I am Alisha Bose from siliguri West Bengal, on 08/07/17 I have placed an order for Rs.2100 and have payed before hand through my debit card.
Somehow the address and phone number which was inserted have changed, and i dont know who's number and address are those.(my actual address will be- radha kunj apartment, sarodamoni road, rajiv more, ashrampara, 734001. [protected])
Now I am really very worried about...

I want to submit my complaint regarding this particular company..
I have placed order on 06/24/2017 & my order no is 1610344
I ordered three shoes in the 999 store and it said theres no cash on delivery option for this order so i paid through debit card to ccavenue. The cash memo that i have received is of Rs. 570.94 for pair of 2 shoes but an amount of Rs.1102.94 has been deducted from my account for ordering 3 items. What...

Its almost a month I placed the order and I have not received it. It does not even show under my account. The order was already paid. Order number:1594138. Either return my money or I will take this matter to the system. You guys cannot rob people like this....

The are promising delivery within 3-21 days and even after more than 45 days there are no traces of the product ordered.
I have placed two orders in one of which I have used the credit of the goods I have returned. For asking them regarding delivery, I have raised many tickets and either they promise delivery or they don't even reply. Kindly look in the matter and help customers for such unnecessary delay in getting the products they...

there was an issue regards to the Size of the products which I requested for replacement on 06/27/2017 from that day onwards there is no response from you guys, have raised so many complaints and the Number which mentioned in the website is always busy and off - [protected]

I have ordered a product(shoes) and payment was done through card. And then after i got a mail saying your ordered successfully, and then after when i opened to track the product i saw there saying payment error But the payment from my side is successful i kept many mails to them regarding that and i even made complaint in their website even but they are not at all responding i am not getting my product and not even my money back. I want to submit my complaint regarding this particular company... i have placed my order of combo 999 dresses but i have not received any confirmation mail from anyone... regarding my products... kindly ship my product before 10th july as i need them on urgent basis...the unprofessional behaviour of this company is extremely depressing...no confirmation email... plus its next to impossible to contact them... they dont attend any phone calls...

I placed a prepaid order in May 2017. I initiated the exchange process on 13th May 2017. By 6th July 2017, I haven't received the new product.

And then i opened my account to view my order and it says payment error. So i dont get the problem? If the payment is unsuccessful and i got a deduction message where did the money go? Hi my name is aakanksha. I have placed an order on 31 may 2017 but it has not been delivered till date. It has been more than a month now. I have earlier alao submitted complaints but there has been no reply. I have got the different flats than I ordered and paid for. I am trying the phone number but it goes busy all the time. there is no email address for the contact. this looks fraud sometimes. on the name of sale they are sending any products they have....
