    Why is it every single time I recharge they don't get activated even after refreshing for 24 hours. This is looting. Every single time I have to wait with their lazy online customer service for more than 2 hours. Pathetic.

      Please add raj network, polimer network, Zee thirai on sun direct.If you don't add above channels, then I changed to other dth operator

            I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge transaction id ([protected]) it's says something went wrong. And I do second time transaction id[protected] recharge the recharge was successful. but amount was deducted 2 times. 1st time recharge takes the amount but it's showing something went wrong and amount also not refunded pls help me to refund for this transaction both transaction using this card ICICI bank credit card.               We have recharged for INR 1194 on 22nd October for plan "Tamil Economy"; after recharge got success payment some of the channels which are received are not displaying. Raised query to sun direct customercare and they are not accepting complaint for providing the free of service instead they ask to pay. They are giving explanation that angle of dish might changed; if that is the case same kind of error should been received for all the channels but that is the not case here. Also we were out of station from Saturday to Sunday evening (28 and 29). when we back switched on the TV, we have not received the display for all channels; immediately we have called customer care after sometime we have received few channels. Hence i would request or re-iterate that they have to do free service and make channels available for we subscribed or terminate the connection by paying back the remaining amount after calculating on prorated usage to me.

              P.S: Why should I pay for their issue.

                          मेरा नाम राजेश मलिक है मैंने मैंने 8 सितंबर 2022 को सन डायरेक्ट का कनेक्शन लिया था जिसका मेरे से 27 सौ रुपया लिया गया यह पैसा लेने वाला हितेंद्र मलिक है डायरेक्ट नए कनेक्शन की कीमत 2300 रुपया है ऐसे मेरे से 400 रुपए ज्यादा लिए हैं यह कनेक्शन लगाने वाला डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर का नाम है रोहित गलावत है और उसने लगाने के लिए हितेंद्र मलिक जिसका मोबाइल नंबर[protected] है यह पैसा फोन पे के माध्यम से उसके हितेंद्र मलिक के अकाउंट में डाला है और 28 तारीख से सितंबर से मेरे कनेक्शन में चैनल नहीं आ रहे थे जिसकी कंप्लेंट मैंने हितेंद्र मलिक को की और वह 1.10. 2022 को ठीक करने आया और चैनल को ठीक करने के बाद वह 150 पैसा लेकर चला गया और सनडायरेक्ट मैंने एक महीना भी नहीं हुआ लिए हुए फिर भी मेरे से पैसा लिया गया कृपा करके इस पर कार्रवाई की जाए और मेरे पैसे को वापस किया जाए जो कुल पैसा ₹550 है जो मेरे से लगाने का 400 और 150 रुपए ठीक करने का लिया गया है और मेरा आईसीडीएस नंबर [protected] है मेरा नंबर मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है कंपनी की तरफ से सन डायरेक्ट डीटीएच कंपनी की तरफ से इस पर जल्द ही कार्रवाई की जाए और मेरे पैसा वापस करवाया जाएSun Direct DTH Complaints https://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/sun-direct-dth-l33772.html via @twitterapi

                                I have done payment of rs-241.98 from my sundirect app via their upi mode through my paytm account.

                                Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted paytm they said, recharge is sucessful from their end.
                                My sundirect id number is [[protected]].
                                Kindly pls look in to this. So again I recharged rs-241.98 from my sundirect app using debit card that is successful.

                                Please refund the rs-241.98 my initial debited paytm account ASAP.

                                  I add requesting but no-one is responsing properly they just say we will add the channel but nothing is done

                                  Please add the channel as soon as possible

                                      I have recharged my sun direct with smart card id ([protected])but in tv no channels coming and showing that please call call centre to activate and i called customer care and then he told that you have made an hd recharge but yours one is normal set up box so I ask to convert to normal he agreed and told that it is done and it will be activated within 15 mins to 2hrs time and it's still second day there is no response and in television displaying same like please contact call centre to activate
