    I have places order on 28/05/2022..the store claims to ship the order in 3-21 days..but there has been no updates on my order ..i have raised tickets but didn't get any reply yet..there is no option to cancel my order of they fail to ship..the tracking number provided on their site reflected as no record found on logistics partner site..kindly look into this matter at the earliest

        I have ordered a top in SSS. Later I found out there’s a different colour which looks better than the top I ordered. So I would like to replace that different colour before my order is going to be shipped.

              I had ordered 3 items from SSS on 28th of March, and they said it will delivered in 3-21 days, yet, there is no update about my order, and whenever I raise a query, there automatic message popedy said, "apologize for delayed". And there is no other link or track details, available there. I want my order ASAP.

                I have ordered from Street Style Store on April 8 2022 and it has been 2 months since I ordered (June 13 2022) .Now the order status shows RTO declared.I queried them regarding it but hasn't got any reply. I tried contacting but no use. My order no: 5989014 . I want either the product or refund. Hoping you look into this matter.

                  Hey I tried reaching sss many times regarding the product I bought aka knee high boots and I don't like them at all. It's not as shown in the image. I read their policy and they said that money refund isn't possible but they'll give store credit if the product is out of stock. I asked them the same and they simply blocked me!!! And now the exchange time has ended
                  I don't know how to contact them the other way. It was a bit expensive purchase..total waste of money..all I'm asking is store credit instead of a exchange. Please please I hope you do respond. It's my hard earned money please

                      My shipping address has been changed in "my addresses" but the same has not been reflected in the order that I have placed on the 24th of May. In the FAQs it has been mentioned that I can change my shipping address until the status becomes, "product has been dispatched". The shipping for my order has not yet been assigned. As I will be shifting unexpectedly to a different location, I would want my products delivered to the new address. Please do sort this issue out immediately. I have been trying to contact customer care and even send direct messages on Instagram, but got no replies since the past couple of days. As this is an emergency, I request for a swift solution. Proof for the same attached.

                            I have ordered old town flats and my order I'd is 5981849. I choose to pay using snap mint monthly but I have paid whole amount at a time. But my order is automatically cancelled and got back to your office.i have raised query many times but they told my money refund process is on the way but since two months my money is not been refunded.i want my money to be refunded within a week.Down I am providing the ordered item screenshot .

                              I placed a prepaid order on 17/04/2022 after 2 months they cancelled that order by that own. Now they are not answering any of my calls or messages. They haven't given me any credit or initiated my refund of that prepaid order. The amount of the order was 699.

                                I want to change the delivery address for my ordered products

                                I tried so many times to call you but your phone always came busy.

                                I have ordered a few products at your site and asked to deliver them in rajkot
