Dth Recharge failed but Money debited

Hi Team,
I have recharged my Sun direct plan on May 2 2023 at 6:44 pm. The problem is money has been detected but the recharge has been failed and i’ve tried to contact customer support still no response so please solve my issue ASAP....

I recharged the sun direct using Paytm and amount deducted immediately but in sundirect app it is showing recharge failed .

Recharge twice

30/4/2023 i reacharged twice in one card the card number is [protected]. First reacharge is 249 and second 208....

Amount Debited But Recharge Not Done UPI Ref No 348618581456

Hi. I have recharged my sundirect account for 59₹ basic pack through Sundirect application and Paytm payment gateway but the amount got debited but recharge was not auccesfull. Please refund the amount and reply back with your support. The transaction ID is 62722212 and UPI Ref No[protected] and CDSN no [protected].

Recharge not successful - Amount deducted

Hi,

Today morning i.e, April 30th at around 10.40 a.m., I have paid Rs.218 for Sun Direct recharge (Telugu basic pack). The amount has been deducted from my bank account, but it displays that the transaction has failed. Please refund my money back....

Money deducted from paytm wallet but not recharge done ...

1. I selected kannada basic pack on sun direct app for 1 month...
2. Proceded ...
3.grand total was 218 rs. ...
4. I selected "use wallet amount" (148 rs.) ...
5. Now remaining grand total was 43 rs...so i decided to use paytm wallet...
6. 43 rs deducted from paytm wallet ...
7. Then app shows "something went wrong" ...
8. 148 rs from sun direct app didn't deduct but 43 rs from paytm wallet...

Recharge failed and money deducted

I am purushotham reddy. I recharged my sundirect account ([protected]) with telugu basic hd pack through google pay.
Money detected from Google pay is 261.23 rs.
The upi transaction Id is[protected] and google transaction Id is CICAgJDf_K_mEw.

Please refund my money....

Recharge failed amount deducted from account

I have done one recharge for my Sun Direct Smart card no / CDSN
[protected], through SundirectApp of Rs 1129 (UPI Ref No[protected], money got deducted from account but recharge not done, showed transaction failed. Need help to reflect recharge or refund....

Amount (1729) has debited/deducted from the account.
But recharge failed. Transaction ID=62545068.
I called customer service and was told that it would be refunded within 7 days.

I request the refund to be done as soon as possible....

We are not getting 4 channels and customer service also not responding

From 13th April we are recharged for the Sun Direct but we are not getting for Channels respectively Gemini Gemini Movies Maa TV and ETV we have complete for customer service they are not provided anything this is the waste and worst connection in India please don't go for this network after paying money also we are not able to see the fire 6 channels...

Sun Direct App upi recharge failed - amount deducted 310/-

Hello team I have reacharged amount of 310 for kannada premium pack, trough Sun Direct app upi option in paytm amount deducted from my account and in sun direct app it reflected as transaction failed, till now no refund or process on activating the channels recharged for.
Please refund or activate pack and oncall support also not responding and providing the solution....

But till now I didn't get refund or no reachanrge was done and even customer support also not responding please refund the amount...

Amount debited but transaction status is failed

@paytm linked to Bank of India a/c XX0014 debited Rs.659.00 and credited to [protected]@paytm -Ref[protected]
I recharged 3 months tamil gold pack for ₹659..i see amount debited but transaction failed.. please do look in to the issue and resolve as soon as possible ......
