Dear sir, I am a senior citizen, aged 79, partially disabled, retired I had 3 sun direct connections. Due to frequent injustice in their recharge procedures and also uninformed channel packs, I stopped using 2 connections and currently using one. Recently I recharged that one connection 2 days before due date. Instead of calculating the month properly, the sun direct reduced 2 days and gave next renewal date. Due date was 27/4/2023, but I recharged 0n 25th, and they calculated from 25/4 and gave next renewal date on 25/5, reduced 2 days.. I sent one Email to the concerned, and I received a call from Customer care, assuring me that they will add 2days more. But they didn't. This happened before also.
Furthermore, they are changing channels without information, adding and mixing all unwanted channels, charging more during next renewal
I wish to add further, that some of the sun direct serial films telecasted during evenings are very much degrading women folk, and the families who watch have each and every chance to float men are superiors and women have no respect at all, no meaning for equality.
