I want response and credit note fast so that i can shop again its very urgent plzz help me i want to place my next order but it is not possible without credit note. I have ordered 4 products from streetstylestore and 1 pair i requested for exchange. I paid my money and gave the pair back for exchange but till now they didn't delivered me the exchange product.. They don't reply my mails.. Just mail ur complain is being registered but no further action they take. They are fraud and cheaters help me as soon as possible.

I placed 4 orders from this site on 15th july 2017. Since the time i placed the orders i have been trying to reach them by all means (Raised many tickets, emailed them, called them but no response, inboxes them. On fb n insta) but no response anywhere whatsoever. I wanted to update the delivery address of my order#1655045 coz there site automatically picked another shipping add which i figured out after the order was placed. For order#1655057 they have sent the wrong size shoe. I ordered euro 37 and they have shipped another much smaller size. I have mailed them regarding this too but as usual no response. And phone number they have mentioned on site is throughout busy or switched off.
My other 2 orders have not been dispatched either. God knows what will they send if they ever do!! So i would like to receive my money back for all my 4 orders since i have not received my products. The one that i got with wrong size they can take back i don't want!

I just ordered three tops for 999 by seeing that offer (@999 get three items) but they asked me to be ready with money and as i received first delivery i found that just one top was there not in my size that i have selected and at second delivery date i finally received but as i came back home checkout my items i found one top out of my ordered list and another which i have ordered but main problem is they argued that i have ordered only two items which was totally wrong i haven't received my orders yet and they are just causing caos

This is not the first time i am ordering from sss. My past experience has been quite good but this time it is catastrophic. My bank account was deducted thrice so the order amount was 604 and i paid 1812. I have emailed them so many times, i also tried to call but no one answered. Moreover, my order was not confirmed even once so there is no record that i have placed the order. Please do something regarding it asap.

I had originally ordered the product in april 2017 which was defective and hence i initiated an exchange request which i received after a month.
The exchanged product was also defective and again i raised a exchange request for which street style store is charging an additional charge of rs.200.
They are not even issuing a refund nor giving a proper piece and also charging additional shipping charges which was already included in the original price.

I had ordered a pair of boots on june 4th. The delivery time was given as 30 days maximum. But the product hasn't been delivered even after a month and a half. I've been continuously writing to them. But except the first mail, everything has gone unanswered. I've been trying to reach them by contacting their customer care number, but its never received. I've lost all my patience and i want my product or refund of my money.

I placed order on[protected]. I didn't receive any confirmation mail.in my account there is order details but no tracking status.
I tried to contact customer care but the number mentioned in the site is switch off. There is no email id or other contact details. I didn't receive any call or mail from street style store. This is very disappointing.
I have already raised 3 queries or ticket in the site regarding this issue but no response from their side. Your service is very very poor.
If anyone from your company is able to see my complaint so please reply back and let me know if you are going to deliver my order or not. If not then please return my money back.

I have ordered ally of products and my account is manul chudasama - phone-[protected] but none are received i paid the exchange amount over 2000 feeling bad to trust this site no number reachable i will surely take this to consumer court
Its the first site for which i have to complain i'm feeling so cheated.. The store should call me back or cancel my order and give me my money back

I ordered two pair of shoes from sss but they didnot deliver the product and when i raised a refund request they return me rs180 instead of rs1800. Now i am trying to call them from past few days but no one is picking my call. I mean this is really ridiculous. Please try to resolve my problem and shut this shop. They are looting people in daylight.

I faced such problems too . I contacted the main owner by Google .I got a call from them recently from this number +[protected]

I placed a order on their website on 26 june 2017 and delivery date was 17 july 2017. But till now there are no updates. Their customer care number is always busy. I have dropt mails but no replies yet.
Order id is acqpjzfhi
One of the most worst shopping experience.
Either refund money or deliver the product. Atleast give an update on the product delivery. They charged around 250 rupees for delivery only. I feel they are running a fake website and i saw number of complaints against them online

Hi, i had placed an order with sss about 18june 2017.
Now its about a month now i did receive it, however, due to the size issue, i had to return it. This happened in the month of june. The return process is happened with in a week. But still i had not get my product...
Since then i have been waiting for my product and have written n no of emails, no reply has been provided except for the auto generated emails and product is yet not delivered.
The service is pathetic. The money is also not refunded.
I had also suggested a work around but they didn't like it as well, as it was very clear that they no longer have the product but are adamant to accept it...

Hi, i had placed an order with sss on 18feb, 2017.
After a month and a half i did receive it, however, due to the size issue, i had to return it. This happened in the month of march.
Since then i have been waiting for my product and have written n no of emails, no reply has been provided except for the auto generated emails and product is yet not delivered.
The service is pathetic. The money is also not refunded.
I had also suggested a work around but they didn't like it as well, as it was very clear that they no longer have the product but are adamant to accept it. All they have been doing is marking it as a priority dispatch which has gone to the count of 12 by now. But i think they forgot to dispatch the product for real.

This has been a very bad service. Really need all the help that i can get.

So after n number of emails marked to SSS, I did receive a Coupon of the same amount, on August 1, 2017. The product was shipped within the said timelines, and finally the chase for the product got over. I m not happy with the service and the response they have against the concerns raised, but just glad that the money wasn't wasted and i got my product.

I haven't received my order placed on june 8, 2017. I have tried contacting the merchant. I have asked for a refund as the oder hasn't been delivered. The merchant hasn't replied and refused to give me a refund. I have raised multiple queries but they refuse to reply. I have asked for a refund after waiting for a month. But refuse to give it. They split an order an they shipped the order the to book my parcel. And the tracking number bmpp98215294. I have asked the courier company and they haven't replied yet.

I have got my order delivered but there is no action being taken on my replace issue. I have already initiated a replace request but there aint any responese. The number they provide is useless. I want you to replace my order with a different size as soon. Be responsible if you are running a business or else dont.

I have placed an order on 29th june using mobikwik wallet. My money got deducted but my order was not placed. I have also contacted mobikwik regarding this issue. They are saying there is no reply from streetstylestore.com. I have tried contacting to street style store so many times but none of their contact number works, neither they reply on mails.
