Am nikitha, i had ordered a product from sss online shopping 3 months ago with payment from my debit card, as per their order confirmation they will deliver the order within 28 days. Am still awaiting for my order, customer care doesn't respond to the emails and calls and i have been following up and raising my concerns but there is no response. These kind of negligence cannot be accepted and they are not fit to do business doing such kind of frauds.

Could you please help me getting my order or refund of my payment.

I haven't received my order which was placed in november 2016!

I placed an order for a dress and i had some size issue with it so i returned it and they gave me a credit note worth the same amount as the dress
So i used my credit note and placed a new order for some other dress and since then i haven't received my order, they say its out of stock! And my money is stuck! I cannot get a refund and they don't even reply! Its a completely fraud site. Do not order.

I want to cancel my order and i want my money back. Your delivery takes alot of time and hence i want to cancel the order.

I ordered a pair of shoes from street style store on 03 july 2017 but i have not received the pair of shoes yet. The order number for the pair of shoes is 1631440. The emails to know the status of the order was sent by me so many times but i did not get any reply from them initially and then on one day they replied that it will take a particular time i. I 3-21 days and as of now the period of particular time is also over. Now if my complaint is not resolved by this means i have to forcefully go to consumer court to initiate the proceedings and teach a lesson to such companies who blocks the hard-earned money of consumers.
I logged the complain ticket on their website and then they close the ticket and change the status ""priority dispatch".
What is the meaning of "priority dispatch" and i have sent many messages but still i did not get any reply.
Please provide the status asap.
Dispatch the order or release my money back as it is prepaid order.

I placed an order on this useless website 2 months back which is a prepaid order and the order is still not delivered to me. I have been sending them emails and posting this on social media but there is no response from them. I think they only accept orders but neither fulfill them nor service their customers. This company should be banned so that they don't cheat other customers.

I dnt get my order yet its been more than 30 days i have paid the amount through debit card. I have ordered 2 product. Kwfbvevqf this is the order number. Firstly they split my both the orders one of my product is reorderd in another date and one of them is on same date, (The day i have orderd) but i dnt have any idea how they reorderd my product. Product is not been deliverd to me. I mail them but didnt got any rply.

I bought a pair of shoes but it was not same as it seems on the picture on website, so i have raised a dispute over this as to exchange the product for another product of the same price. But nothing has been done till now. Neither they have contacted me nor they have send any person for the pickup of the product. I has been almost a month that i have raised a dispute. Please can you look into this and suggest me what can be done.

It has been more than month since my order was placed. The biggest mistake i did was to pay for the products at the time of placing the order. I have raised multiple tickets and each time one girl named pooja seth leaves a standard reply saying "we are sorry to inform you hat your will be further delayed". I have clearly stated in my tickets i want a cancellation and refund. But no response on that. It is very frustrating as there is no direct contact number and i have started believing this is a case of fraud and my money is gone. A complaint in the consumer court should definitely be given against this website.

My boyfriend has ordered 6 pairs of shoes by making online payment, 2 has already been delivered but 4 pairs haven't received yet. 1566122 is track id.
We are being told to receive our products on 23rd june. Its been 1 month and more. Your sending mail for different sale and all but your not replying to your consumer. We are not getting any response from this site after spending our money by making online payment. We have all tracking details. Confirmation mail and expected date details. As its service made us loosing of our money or cheated. Kindly reply and tell us exact delivery details or give our money back. Order number is [protected]-4195788. Sending you invoice copy as order date is 3/6/17. It's been 2 months. This is disgusting we are not getting any response from this site. I have ordered many items from your site but with this incident i can't suggest this site anyone as i have bad experience with your services.

I was order two pair of shoes on 29/04/2017 and now it is already 24/07/2017 and my order is not received yet my order id is 1490283 and it is almost 2.5 months gone.
Its almost 2.5 months so please resolve my problem.
They provide some numbers but they are not reachable.

Please refund my money i don't want the product.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes worth more than 2500rs in the month of april 25/04/207 it's been 3 months now i havent heard anything also i sent so many mails but no one was bothered to reply, i need my parcel asap or my full refund orels m gonna make an official complaint to consumers court and they have to deal with them also have to refund my money with penalty. It's my final warning to street style store.

The product i ordered is not same with the one in the picture so i would like to return it. The shoe quality is not good and too costly. I paid the money in cash on delivery and i like to return the shoe and get my money back. I thought your quality woud be good that's why i ordered but its not according to my expectation so please give my money back.

I have not received the order (Boardwalk sneakers black) yet neither any message nor any notification on gmail and on mobile no.
I placed the order on 11th july 2017. Please mail me or message me any notification related to my order. And the money is deducted from my account by the master card and if the order does not get places please refund my money back at my given address or in my account.

I had placed an order of 3 tops for rs 999/- on 30/04/2017 which was delivered on 10/06/2017 and i paid cash on delivery. I placed an exchange request the same day and it was picked up on 15th of the same month. But till then i have not request my exchanged product even though companies policy states maximum of 21 days. The company has not been replying well for complaints as well.

I had purchased 6 pairs of shoes on the 22nd of june'17 & paid in advance. The status shows payment accepted till date. I tired to contact the company but their number is alwaz switched off & if it happens to ring by mistake then no one responds. I sent 2 to 3 mails & fortunately got a reply saying as it's taking so much time they are sending my refund & nt the products. What is this kinda response, according to their site 3-21 days is thr max time to dispatch a product & they are saying even after a month they aren't ready to dispatch.
I need my products urgently not the refund.

I had requested for exchange on 16/7/2017 but till now no response and pick up is not started. I want response and credit note fast so that i can shop again its very urgent plzz help me i want to place my next order but it is not possible without credit note. They have 7days free return but its not true till now no response from their side no mails no messages what should i do now i m really feeling very disgusted. And my order no is 1604294

I have ordered 4 products from streetstylestore and 1 pair i requested for exchange. I paid my money and gave the pair back for exchange but till now they didn't delivered me the exchange product.. They don't reply my mails.. Just mail ur complain is being registered but no further action they take. They are fraud and cheaters help me as soon as possible.

I placed 4 orders from this site on 15th july 2017. Since the time i placed the orders i have been trying to reach them by all means (Raised many tickets, emailed them, called them but no response, inboxes them. On fb n insta) but no response anywhere whatsoever. I wanted to update the delivery address of my order#1655045 coz there site automatically picked another shipping add which i figured out after the order was placed. For order#1655057 they have sent the wrong size shoe. I ordered euro 37 and they have shipped another much smaller size. I have mailed them regarding this too but as usual no response. And phone number they have mentioned on site is throughout busy or switched off.
My other 2 orders have not been dispatched either. God knows what will they send if they ever do!! So i would like to receive my money back for all my 4 orders since i have not received my products. The one that i got with wrong size they can take back i don't want!

It's been more than 3 months since I received my order, I placed for exchange but no one came to pick the package yet. Now if I check my account, that order is missing and it says that 'not placed any order yet'. What are you people doing? I want my refund back. Horrible service. My order ID: GJMEDEUOO
