Hi,
Am nikitha, i had ordered a product from sss online shopping 3 months ago with payment from my debit card, as per their order confirmation they will deliver the order within 28 days. Am still awaiting for my order, customer care doesn't respond to the emails and calls and i have been following up and raising my concerns but there is no response. These kind of negligence cannot be accepted and they are not fit to do business doing such kind of frauds.
Could you please help me getting my order or refund of my payment.

Updated by Nikithaputtegowda SSS Customer support has marked my complaint as resolved without resolving my issue. This is very much disappointing. I would never recommend this shopping site to anyone. If consumers forms are not helpful then we should take the help of media to stop such frauds, it's not just the matter of money. It's been 3 months that I have place my order and waiting.
