had placed an order for a sandles n sneakers in april. After few weeks i received a defective sandle where the straps had come out. Simultaneously i received the sneakers too but the size was way too big. I raised a replacement for both these products.. Some one came to collect the sneakers but none came to collect the defective sandles. Till date i have neither receive a new product nor received the money back. The defective sandles are still with me since april. Wanted to understand what the he'll are they upto???

                    I haven't received my order yet, its been 2 months! Firstly they have sent a wrong shoes, and when i asked for the replacement (Size differ) they took the product and didn't return my product. Don't know what exactly they need, took product also didn't return money also.

                        Hi,
                        I recently ordered a bunch of clothes from sss, which had genuine issues. The site displays no proper information in regards to clothes with false pictures put up. I spoke to hod of the department and she promised to deal with the issue. Post that they stopped replying to my mails altogether.
                        How can a hod be so irresponsible and negligent towards a dissatisfied customer?
                        I wish to return the products. Please get it collected asap. You cant force your products on customers by not responding to mails. This is highly unprofessional. Specially when the hod is in the loop.

                            Three of my orders worth thousands of rupees have been cancelled but not refunded back. Please share an update or release payment. The status mentioned on your website is refund paid yet it's not paid. It's not possible to contact you guys. So, please pay me back.

                            I am frequent customer of sss. I have ordered many times with your company and even is it was delayed, i got the products. I ignored others negative comments and reviews. The products i receive we good and i trusted the company. But, this issue is unheard of. How can you put the status as refund paid but not pay back the money. I even inquired with mobikwik as i used their service to pay you guys. Please take this matter very urgent and pay me back.

                                I am Alisha Bose from siliguri West Bengal, on 08/07/17 I have placed an order for Rs.2100 and have payed before hand through my debit card.

                                  I want to submit my complaint regarding this particular company..
                                  I have placed order on 06/24/2017 & my order no is 1610344
                                  I ordered three shoes in the 999 store and it said theres no cash on delivery option for this order so i paid through debit card to ccavenue. The cash memo that i have received is of Rs. 570.94 for pair of 2 shoes but an amount of Rs.1102.94 has been deducted from my account for ordering 3 items. What about the rest of 1 items?? Am i going to get product as well or my money back?? I have got two products now. I did not get the 3rd product. the unprofessional behaviour of this company is extremely depressing...no confirmation email... plus its next to impossible to contact them... they dont attend any phone calls..

                                    Its almost a month I placed the order and I have not received it. It does not even show under my account. The order was already paid. Order number:1594138. Either return my money or I will take this matter to the system. You guys cannot rob people like this.

                                      The are promising delivery within 3-21 days and even after more than 45 days there are no traces of the product ordered.
                                      I have placed two orders in one of which I have used the credit of the goods I have returned. For asking them regarding delivery, I have raised many tickets and either they promise delivery or they don't even reply. Kindly look in the matter and help customers for such unnecessary delay in getting the products they have ordered.

                                      I faced similar issue with SSS with my first order and was really regreting on making advance payment. But they sent the product and it was worth after receiving it in two months. My advice is keep shopping on SSS but choose cash on delivery option only. You will pay just 50 rupees extra and receive your order in a week. I have so many footwears from SSS and loved them all. They were very kind to refund me also as wallet money to place my exchange order.

                                        Its been almost more than a month and past delivery date.
                                        I havent received my order yet. I have already paid online for my order.
                                        They are not even responding to my e mail. The number is fraud.
                                        ORDER no.#1579831
                                        Its really unprofessional of them as if a person is paying for it that means they are trusting the site but its all vain. This is some kind of trap for all consumers. I am really looking forward to you guys so that the problem gets resolved. Wasting time and energy of people on these kinda site is worthless.

                                        Please make sure that issue gets resolved and also charge is made against them so that other people dont fall under this trap and get into problem.

                                        Kindly look into it humble request.
