Bad 😕 It seems that Sun NXT has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I had subscribed for a month on trial basis. Now today on september 1st, rs50/- is auto debited this month also which i don't require this subscription.. Remit back to me and cancel this auto debit immediately.. Confirm to me..
Whenever require i will get the subscription.. Resolve my issue immediately with a reply..

Sir auto debited 50 rupees from my credit card.i cancelled please
My friend installed sun nxt app. While installing in order to enter it asked to pay 50 for one month. Fortunately. For 1st month they charged only 5 rupees. Then after few days he cancelled the subscription.
Next month again they auto debited 50 rupees from my credit card. I called the customer care : 044 – 44676767. No issue. No one is picking it. App is also very slow. Kindly give the proper customer care number and help...
I took sun nxt 30 days free trial (Tamil) on jul 9th 2017. When i register i was told tamil monthly package is only $18.49 per month and the amount will be charged only after 30 day free trial.
But they charged $48.20 to my credit card on july 11th via paysupport247.com.
I immediately cancelled my free trial and sent them an email on july 17th to refund my money. They replied that they will look into this matter on july 18th, after that no response from them.
One day i had done recharge of 50rs to see a south indian movie on my tv on i have visited sunnxt.com to see a movie trial basis but to my surprise they are debiting every month of same date from my credit card
i felt that i have done mistake to use my credit card
