I had ordered a heels. The heels which i received are of extremely poor quality. The sole is very very hard and even not in place. I won't be able to walk properly. The footwear has a very bad odour. They are only providing an option of exchanging a size but what will i do of a product with such a bad quality that is not even wearable. I tried to contact the site millions of times on the number they provided yet no one picks up. Please refund my money back or let me at least order something else in it's place... Pls help me regarding this asap.. Pls its a request.

i dont want to replace that product with another size.Just provide me voucher i will order some other foortwear from your website but pls make sure after pick up dont delay in the process .like other people are facing problems of no response from you guys.

oh pls dont provide such stupid links which we can see in the website also i am not blind i have already seen your stupid exchange policy . I want genuine solution which you can provide while taking back those worthless heels from me and simply provide me vouchers so that i can order some other footwear instead of those heels.

    Hi i order for a couple of products from street style and it almost a most i havent got any information about the product neither am i getting any response for my mail nor they have contact number.
    My order number is 1512937 the logistics is mention as bookmypacket (Which i am hearing for the first time. This is the tacking number as provided by street style bmpp98210067.

    I got a mail and message on the 24th telling they tried to deliver the product and they could not and if i need it i need to contact them through mail, i replied to the mail they asked me for the tracking number i sent the tracking number and thats it havent heard anything form the shopping site or the logistics i have already paid for the product online.

I am in my final year and soon going to leave my address given. So, please make my order to b delivered soon.       It took 1 month for my Shoes to arrive and now there's this size problem and I need one size bigger than the one I ordered
      I have already sent an exchange request but it hasn't been acted upon.
      Please make it ASAP as I'll be out of station for a month then

      And still haven't got any delivery details the website says it will be delivered in 3-21 days only. No tracking details. How do I cancel the order. I want my refund or the orfer to be delivered asap as I am leaving my town in next 10 days.

      I have ordered my pair of sandals on 15th december 2017. There was no expected date of delivery along with the order confirmation. My order status reflects only shipped till date and it has already been 6 days. Please look into the matter and get it delivered soon.

          I had ordered a pair of bellies 2 months back(March) but have received them today, 30th june. The bellies received are of extremely poor quality. The threads are coming out and even the sole is not in place. The footwear has a very bad odour.           This is no solution, if I don't like the quality of the product what will I do of another size in it? The shoe fits me but it's uncomfortable and poor in quality. Stop giving vague steps and procedures. Be precise and have the courtesy to at least discuss this issue on call as this is unacceptable.

            I placed an order for footwear on 21st March 2017. It's been 3 months now and i still haven't received my order. There is no tracking no. provided by them. I made online payment, so in a way my money is stuck. I tried contacting the customer care number provided by them on their site but it always goes switch off.

            I have raised tickets with them for inquiry 7-8 times on their site, but no response.
            Pathetic service ever.

            If someone can look into this, it would be of great help.

                I haven't received my products yet. Neither the site has a proper customer care number nor do they reply to mails. As i have already made the payment i am really worried about my products. They have put the status as "priority dispatch" from last 2 weeks. Moreover, by looking at the other issues with "street style store" i really don't want my products and want whole refund of my money asap.

                  First of all, the order comes in more than 21 days unlike what you promised.The parcel containing three pair of sandals come but none of them matches to the descriptive pictures put by you to allure customer.i was very disappointed but it doesn't end here.i don't want them as they are damaged and loose to wear.the customer call no.                       #1485670 this is the order ID. I ordered a product from sss. First, it came late. Second, it's not proper, I wanted to initiate exchange of the product but it doesn't update the status of the product.
                      I ordered a top which was supposed to be XL according to the size chart, but it does look like it's an L size. Secondly, I ordered a jeggings which I want to exchange too, just because it doesn't look the way it was. I want to order a different product, but the website is not letting me do so.

                        I had ordered a pair of shoe on september 3, 2016 through cod order no. #921703 worth ₹699+₹50 shipping charges. The fit and size were not correct so i immediately made an exchange request the same day following which the product was picked from my place. I was given a credit note after 2 months after which i ordered another product order no. #1086922. I recieved the order after 7 months which was damaged and paid ₹200/-at the time of delivery. I was given a credit note again on march 27th, 2017, after which i ordered another product, order no.#1411590. After reminding them multiple times through mails and messages the product was not delivered even after 1.5 months. On may 24th, 2017 i get a message from their end saying that the product went out of stock and they want to issue me another credit note.
                        I am sick and tired of this pathetic website and just want a refund of ₹950/-. It's been 9 months since my money is stuck on this site.

                          has still not been delivered or dispatched in spite of several complaints and requests.

                          Make the product dispatch as soon as possible.
                          This is highly unprofessional of the website to show such reckless behavior.

                          This is the third time anything as such is happening.

                            Hi, I order items worth Rs 1497 on the 10th of May and made the payment online. I received a receipt but since then I have not heard from the company. No message updates, no tracking details have been provided.
                            While ordering, they don't provide an estimated delivery date. I had ordered those things for a trip I have at the end of this month. But I am really skeptical if it would be delivered before that date.

                            only when i tried to raise a query, i was shown the delivery date as 31st May which is 27 days after the ordering date. This is really unacceptable. The company should at least provide tracking details or mail to keep the client updated. I want a mail or message from the company with assurance of delivery.

                              I ordered 1 pair of shoes from street style store website on 1st May 2017. Today is 29th May and i have no idea about the status of the product. i am still waiting for my shoes. There is no notification about the dispatch of the product from the website. It is still showing "Preparation in progress". Kindly help. My order number is #1494617. Please get it delivered as soon as possible.

                                Hi,
                                I have placed 3 orders with street style store and have also paid them. But they have kept the order in priority dispatch for the last 2 months. They do not respond to emails and neither deliver the order. This is absolutely cheating the customer. Kindly get the issue resolved. I had placed the order on 5th April. They have still not been delivered. I keep asking for my product and they have kept on putting it in priority dispatch.Attached is the image of the 3 orders.

                                This company is a complete fraud.

                                  The product received is not up to our expectations. And as per your return policy we can only exchange the size of product not the product with another product.
                                  Kindly help me with this. I am not expecting refund but at least allow us to exchange the product received for another product from your site.

                                  When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and it'll be attempted within 2-4 working days.

                                  Once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.

                                  Our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you.

                                    Hi, i ordered 3 pairs of flats on 05/13/2017 on code "save498" with order reference aacxaruzb. I received the delivery of the same on 05/20/17 and paid in cod a total amount of rs 1049, as the flat sizes were very large, i initiated a replacement on the same day but there has been no update, no emails, no messages regarding the replacement. I urgently need the product to be replaced delivered since i'll be leaving hyderabad.

                                      Hi Sir/ Maam,

                                      I ordered 3 pair of shoes on 04/15/2017 and till date I have not received the order I have paid extra cost for delivery charges and the SLA Shared by the website was 22 days but it has been approximately 2 months till date they are not sharing the correct delivery tracking details.
                                      They gave me response as my order has been made priority dispatch and the tracking details shared as: csss17P013031 with http://onlinexpress.co.in/ and enquired about the product delivery and they told me that they have not received the product from the company.

                                      Attached are the screenshots of the same. pls help me get my order or get my money refunded. as they have kept Rs. 199 in the sss wallet which that are not returning and stating i need to use it on next purchase plus this order which is not delivered yet costing - Rs. 1397/-

                                        I placed an order last evening and my account has been debited for Rs. 1798/-. I have received an e-mail confirmation of the same however when I log in to my SSS account their is no order history. The order confirmation number on my e-mail is #[protected]-4148773. I just want to know whether or not my order has been placed? Also, the customer service number that I found from Google doesn't get through which is[protected]. Also, when I go to the website to file a complain it doesn't let me because I have to choose the order number which in my case is not possible because in their website it doesn't have any order number. Please help
