Dear sir, I am a senior citizen, aged 79, partially disabled, retired I had 3 sun direct connections. Due to frequent injustice in their recharge procedures and also uninformed channel packs, I stopped using 2 connections and currently using one. Recently I recharged that one connection 2 days before due date. Instead of calculating the month properly, the sun direct reduced 2 days and gave next renewal date. Due date was 27/4/2023, but I recharged 0n 25th, and they calculated from 25/4 and gave next renewal date on 25/5, reduced 2 days.. I sent one Email to the concerned, and I received a call from Customer care, assuring me that they will add 2days more. But they didn't. This happened before also.
Furthermore, they are changing channels without information, adding and mixing all unwanted channels, charging more during next renewal

I wish to add further, that some of the sun direct serial films telecasted during evenings are very much degrading women folk, and the families who watch have each and every chance to float men are superiors and women have no respect at all, no meaning for equality.

    I have recharged my Sun direct plan on May 2 2023 at 6:44 pm. The problem is money has been detected but the recharge has been failed and i’ve tried to contact customer support still no response so please solve my issue ASAP.

        30/4/2023 i reacharged twice in one card the card number is [protected]. First reacharge is 249 and second 208.

          Hi. I have recharged my sundirect account for 59₹ basic pack through Sundirect application and Paytm payment gateway but the amount got debited but recharge was not auccesfull. Please refund the amount and reply back with your support. The transaction ID is 62722212 and UPI Ref No[protected] and CDSN no [protected].

            Hi,

            Today morning i.e, April 30th at around 10.40 a.m., I have paid Rs.218 for Sun Direct recharge (Telugu basic pack). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it displays that the transaction has failed. Please refund my money back.

              1. I selected kannada basic pack on sun direct app for 1 month...
              2. Proceded ...
              3.grand total was 218 rs. ...
              4. I selected "use wallet amount" (148 rs.) ...
              5. Now remaining grand total was 43 rs...so i decided to use paytm wallet...
              6. 43 rs deducted from paytm wallet ...
              7. Then app shows "something went wrong" ...
              8. 148 rs from sun direct app didn't deduct but 43 rs from paytm wallet went nowhere ...

              I want my 43 rs back ...

                I am purushotham reddy. I recharged my sundirect account ([protected]) with telugu basic hd pack through google pay.
                Money detected from Google pay is 261.23 rs.
                The upi transaction Id is[protected] and google transaction Id is CICAgJDf_K_mEw.

                Please refund my money.

                    Amount (1729) has debited/deducted from the account.
                    But recharge failed. Transaction ID=62545068.
                    I called customer service and was told that it would be refunded within 7 days.

                    I request the refund to be done as soon as possible.

                          Hello team I have reacharged amount of 310 for kannada premium pack, trough Sun Direct app upi option in paytm amount deducted from my account and in sun direct app it reflected as transaction failed, till now no refund or process on activating the channels recharged for.
                          Please refund or activate pack and oncall support also not responding and providing the solution.
