Hi support team,
I have recharged my dth on 6th February 2020, monday evening around 9:03 pm for monthly plan ₹265.
The amount has been deducted from my account, but the recharge status is showing as failed. I have done this transaction through net banking. Transaction reference no: .340361387724 Your phone call support is not responding. Please refund my payment and confirm me. My registered mob no:8688703325.
