The product i received is not as expected. Order no 5977208 and had replacement order against order no 6094813. The fabric is very cheap and thin. It was damaged and has stains on it. I want to return this order and reimburse, if not, I'll order other product instead of the same.

I have already paid for the product which i am supposed to receive. the order is replacement order which according to their policy is totally free but company asking to repay extra amount don't know why and for what also they did not mention about this earlier. many times i raised ticket on their website also tried calling on customer care number mention on website, but no response yet.
Either give me my product without any extra payment or provide me the refund for that product.

I placed an order for a dress at SSS official site on 24/3/22 (order no: 5904703). Payment has been done and till now the item has not been delivered. I try researching out to them, but no response except for an auto-generated email.

This is not acceptable and kind of fraud to the customer. THey should be stop.

It has been a month now, firstly they split my order into 3 parts which they took a month to deliver, next the items were of really worst quality material, and the size was completely different from what they mentioned, now I donât like the products at all so I asked for the CREDit points or refund, firstly they refused, then I mentioned the price of the products has changed so they have to give me the CREDit points, since then it has been around 10 days they are not answering the calls and not replying to my tickets.
It is the worst website ever, and the CUSTOMER care is ### as well!!!

I have ordered footwear from there site but I have some sizing issues so I exchanged them after 2 weeks I have called on there customer care for my product update they said you will receive your order in 4 to 5 days or you will get the voucher but it's more than a week now neither I got my product nor voucher and I am continuously calling on there customer care number but nobody is answering .

It's been over 15 days that this delivery's been stuck with the courier company. No one has called me even once and it keeps saying "delivery attempted". This is getting ridiculous now. Order no 5933146. No response on ticket from sss as well. Terrible customer service (ticket number 1290698)

Recently i had purchased 3 tshirts online from sss under offer of 3 for 799. But the 2 tshirts pattern and colour is different from the photo. I want to return my two product. The white t-shirt had blue colour print and its color is also faded but in the picture it is of dark black colour and the black t-shirt neck and hand pattern is very much different from the image in the website, the t-shirt in the picture is of turtle neck but original product is plain. I am sending you both pictures of the product which i received and the product which is shown in your website. Please contact me as soon as possible.

If refund is not possible and If you want me to exchange the product than i can exchange with other tshirts but not the same tshirts.

I have ordered a product from street style store ( order no. 5958993) . It has been more than 23 days that I haven't received it. I already paid for it. I tried to call them and even mailed them but there is no response. They are completely fraud . Neither they gave my product nor they are responding. This is completley a fraud app... Would suggest to buy products from some better app than this . I want them to give my money back . I would never buy anything from this aap
