      It has been a month now, firstly they split my order into 3 parts which they took a month to deliver, next the items were of really worst quality material, and the size was completely different from what they mentioned, now I don’t like the products at all so I asked for the CREDit points or refund, firstly they refused, then I mentioned the price of the products has changed so they have to give me the CREDit points, since then it has been around 10 days they are not answering the calls and not replying to my tickets.
      It is the worst website ever, and the CUSTOMER care is ### as well!!!

            I have ordered footwear from there site but I have some sizing issues so I exchanged them after 2 weeks I have called on there customer care for my product update they said you will receive your order in 4 to 5 days or you will get the voucher but it's more than a week now neither I got my product nor voucher and I am continuously calling on there customer care number but nobody is answering .

                  It's been over 15 days that this delivery's been stuck with the courier company. No one has called me even once and it keeps saying "delivery attempted". This is getting ridiculous now. Order no 5933146. No response on ticket from sss as well. Terrible customer service (ticket number 1290698)

                      Recently i had purchased 3 tshirts online from sss under offer of 3 for 799. But the 2 tshirts pattern and colour is different from the photo. I want to return my two product. The white t-shirt had blue colour print and its color is also faded but in the picture it is of dark black colour and the black t-shirt neck and hand pattern is very much different from the image in the website, the t-shirt in the picture is of turtle neck but original product is plain. I am sending you both pictures of the product which i received and the product which is shown in your website. Please contact me as soon as possible.

                      If refund is not possible and If you want me to exchange the product than i can exchange with other tshirts but not the same tshirts.

                        I have ordered a product from street style store ( order no. 5958993) . It has been more than 23 days that I haven't received it. I already paid for it. I tried to call them and even mailed them but there is no response. They are completely fraud . Neither they gave my product nor they are responding. This is completley a fraud app... Would suggest to buy products from some better app than this . I want them to give my money back . I would never buy anything from this aap

                              I order 2 products and then I wanted an exchange of both the product but I was able to file exchange for only one product and another one is with me. So kindly cancel my recent order because product cancellation option is also not available and pick up the another product and get me the correct size.

                                I ordered clothes 3 for 1199 .. My sister birthday is on 24 .. i had to give it to her .. i orderdered it on 9th .. its been 10 days still it shows preparation in progress ! What type of site is this .. takes so long to ship !!! I orderd a pair of shoes on the same day ! But it was shipped after 3 days .. But the dresses are not shipped till now !!

                                  I Made A Payment To Street Style Store On 13th April 2022. The Money Was Deducted From My Bank Account. The Transaction Was Also Successful From Paytm. But Street Style Store Did Not Generate My Order. Instead, I Was Redirected To Their Home Page And My Orders Were Still In The Cart. Today, It Marks Day 6 And Their Team Has Yet Not Resolved My Complain. I Have Been In Constant Contact With Paytm And My Bank. They Have Both Provided Proofs That My Transaction Was Successful And Has Reached The Bank Of Street Style Store. I Have Forwarded The Proof To The SSS Team As Well. But They Have The Audacity To Lie In My Face And Say That They Have Not Received Any Money From My End, Without Providing Any Proof. They Are Not Generating My Order, Not Responding To My Messages, Not Picking Up Calls, And Not Refunding My Money. It Is Clearly A Case Of Forgery And Irresponsible Behaviour.

                                    I have placed an order for 3 pair of footwear on 12th of April 2022. My order id is #6010616. Your cancellation policy shows that a customer can cancel the order before it has been shipped. But there is no cancel option in the my orders section. I want to cancel my order ASAP. I have tried multiple times to contact on your customer care number but it's always busy.

I am moving to a new place and no one will be available at the older adress to take the delivery. So either cancel my order or change the shipping adress immediately.

                                      I have requested for exhange for size but the delivery boy had not called up and i recieved text saying i was not available for queries .After the next two days he called up but it was my office address and i had off on tht very day i asked him to parcel the next day.. I called up he said he will come but he is not showing up please look into the matter mention above
