I have a sukam inverter (900 va) and sukam battery (Hptp 1500), both purchased on 19.05.2017. Some days back, with only one led light of 5w for one night, the battery showed "low" signal and there was alarm also. I contacted the dealer-harsita appliances, chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar, mob-[protected]) and he told to lodge a complain in the company website. I tried to do the same, but the website-www.su-kam.com is not responding. So i am lodging the complain here. I have attached photos of the bill, warranty labels of inverter and the battery here. As both the products are well within warranty period, as on today, please look into the matter and do the needful, so that the defect can be rectified and our suffering, due to lack of power in our area, will end.
