Hello, actually i ordered some clothes from sss on 5/9/2022.. it's been 18days and the orders are still processing and i can't even track them because of that.. sss delivers within 21 days but it's already been 18 days and they're not even dispatched yet..I really had a bad experience many years ago that's why i never ordered again but finally it's my first time after years and still facing issues.. How are they still on processing even after total 18 days ..I really need the orders real soon that's why i ordered very early but they're running so late that i lost all my patience..I need them before 30th sept ..There was no expected delivery date also so idk how many time it will take ..Am i supposed to wait forever ? Please let me know because I'm really frustrated, idk if i will get a reply but still !!

I, ve some issues getting a order in northeast it can't be delivered & can't be processed i wanna get a reasonable reply and payback i want no ## i, ve cancel my order & reorder it again i don't want this to repeat

I have ordered 3 sandals from this site on 05-Sep-22. Today is 16-Sep22. I have not received any sort o[censored]pdate regarding my order.

It's been 15 days and i have not received any updates regarding delivery of my orders. My orders are not delivered yet to me.

My order #6557422 was not delivered when on website it shows delivered.

Your customer service is very unsatisfying, on top of that there is no option to raising a ticket.

No message was sent when order was delivered.

Either regund my money or deliver the package

Dear consumer complaints forum,

I had placed an order (order number : [protected][protected] on 7th August 2022 at sss website.

Order was three tops
The first ordered was properly delivered and received but next order of three tops is shown delivered on website but it is actually not delivered to my address.

There is no option for raising a ticket for this top order

I have already done the payment online to sss

It has already been 1 month and there is no sign of the order being delivered to me.

In sss website it is written that sss take 21 days to deliver order but its still not there yet. honestly i am loosing my patience here waiting for my items to arrive.

I want to let you know that i am very unhappy with sss customer service as there has not been any communication from your end whatsoever to let me know about any delay of the order arrival.

Sss also don't have a refund policy - which means if i don't get my products from sss i will loose my money - this makes me feel cheated by sss.

I have come to consumer complaints so that i can get the help needed to get my products urgently. i need a date on which they can deliver.

If sss is unwilling to give my products i would like to have the money back.

Hope i will get a positive response from sss and get my products for which i have already paid.

My ads not showing

My order no is #6661038. It's been 13 days since I have placed my orders and my orders are yet not delivered to me. And there is no update about the delivery status of my orders.

I am Sukhraj Kaur a genuine customer on your site. I ordered three pair of shoes for the given order id 6634457. But none of them is comfortable and the material used is not upto the mark. The designs shown on the site than the articles sent are quite different. One of the pair i.e. Playing Strap Flats Black have the rusty and used buckles. The second one Work the Bloom flats have a ribbon on the top is very much different and looking ugly than the one shown in the figure. And the Coffee date for me flat is not comfortable in walking. It's sole is very weak and giving a tapping sound on walking. I need to get the full return and refund of money as none of the articles will satisfy even if the size would be exchanged. Kindly do the refund for the same. I have been attaching the pictures of the articles for your reference.

Its been 10 days since we ordered 3 items from SSS and we have not received any updates, not about shifting, no sms, no mails, no calls.

I have another SSS store account so I want to delete it.

Have placed order on 04/08/2022..the store claims to ship the order in 3-21 days..but there has been no updates on my order ..i have raised tickets but didn't get any update. I ordered the dress for my birthday and it's been a month the order is not dispatched yet.

It's been 22 days I have ordered some tops for 799 and it's stil showing preparation in progress, like in my every order. Please do something.
