I had placed an order on the 22nd of jun'17 of 6 pairs of footwears. Till date the status show payment accepted. I tired raising a query earlier but the err message appeared saying your order will b delivered on 13th july '17. Hence i dint raise any complaint but now it's more den 21 days as they say 3 to 21 days to dispatch. The status still does not show dispatched status.
I have raised a query 2days ago but they aren't responding.
Kindly help

I ordered 5 items from street style store website including 2 heels worth ₹499 each and 3 flats from the '3 flats for 999' category on 14th of july, 2017 at 8:57 pm. A total of ₹2116.94 (Total amount of order including the shipping charges) has been debited from my bank account for the same. I have not received any confirmation email or order id. The order is not visible in 'my account' even after refreshing and re logging in.
There new customer support system lets you ask a question but only if you select the order id first. How am i supposed to write to you if i haven't received my order id yet?

Ps: i am attaching here the message of the amount debited from my account and the order summary.

I sent my exchange products on 26th June and I haven't got the replacement yet. The product was taken back in 2 days and have not been delivered yet and no queries have been answered. No contact number is correct I've got no way to contact. I'm really disappointed with this website and will think twice before making any future products.

I have order two products on 7/7/17 order reference is TGYZXAEUW and order number is # 1640272 doesn't shipped till 14/07/17.
They don't have any proper contact details and they don't receive calls
Please ship my product as soon as possible.

I made the order on 15 june 2017 with online payment. The order content was of a pair of shoes size 39 and its been 24 working days n there has been no delivery or reply from the street style store website. I am a resident of noida and its not like its too far from their working office that they require this amount of time. There is no assurance from the website about the status of the order and the payment they accepted. There is no money refund and no working contact number as such. I want my money refund if there wont be any delivery. Is this a fake website? Highly disappointed..

As per the company norms order is delivered with in maximum of 21 days.
Failure on the part of company includes:
1. No mail was placed on my mail id after order conformation mail for any further information.
2.Under raise a query column no reply is provided. I have raised 5 queries but got no response.
3.Under help desk mail id, i mailed them twice but only auto generated mail is delivered that too reply to go with support system as i have done it.
4.Helpline number as is provided on sss website firstly says not reachable then if you try for the second time every time bell ring but no one picks up the call. I have tried more than 50 times.

Its really unprofessional of this site. if a person is paying for it that means they are trusting the site but its all vain.

I request you to please consider the aforesaid & help me out of this so that i can have my order as early as or help me with the refund

I have ordered footwear 1week before but i haven't received any tracking details even i tried calling on sss site but call is not reachable.
Totally un satisfactory service.
Even i do not have any idea that material is shipped or not. Sss site is fake or not.
At least they would have given customer care number.

2 years back i placed an order for an amount of 1000 rupees but it was return back because of the size issue of the footwear ordered and it was to be resend back with the correct size i had made the payment .But its been two years neither i have received any shoes nor any refund of the amount.Last year when i made the complaint to their consumer complaint department they promised that they would issue me a credit voucher in lieu of the refund amount.After this i have made several complaints but they have not replied

I ordered shoes sneakers from. Sss.com and its more than 21 days that my shoes have not been delivered to me. I am highly disappointed. The number that is displayed on their site is not working. Either return my money that i have paid online i. E 700 rupees.. Or deliver my order. It is really not fair at their part to first attract the customers and then befool them

This is highly unprofessional of the website to show such reckless behavior.

This is the fourth time anything as such is happening.
The product is prepaid.

Make this issue resolve asap.

I had ordered tops from 3 for 999 offer (Order no.#1626583). I received within a week but i had to exchange one of the top (O-neck long sleeve top size m) as it did not fit me and hence initiated an exchange for a size s. I had returned the product in good condition but after this, i haven't received any update on the exchange process neither an email nor tracking number.

Kindly deliver the product as soon as possible or return the money.

I want to complain about this site as they dont have any option of exchanging the product with the other product neither they have a refund policy. No one picks up the calls and i find this site as fake and spurious.
I have call 50 times since morning but no one is replying. I want my money to get refunded immediately. Please take a look over my complain.

I had given back my sneakers for exchange on 17/6/17. It's been one month i haven't yet got it back. I called them on 30th june and they said that it has been dispatched but then again on 8th june when i called them for another time they said it has not yet dispatched even they had mailed me about the product's dispatch. I want my refund back.

I placed my order with street style store for 'walk around with tan' order id: 1631463/ order: usaadjosh/ placed on 07/3/2017 11:07:54.

The image on the website shows a pink-brown shade shoe. I received my order and the color of the product is brown. I am attaching the image as well as sharing the link to the product. The screenshot is the product displayed on the website while the brown one is what i received.

I have placed an order around 5th of june 2017. It has been more than a month now. I have already made an online payment but i have no idea where my order is. I even tried calling on the customer care number but no one answers ever or the number is not reachable. Iam not even being informed about my order. I have no idea about my order. What am i suppose to do? How long do i have to wait? Atleast i should be informed about it. And if its not going to get delivered any time soon then how am i suppose to get my money back? I ordered 2shoes on 17/6/17. But i haven't received my order or any update from sss. This is really irritating. Please give me a proper response or deliver my product or refund my money (1038rps). Otherwise i planned to move this very legally. It's gonna be 1month. There is a limit for tolerance. As per there policy within 21days it should be delivered. I'm not going to wait for.


If my product is not delivered or they are returning my money to my account i will move this very legally. I'll file case against them. Please reply me immediately.
