                  Last month i have purchase air cooler from amazon. After that i have received damaged cooler. When i have complain to customer care they say we will give that part will replace. After replacing the damage part its worked 10 - 15 days again same problem i s started. now i am asking you to replacing of part again and again better provide me new fresh air cooler.

                    I have purchased symphony movicool 125L cooler online from symphony limited.com on 28/05/2021 vide bill no.SYM[protected]. The package was delivered on 31/05/2021. After unboxing, parts of the package (four wheels) were missed.
                    Hence you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action and ensure quick delivery of remaining parts (four wheels).

                      Hi Team,

                      I had purchased cooler on 28-May-2021 (received date) below are the order details:

                      Order no : SYM[protected]
                      Model Number: Symphony Diet 3D 20i Tower Air Cooler 20-litres with Magnetic Remote

                      I assume it is coming in good height (As per product image it is looking enough tall but it is not that much) and as per product detail it is enough to cool 13mtr2 room but when I tried it in my bedroom which is 10x10 feet i.e. 10 mtr2 it is not cooling this area.

                      Now I would like to replace this cooler with 35ltr capacity cooler of the same model to get desired cooling.

                      Please help me to get it resolved very soon.

                                  I had purchased a symphony cooler last year and my water pump (motor) is not working now. My cooler is still in the warranty period ie till 28.05.2021. As bhopal is under a lockdown from about a month the service officer is not providing his services uptill now. I request to register my complaint and solve the same asap and consider it in warranty period only as the complaint is duely filed within time.

                                    I have purchased Movicool L125 last year after getting a call from symphony customer care.
                                    Recently I came to know that what I had paid ₹21, 500 after discounts
                                    (MRP quoted was ₹26, 000)
                                    was much more than its MRP of ₹19, 990.

                                    Its really unfortunate that its happening with such a trusted brand of India.
                                    We always have high amount of trust on this brand.
