I login sunnxt by using subscribed mobile numbr [protected] .I just uninstall the app, and again after few days I reinstalled it. Here the login page shows that, this number allowed a maximum number of device.so please check once and clear this issue...

My recharge for the annual subscription is successful, yet not reflected on the sun nxt website. I have proof of money debited to sun nxt on 6th Apr 2021 from Paytm. No one is answering customer care numbers. Pl, refund my money back, as I have recharged it one more time for continuity of service.

I have cancelled my subscription and yet my money gets deducted for no absolute reason.
I need an immediate refund.
I have sent a complaint before as well.
There was no proper action taken and this time it is very serious.
It is not funny to receive a message every month for amount deduction when I haven't subscribed.

My account is not subscribe in my phone, what is the problem in my account....

With out the prior notice the subscription has been renewed.. from my CC.

As i have been not informed i have lodged a complaint with my CC customer care..

I would like to stop my subscription with sunnxt presently until this issue is resolved with CCard dept.

I am not able to view live channels from yesterday. My subscription is valid till February 2022, but the scree shows to subscribe. my customer id is 25299453, it is in my dad name Mr. Raman Thilakar....

We are not receiving the signal from today morning...It's such a disappointment that we have paid subscription in January 1st for six months and our connection is facing a lot of difficulties from time to time...We hope you would take necessary action as soon as possible...
