As the size of the shoe was not available, i was to be provided with a refund/credit which could be used for next purchase. The product was returned to them and they updated as 'credit note given' but i did not see it in my account nor could i use it when i made another purchase. In short, i haven't received any credit of the return.
I cannot file a ticket on that particular order as they marked it as 'credit note given' so i tried...

I ordered a shoe for 799 from Street Style Store on 4th of June, now it's been around 32 days and my order is still not shipped. I have raised around 10 queries, and have received no response. I also tried to contact their customer care number, but it was of no use. Kindly look into this matter....

I had ordered a retro pleasant floral printed top #order 6336619 alongwith other orders, today I received the top and when I opened the package, I saw a hole in the back of the top and threads are seen in the front as if its ripped. I instantly tried to contact or complain on the website but my issue was not getting submitted. This is unacceptable, there's no way of direct contact. Please look into this issue....
