Am ordered one thing but I received a totally different product that I have ordered.then I want to exchange it so that i created my exchange order on 18/06/2022 till now I didn't receive my exchange product and they don't gave any order related information am trying to contact customer care of sss they don't answer of my call and don't reply of my mail n am also visit their outlet in Delhi but no one will help me out of this. Please resolve my issue

As the size of the shoe was not available, i was to be provided with a refund/credit which could be used for next purchase. The product was returned to them and they updated as 'credit note given' but i did not see it in my account nor could i use it when i made another purchase. In short, i haven't received any credit of the return.
I cannot file a ticket on that particular order as they marked it as 'credit note given' so i tried calling their helpline number but everytime i call all of the executives are busy. I even stayed on the line for 20 minutes still they were busy, nor do they respond on the dms on their Instagram page. I love the products, but their customer service is really pathetic sometimes.

R is not received yet and payment is done either refund the money or place the order

I ordered a shoe for 799 from Street Style Store on 4th of June, now it's been around 32 days and my order is still not shipped. I have raised around 10 queries, and have received no response. I also tried to contact their customer care number, but it was of no use. Kindly look into this matter.

I want to change the delivery address for my replacement order # 6323892 since shipping has still not been assigned to it and i will not be staying in my current address after this friday.

The order was placed on 14th June, 2022, and it has not been dispatched till now.

I had size issues [ the product was not in my size} so I requested an exchange on 16/06/22 [ on the same day] but its been 15 days now

I order 2 piece, 1 dangree, 1 oversized plaited shirt for 1199 on[protected] btw 2-3 weeks i Didn't get any update related to my order #6234555 then an sms came from Street style store that my order will be dispatched on 15 june on 14 june then changed the dispatched date to 19th June then they again changed my dispatched date to 22nd June and again they changed my dispatched date to 25th June finally I received a e-mail from Street style store that my order has been dispatched and it will take 4-5 days to deliver today is 30th June on 28 june i received a message from Street style store that my order #6234555 couldn't be delivered and the showed the re attempt order they said that the delivery man was confused about my address today is 30th June and the order is still not delivered i cannot even cancel my order i raised queries many times but they didn't response to my queries I tried to call them but their phone is always busy i request you @streetstylestore.com if you cannot deliver my order pls cancel it atleast you are not cancelling it or not even delivering it i track my order #6234555 on online express tracking they showed that the coustomer means i have cancelled the order i don't know what is happening they show me that my order not able to be delivered on the other side they said that I have cancelled the order pls if you cannot deliver my order atleast pls cancel it🙏🙏

Exchange for an item was requested on 14th June, 2022, and it was picked up to be exchanged on 18th June, 2022, but the new item has still not been delivered. The status simply shows 'Order Split' since the other item to be exchanged was delivered, but this product is still not shipped and there is no way to track the time, when it was initially told that picked up product will be exchanged within 7-10 days. It has been more than 10 days and still no change in status of the order. I have already made the payment, please send me the product.

I order my product on 25 may today is 26 June my order has not been delivered yet my order number is #6234555 according to thier rules package would be dispatched in 3-21 days but still didn't deliver it i still wait for one month first they start changing dispatch date and now they marked my order to be shipped. Its showing from 2-3 days but still didn't deliver my order 😑

I ordered shoes for 1218Rs, ive got entirely different and damaged product. tried to contact them the same day over phone for many a times it was just saying 'customer care executive is busy right now' the whole time. So i tried reaching the mail they responded by asking to sent the pictures i did the same the next moment then there was no reply. I even mailed back requesting a follow up mail still no reply. Please help me sort this issue.

I had ordered a retro pleasant floral printed top #order 6336619 alongwith other orders, today I received the top and when I opened the package, I saw a hole in the back of the top and threads are seen in the front as if its ripped. I instantly tried to contact or complain on the website but my issue was not getting submitted. This is unacceptable, there's no way of direct contact. Please look into this issue.
