I have subscribed Sun nxt basic plan and it is not able to work on my Smart TV. Please. Try to sort out the issue.

    Yesterday on 23/10/2021 at 11.50 pm, I have done monthly subscription for 50 rs, of course it has been subscribed, but 50 rs debit for two times, so total 100 Rs deducted in my account [protected], IFSC CODE SBIN0005618, the transaction ID details are SBDUEZ9AKCRL and SB06GKB1RLS4, so please refund 50 Rs to my account immediately

      Please share proper details whether I can see the movie in the basic plan. As per the basic plan, we can see the movie with Ads. So why I can't see the movie or play the movie on TV. I have sent more emails but I didn't get a proper response from sun nxt. Even there is no proper customer number to tell the complaines

            Sun Nxt has been so far great but suddenly it has gone like unwatchable in TV and Can watch easily in Mobile without any interfere, so can you take this as a complaint and sort out this issue ASAP. Thanks.

                  I have never user sun next app instead of having sun direct account . Now when I am trying to login to the app with my sun direct account details . It is showing that maximum number of devices are using the account as if some unknown person is accessing it . I have also changed the password but still not able to login to the account . Please provide an explanation or a solution to this as soon as possible.

                        For my sunnxt account i enter registered number but it is not coming and showing the your number is already login. ... So plz deactivate all sunnxt accounts except mine...

                          I am a sun nxt user form past one year, my user name is [protected], i have used one mobile phone and one smart tv, last month i have bought new mobile and i have uninstalled ths SUN NXT app form that old mobile and installed in New mobile but it is not working showing as

                          [protected] associated with maximum allowed no of divices, please deregister one or more device from already logged in devices.

                          after that i have again installed and checked with same old mobile phone, now that old phone is also not working and showing the same above error.
