I have placed my order on 7.08.22, i haven't received my order yet. The tracking ID I'm provided with does not work, it shows - " no data " found. Since this is the first time I paid online rather than COD, ig they have scammed. No customer care executive called back or replied to my query. Order no. #6602044...
The customer services sucks . Bots with same FAQs and reply with same auto generated set of answers. It's so frustrating . I'll never purchase from them again. And complain in every site possible share the same in social media

    Hi, I had around 3 items ordered a month back. Since the last two weeks SSS has been assuring that I will be having it delivered by 3 to 4 days. I have not yet received my order. I am trying to call the helpline but apparantely all the constumer care executives are always busy and there is no reply.
    Will I even get my order or if not do I have the option to cancel the order to get my money back?
    The order had been shipped on 3/08/2022 (Order ID: 6483315 and 6422619)
    This is not my first order with SSS but I am seriously dissapointed at this point of time.

      I ordered from SSS on 18 July 2022 now it is 25 August 2022, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS. Its have been three, four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed you customer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.

      Let me know whether i will get the product or please make arrangements for the refund.

          I placed at order on 04/08/22. On the app and still the order status is showing preparation in progress. Not even showing that's if it's dispatched or till when it'll be delivered. This is time it's an important event where I have to wear the stuff i have ordered. But still not received till yet, not even any information. Kindly tell me when I'll receive it, is it dispatched and shipped ??

            Its been more than 3 to 21 days and there are no updated on my delivery status it still says 'not assigned'
            I have already paid for it but still i see no updates on the delivery status
            I am really worried because i have already paid for it and when i raised a query i get the same computerized replies assigned by the company.

              I had placed an order of a pair of heels back on 23 july 2022. It says that they deliver within 3 to 21 days and sometimes it takes up till 30 days. But i've been keeping a track on my order and i see no progress in the status of my order. It has been above 21 days and still there are no updates on my delivery or shipping status. I have already paid for my item through online payment method. It will be really great if i get an authorized real reply from the company rather than the computerized reply they give on a problem. being submitted.
              They really need to update their services.

                I had placed an order for a couple of shoes about a month back and I have still not received the order nor have I been intimated about the delay. I keep raising a query regarding the order on their site and yet there is no response.

                Please deliver my order else refund my money. I don't get an option to cancel the order.

                  Hi, my order ID is #6477520, I had placed my order on 19th July it was prepaid, since then my product shows the dispatch date[protected], today is[protected] but there has been no update. I've called the customer care several times but never been able to talk to any executive because all of them are apparently busy. I've held the line for long time but atlast they just generate a ticket and then cut my call. I've been raising a query since 3 days to which there is no reply. I've even emailed still no reply. Please atleast give me some update on what is going on.

                      I placed an order on 26th July, 2022 and the order number is #6508063. I needed this order early and I had always got the order in a short period of time, but this time it was taking very long. After multiple calls on the customer care I requested them to deliver it soon even if it takes extra charges. One of the executives told me it will be dispatched on 13th of August. But today for enquiring another executive told me that it will be dispatched on 18th of this month and he was very rude and disrespectful also asked me to cancel my order. If I had to cancel my order I would have never made one. This is truly misleading and will never order or ask anyone to order from here.

                        I had placed an order on 8/08/2022 but the payment kept redirecting...and later when I had put the pin the page got redirected first it showed it was accepted but later denied and now I do not have my refund voucher...i need it ...my money can't go to waste.

                          I have ordered 3 tops combo offer at rs799 on street style store and done the payment through upi... It has been 7 days i haven't received any updates on the delivery of the order i have placed. Am i going to get the delivery? I am worried if my money is in wrong hands . I want the order to be delivered before September as i would be traveling next month and no one would be there to receive the delivery. When will i get my delivery? It doesn't even have cancel option as o tried to cancel and get the money back.

                            I had ordered few items from 3 for 1199 section and now I need to exchange one item as because of size issue when I applied for exchange my size wasn’t available and so I got the credit voucher and parcel is picked up by the delivery guy also but just now I checked that the dress is in stock for my size and if I rebut it using the voucher for same dress I have to pay 200 extra which isn’t fair. Please look into this and adjust the issue it’s my humble request & my order number is 6505997

                              I have a big issue on not being able to get refund the money by the company becoz out of 2 pair of shoes had they delivered me only 1 shoe . They said that they had split my order and divided into 1 parts but haven't received any response yet despite after the online payment of the cost they could atleast refund.

                                I have ordered product from street style store and paid 250 via snapmint but it is showing that I haven't ordered anything.. Snapmint is harassing me for further payment and the product had not been delivered to me.. This is violation of consumer protection Act.

                                  Hi, i recently made a purchase from street style store but the product was not of size so i wanted to exchange for a bigger size but it was not available. Instead of refund, i was issued a credit note but the amount of credit note was 892 rs. when i had paid 999 for my product. The GST amount wasn't included in my credit note. I tried contacting street style store through all available methods (call, Instagram, website ticket) but received no response for over 48 hrs. Pls issue me a credit note of the right amt of 999 since i returned the product so why should i pay GST on it? I will anyways have to pay GST again when using the credit voucher for a different product. This is double taxing fraud.
