I have ordered 1 pair of shoes and flats. It was a combo i ordered the size 36 but i requested them the shoes size to be 37. Firstly, they dont have any contact number, it is very difficult to contact them. Secondly the sent me the same size 36 thought i had requested for the other size. Now they are asking for more 200 for the exchanging process. This is not my fault why i should pay 200 more, i have already filed a complaint againt this. Worst customer services they provide.

I booth 3 pairs of shoes online the sss website on 01 july 2017. Was charged a delivery fee of rs. 100.00 per shoe, which is comparatively higher than the delivery charge levied by any other online site. However, the shoes have not yet been delivered, in spite of the email confirmation providing a delivery date of on or before 21 july 2017. Horrible service.

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes with payment done in advance on 25th june. I have not received my product yet. Even after many mails and ticket generation, i have not got any response from streetstylestore. They say that they are a startup and have warehouse issues. Their phone no. Is also not reachable always. 25th june 2017 i placed my order with streetstylestore. My money is stuck with the store. Neither they are delivering my product, nor they are giving me my refund.

I ordered shoes last year and i replaced them because of the size problem and then i cancelled my order two times one with the deliveryboy and the other by the customer service. They are closing the case as resolved without even resolving the issue. There are no proper way to communicate to their customer service help desk. Same thing happened with me as well. They are frauds.

My order has been cancelled by the company itself and promised to refund the amount paid. But i haven't received the amount yet since more than a month. Highly disappointed. Inspite of sending requests and mails again and again to them on id [protected]@streetstylestore. Freshdesk.com, mr diganta mukherjee was delaying the deliver then hence cancelled the order. Which later even promised to refund the amount. I haven't received. I want my funds back and with compensation.

I had ordered for "quest foot forward boots".
First they delivered the wrong size. Since i had chosen cash on delivery option i had to pay. When i requested for exchange, they took back those shoes and were supposed to deliver the shoes in the correct size. Since then i've been waiting but they didn't send the shoes. I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. According to size issue i initiated exchange request. They delivered me right size shoes but that pair was defective. As sss does not have return policy, i again initiated a exchange request asking for fresh new product. Now they are charging me rs.200 extra for receiving this order. I refused to accept the order. Now i have raised multiple tickets against them asking for refund of my money but i am not getting any reply from sss

This is not first time earlier also it happened, My friend never got delivery.
They have no contact no in their website and after raising query, they don't resolve it.

Hi team, i have ordered a pair of sandals from the site, it took over an month to reach, moreover the quality of product is not upto the mark. They don't have good looks nether comfortable. U can't walk 10steps wearing these pathetic sandals
They don't have any contact number. Tried finding numbers on google the number they have provided are either switched off or not in service.

The customer care executive promised a refund to me and asked me to return the products. The product was picked up within 2 days yet now the executives have stopped replying to mails and calls. The order status on the website shows as products received, yet no refund has been initiated past 20 days now.
Really sick and tired of this website. Please if somebody can help provide a number they can be reached at?
