    Actually i cancel the subsribtion 6 months ago..still my amount debited monthly once even im not using this sunnxt.i dont know how to stop..i send email to about this issue to sunnxt.but still i cant stop this issue.please solve my problem.and refund my money

      Hey. Trash the sun nxt app from roku portfolio. This app is a crap and the developers do not support fixing issues at all. The original app version 2.0 was developed too far way back in 2018 and there wasn't any updates after that. Even after consistent reach out to the developers since last three months, i received their ridiculous response "we are working on this issue at highest priority". This is totally insane, taking us back to the ice age customer support.

        I am a new user of Sun Nxt.

        I paid a quarterly payment of Rs 130/- using "paytm" app (01 Sep, 03:02 pm)from my smartphone. Details are as follows:

        Sun TV Order ID: SBOICJBIMZWG
        PayTM Wallet TrXn ID: [protected] (For Your office reference)

        Sun Nxt customer care acknowledged the number and promised to revert.
        Had called the next day, gave her the feedback of still not successful recharge.

        I was forced to use my credit card to continue watching Sun NXT after "paytm" recharge failed.

        Have brought this information to the notice of customer care as they are assuming the recharge has worked. But, I have paid "twice"

        Very disappointed with your assistance. kindly credit my recharge amount back.

        This is unacceptable.
        PayTm says they have credited and they gave this acknowledgment number.

        Kindly credit the amount back to me or extend the subscription by another 3months.

            Past two 27 nd 28 of august, sun nxt app not working. None of the contents are playing, it says tv server is busy. My monthly pack is going waste, i want it to be fixed

                I subscribed for annual plan and you guys took it money from account and then I opened app and I try to watch movie then it is asked about subscription again what the hell is this did you guys trying to took customers money I wanna return my money or subscription please respond otherwise you will face serious consequences

                          When this app is paid why am i getting add in between that too tiktok ads i want ads free or else provide free of cost when you are charging for the things you shouldnot make up with ads it should be a ads free service

                              subscription paid but account issue

                              I paid for sun nxt subscription more than a couple of months ago. But of late i have been having an issue that whatever i try to play, i will get a message that say unable to reach server. I wrote an email to the support team, but they took forever to respond.in the meanwhile i realized that when i logout from my account, i am able to watch free channels but even that does not work with i login. So it was apparent the issue was with my account....

                                The same day we have watched for 1 hour and logged out
                                Next day when i was trying to login it is asking to subscribe

                                  In the month of october i subscribed for sun next for one month by paying rs.50.00 through my credit card in which i might have mentioned the subscription is only for one month. At the end of that month i requested sun next to unsubscribe my membership.in app it was shown "user not subscribed" but every month the company collecting rs 50.00 from my credit card account and at the same time i am not getting any service from sun next. This is highly cheating attitude of sun next network. Please take necessary action on the company so that it stops collection of money with out providing any service to the subscribers. From the comments above several people loosing their money just like me, which is an offence and has become a common practice in our country, since concerned authorities might have supporting people of this type.
                                  I have purchased sun NXT for 3 months pack. As they said I can’t able to view movies even after downloading also. Always getting an error of License expired and all. They don’t even have a proper customer support also. I want my money to refund back .

                                    I am using both amazon prime and sun next. But frustrated while viewing sun next movies for the following reasons:

                                    1. Frequently buffering (My wifi speed is good, as amazon prime doesn't have such problems);
                                    2. Sun next should be advertisements free. While we are paying why should we see the ads (Amazon prime doesn't have ads.); this is typical unethical attitude of the sun group in swindling money;
                                    3. Moreover, after the ad, the movie is not resuming most of the time and the system hangs even;
                                    4. If we come out, then we have to load the movie from the beginning (Amazon prime will automatically resume from where we left);

                                    If the above problems are not resolved immediately, then i will have to cancel the subscription.

                                      I am a sundirect user. I got free subscription to sunnxt. But after expiration. Sunnxt didn't allow to get free acess. But recharged after also there is allowance to watch sunnxt freely. I got my sundirect subscription expired after that recharged about 15 days ago but i can't watch any channels or movies in sun nxt after recharging my sundirect dth

                                      Wrongful publicity by Sun DTH for all customers all free Sun Next is condemnable.
                                      While subscribing for 3 months sunnxt subscription via paytm amount was deducted but the order not placed successfully. I am trying to reach sunnxt customer desk but it is going vain. I never seen such a poor service
