I had procured SYMPHONEY AIR COOLER DIET 3D 20I from Shree Ram Metal on 8th June 2021, With in one month time its motor is not working & water is not getting circulated through hondy comb PAD.

Requesting you to please arrange person to visit & Resolve issue asap or else refund for the product & take back this product.

I bought Symphony Diet 12T cooler on flipkart on 9/6/21, which was delivered to me on 12/6/21 (in New Delhi). In less than a month (4/7/21), The pump has stopped working and the cooler is giving out hot air. I tried contacting symphony customer care, but I receive no response except automated messages. No customer care executive speaks on call. I have tried contacting flipkart as well, but still no response from symphony service centre. Kindly help me regarding the same.

Purchased symphony cooler last month on 31 may 2021 my cooler pump is not working not response my call for customer care pls repair shortly.

We purchased symphony cloud wall mounted cooler on 28th June. The shop from which we purchased is hemkunt electronic moradabad. They have given us defected product. It's not cooling as water is not picking up because of which it's giving warm air. We registered the complain to symphony service center of moradabad pin code 244001. Firstly the technician mr Mohd waseem forced us to accept that it's alright when we refuse he opened up the cooler and saw that magnet that pull the water was not working. He said that he have changed it. But still the cooler is not working. We updated the same to technician however he was not ready to listen. We again registered a fresh complain today BY[protected] and surprisingly the same technician picked up the call and refused to come and see the cooler.
Firstly I got the defected cooler which the shop keeper is not ready to exchange or change. Secondly the technician assigned is not listing. If this is the type of tie up and services symphony company provide to their customer then No one should purchase this company product ever. It's pathetic and waste of money. I need my refund or immediate exchange of product.

I brought cooler on 21/3/2021 from Shree Jee Electronics, Morshi, Amravati, Maharashtra. After one month its water pump not working found faulty where as company assured 1 year of guarantee when we purchased it from the vendor of Morshi.
We had raised complaint before 29th may 2021, but I did not received any call or did not visit ant person to repair cooler. Now my Frustration level is high and I dont want your cooler.
So we request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible, We already returned that cooler to the vendor, He has also raised same issue to the company.
Waiting for your reply, Kindly do the needful.

When technician call me he didn't speak properly. Without visit he want all details in call with diagnosed he proven water moter is damage his contact is given below very very unmannered person pls send any other guy for visit

I purchase symphony Air Cooler Strom 70i G on 25th April 2021 from Vijay Sales Indirapuram Ghaziabad. When I switch on the air cooler after few minutes the water is start flowing out from the side panels and is not cooling as much. Due to leakage in few minutes water starting collecting on floor.
So please solve my problem as soon as possible

This complaint against your service dealer ( Saifi enterprises 3363 Ground floor, Niyay khand 3, Indira puran, Ghaziabad Ph.no.is[protected] I repaired my cooler with new pumps and pad but not working my cooler properly after expanding Rs 1500.

I ordered cooler online from symphony website. After payment I have not received any information no product is delisvered neither amount is refunded.

They do not reply either online or through phone.

Last year I bought the symphony sumo 115xl and just after a month the 2 tyre pieces of the cooler broke down. I told the dealer(Mr. Gaurav Wadhwa) about the problem. He told us to contact the customer service of the company.
When we told them the problem they said that a technician will visit us. The technician came and visited us and after that there was no response from the company. We also sent them pictures of the tyres.
Then we had to solve this issue by ourselves. We applied some adhesive on them and that was a temporary solution.
Now about a year passed and now also there is no response from the company.
One tyre broke again and I searched this on the internet and I found the medium of complaint. I am hoping that my problem will be resolved soon.

In Diet50 air cooler white with remote, falls indicator for empty tank is blinking consequently water lifting pump goes off although there is plenty of water in the tank, suggest the trouble shooting or register a complaint

Water pump is not work in one side and the air is not so cool. Air is so hot when i cool mod on please solve it air is hot and water pump is not work properly

When I switch on the air cooler after few minutes the water is start flowing out from the bottom of the rear pad and is not cooling as much.
So please solve my problem as early as possible.
