I am a sundirect user. I got free subscription to sunnxt. But after expiration. Sunnxt didn't allow to get free acess. But recharged after also there is allowance to watch sunnxt freely. I got my sundirect subscription expired after that recharged about 15 days ago but i can't watch any channels or movies in sun nxt after recharging my sundirect dth

Wrongful publicity by Sun DTH for all customers all free Sun Next is condemnable.
While subscribing for 3 months sunnxt subscription via paytm amount was deducted but the order not placed successfully. I am trying to reach sunnxt customer desk but it is going vain. I never seen such a poor service

    I have already subscribe for sunnxt. 1 year. My next billing date is 23rd sep, 2019. Since 2 days i am unable to open sunnxt. If do, a message says, subscribe now. If i click ok, messag says this receipt is already used by other customer. If i click manage, it says next billing date is 23 9 19. If i click cancel subscription, it says you can still access it till sep'19. What do i do?

    I have forgotten my login password. Can you help me by giving me an alternate password so as to enable me to watch.

      I had paid my subscription (Annual) yesterday by debit card online. The money has been debited from account, but there is show..! It says i have not subscribed...!!! Very funny the guys are not even bothered to respond.
      Very arrogant attitude of sunnxt
      Why are they swindling public money
      Why are they not even acknowledging the complaint by email.
      Ridiculous
      Feed up wuth this
      No channel to express our complaint...

        I am a subscriber to sun nxt on my smart phone. I paid annual subscription recently. For the last ten days, i am not getting any transmission of programmes on gemini tv network in telugu. Always it is showing that the video server is not working. I regularly see live tv programmes on gemini tv network including news channels, serials, movies, etc. For some time, i could not see the serial "mogalirekulu" on tv hence i wanted to see it on sun nxt. But continuously it is showing video server not working. Pl restore the transmission.

          I have once subscribed service for rs. 130/- where i used my credit card last year. Later on it’s found automatically amount was deduced from my credit card but found services are not been renewed.
          My contact no. [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly reverse this debit immediately and unfortunate part is when i log into system to unsubscribe (Which i have done long back earlier) the system says i have not subscribed, then how come this debit of rs. 130/- to my account. This is being repeating from last 2 times. Today jan 7th 2018 it has been debited again. Kindly revert with all facts and reversal of wrong charged amount.
          Inspite repeated Complaints to customer service of sun Next free viewing of channels as Sun Dth Customer for 10 years, their prewritten procedure for solutions never got solved.

          I am not using SUN NXT app, ur dibeting Rs 50 month on month from 1 year, pl repay the all my amount immediately. Or will go to consumer court.
          I HAVE SUBSCRIBED SUN NXT APP FOR ONE MONTH ONLY.AFTER THAT I HAVE STPOED USEING .BUT EVERY MONTH THEY ARE.DIBETING RS 50 FROM ONE YEAR. REFUND MY AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.

            I registered sun nxt in chennai on 12 july by mobile app and paid subscription fee of inr 480 for one year by paytm. It was working for a week. On july 19th i returned to oman and when i tried in muscat it said "you are not registered for this location". I agreed. Then in aug my family had been using and they came to muscat on 29th september and left on 2nd oct, 2018. They brought the tab lenova one of the three devices i registered with sun nxt. To my surprise, when they returned and tried with the device, same message "you are not registered for this location" appeared and they could not log in. When i lodged complaint with customer care, for 10 days no body responded and then inappropriate response only came. Still, the issue remain unresolved with no concrete response. I feel neglected and very bad service.

              Pls do not use sun next without notification they deducted money from debit or credit card sun nxt app is low level video steaming any ISP IN WORLD I[censored] HAVE 1 gbps speed sun nxt simply buffer no use guys do not waste money I lost 100 INR FOR 2 MONTH NO USE, ALWAYS BUFFERING NO GOOD PROGRAMMES PLS CHECK WITH FRIENDS EVERY ONE SAY SAME EXPERIENCE

                Have once subscribed and not finding the services did not renew the subscription on expiry but rs. 130/- was auto debited to my credit card. You guys are absolutely disgusting and unscrupulous. How can you go on debiting amount without my consent.

                  Hi,
                  I am vijay from chennai. I have subscribed in sunnxt for 1 year on 02-jan-18. It was going well till jun'2018. The app suddenly stopped and asked for renewal of the subscription fees. I sent a mail to support team of sunnxt.com with screenshot of my subscription details. They didn't reply for their mistake instead the changed my app password and sent me. I continued watching till today[protected], but again it is started asking to renew the subscription.

                  It is pure cheating. If we forgot our renewal date, we will renew again. These 3 or 6 months subscription fees is profit for them. It may be rs.480 from me. If they take it from 1 lakh people, it is huge amount. I don't know why they cheaply cheat us like this. I have attached my subscription detail. Some one should take action against them.

                    I purchased cherrinet broadband with 3 months initial subscription. My ID is 416705. The provider told me that they offered 4 months sunnxt free with this connection. But till date I am unable to login the sunnxt in my desktop. my regd mobile no is [protected]. I tried many times to ur customer care no[protected] but nobody pick the call. I am very much disappointed. I hope, thru my complaint, my problem will be rectified. Kindly do the needful as early as u can.

                      cancel my subscription and auto debit

                      Download the app long back and I never used and I have uninstalled the app, but still they are charging 50rs every month and I don't have options to cancel the auto debit option, worst customer experience, pls cancel my subscription and the more worst part after deducting 50rs also I'm unable watch the programs.
                      There are better way to make money....

So I request you to look into this issue immediately and start my subsrciption for which have paid fully.                       slow streaming and hanging; contains ads

                      I am using both amazon prime and sun next. But frustrated while viewing sun next movies for the following reasons:

                      1. Frequently buffering (My wifi speed is good, as amazon prime doesn't have such problems);
                      2. Sun next should be advertisements free. While we are paying why should we see the ads (Amazon prime doesn't have ads.); this is typical unethical attitude of the sun group in swindling money;

                      I have subscribed for 3 months on sunnxt mobile app on 13feb 2018 and unable to stream its content on the app.
                      Raised complaints to their customer care and they passed doesn’t seem to care a bit. They passed time for 8 days and finally told me that i have to check with apple itunes payments.

                      I have submitted the necessary screenshots from the app and apple invoice for the subscription multiple times and they just don’t are to reply or act anything on the issue.
                      Totally flabbergasted with the way they are dealing with it and i have to finally approach you.

                      Please help.

                      Tried explaining them multiple times over emails they are simply uninterested to solve anything and sometimes they don’t even read or understand the mails.

                        When i created a profile and tried to subscribe. The payment was not successful. So i thought it get through and left the site. But today morning without my authentication rs.130 got debited. Dont share your credit card details in this site. Be aware. When i logged in and checked it is telling me i have not subscribed anything. Fraud.

                          I have given unsubscription notification to sun nxt ### but till now they are taking money from my credit card. Currently I am in abroad and I am not using sun next for the past 6 months. Poor CUSTOMER CARE and if you just Google it Sun nxt CUSTOMER CARE number the first thing of search will be cancellation and mANY COMPLAINTs about the media provider. I was surprised these sun network group are established well in south indian market very long back but still the range of service to next gen media is so poor. Finally I cancelled my credit card to escape from this auto pay. Another comedy is the credit card service saying they don't have the facility to block the particular auto detect merchant provider. Lessons learned people doing business around us in India are not really honest. (Not all)

                            Sir auto debited 50/- from my credit card. Cancell please. The above mail mr. Prabu joakin antony's instruction is not available.
                            I go as per his instruction, at the top right corner of the app., go to profilesubscription
                            After that cancell subscription is not available.

                            Pl. Cancel my subscription.
                            Past 3 months you are deducting 50/- from account, how can i give a rating to your concern.
                            Your phone no. Is also not available. No one pick up the call.
                            Even though we took subscription why do we get advertisements in between this a very bad service by sunnxt application.

                              I downloaded sun next application from google store for watching movies, serials etc. For this they are asked to pay rs.50 for one month. Accordingly, i paid the same from my credit card. But unfortunately they are charging rs.50/- every month from my credit card without my consent. There is no option in application for cancel the subscription

                              Kindly help me.

                                I have subscribed for one month aug'17, but without information automatically debited from credit card rs 100/- (Rs 50/- + rs 50/-) for 2 months. There is no proper guide lines to deactivate. I complaint to sun nxt, as per them i am unable to cancel in my mobile, because i already deleted sun nxt app.

                                To resolve this sun nxt have to deactivate

                                  My friend installed sun nxt app. While installing it asked to pay 50 for one month so i have to pay with my credit card.
                                  Every month they auto debited 50 rupees from my credit card. I called the customer care : 044 – 44676767. No response from them. No one is pickup my phone. Kindly give the proper customer care number and help the viewers.
                                  Now he uninstalled app but auto debited from my account it is unbearable pls solve this problem. If you donot solve this problem i will complaint to consumers court.
                                  App is uninstalled but very month RS.50 gets debited from my credit card.No response from customer care.

                                  In the month of October I subscribed for SUN NEXT for one month by paying Rs.50.00 through my credit card in which I might have mentioned the subscription is only for one month. At the end of that month I requested Sun Next to unsubscribe my membership. In app it was shown " User not Subscribed" but every month the company collecting Rs 50.00 from my credit card account and at the same time I am not getting any service from SUN NEXT. This is highly cheating attitude of Sun Next network. Please take necessary action on the company so that it stops collection of money with out providing any service to the subscribers. From the comments above several people loosing their money just like me, which is an offence and has become a common practice in our country, since concerned authorities might have supporting people of this type.
