Respected Sir/Madam,

I purchased a air cooler, Sl No. [protected]D4V, Invoice No.BPJ-S0000233 on 11th April'22 (Invoice attached) and brought it home however found the front top panel was broken (photo attached) when I unboxed the product on 12th April, 22 (noon). I immediately called the sales person named Akash, Contact-[protected], Patra Electronics and informed about the issue and a ticket (BU[protected]) was raised on the same day (evening). I was told this product will be replace by 13th April EOD and provided Symphony executive named Prashant Tripathy, Contact-[protected] however I did not get any call. After I called multiple times to the executive, I was told that the front panel needs to be replaced and it got replaced on 16th April. While testing the product by the technician named Mohan Rao, contact-[protected], we found there was a leakage from the bottom of the water tank and he told us that the bottom panel also needs to be changes and he left. I again called the executive (Prashant) and informed about the same on the same day (16th April, evening) and he told us that he'll update the status shortly and didn't call. When I called him on 19th April to follow up, he told me that a technician will vision today (19th April) to fix the issue I waited till 7pm however nobody called. I called the sales person (Akash) and asked him the number of the seller's store manager number. After few minutes I got a call from the technician saying "I couldn't come due to work load. I'll vision tomorrow (20th April). Now god knows when this issue will be fixed.

I request you to please investigate the issue and take the strict action against "Symphony Limited" for this kind of casual behavior/ignorance and "Patra Electronics" for selling defective product and making fake commitment to give best and quick service anytime.

After all this mess, I want either this product to be returned or replaced completely. I have suffered a lot ever since I have purchased this product. The seller

    Really very disappointed with the service of Symphony .I had purchased a Diet 3d 40i cooler last week on 14th april. The cooler was purchased online from the company website. The product did not work for even 15 minutes, hence had raised a replacement request

    The replacement request order 19894-1 is open since 2 days - with no response from the courier agency.

    The call center people are really annoying as they do not have details and no confirmation is provided by them.

    Can you help in this matter urgently please?

    I wish to approach the consumer court for providing a faulty piece in the first place and then troubling the customer by not picking it back urgently for getting a replacement.

      I regret the purchase of the symphony cooler..
      I have ordered one on[protected]
      I have received on[protected]
      I found it damaged...after so much struggle i got the customer care number connected
      I raised a complaint on[protected]
      They closed it and raised another complaint themselves on[protected]
      After so much of follow-up engineer visited my home on[protected]
      I asked for replacement but they said there is no replacement option...but on website they mentioned that they have 10 days replacement policy...
      They took it for repair on 7th..till now not resolved...i called customer care today and they are saying complaint has been closed...
      One more thing is customer care people will disconnect your call or they say application is not responding..they won't connect to superior too .
      I called 5 times today...
      Please do not go for such products...after sales support is worst...
      I regret it...

          I purchased cloud 15 from co. After receiving on 14 April. No intallation done yet of that wall cooler. How symphony say they they work for customer. Bad impression on all purchased who bought from symphony product. Please resolve problem.

                Sumo 75 Xl desert cooler pump not working

                  We bought an industrial cooler from symphony and after using 1 or 2 months the motor went off and stopped working we contacted customer service for new motor they claimed its reinstallation with new motor asap now its been 1 week and they aren't receiving calls...very bad service and too much delay

                      Online selling of defective air coolers by symphony and worst after sale service

                        I've registered the complaint against symphony air cooler before two weeks. They told service person will reach you. But no-one reached me still. So regularly am contacting the customer care again they saying service person will contact you. In between they cancelled my complaint and re-register the complaint. But whatever we doing no person contacted me. What's this customer service. It's really very worst customer service I faced first time in the world.

                          I bought a air cooler last year, from the first week itself giving lots of problems water leaking, spraying etc mode and design completely worst Design, i dont knw how they agreed with air cooler ninja such useless model and waste of money

                            एक हफ्ते पहले ही मैं सिंफनी का टावर कूलर 55 आई खरीदा हूं इससे पहले भी मेरे पास सिंफनी का ही टावर कूलर 15 लीटर था। जो करीब 10 साल चला एवं उसका पुलिंग बेहतरीन था इसलिए मैंने इस बार भी टावर कूलर ही खरीदा। परंतु कंपनी के द्वारा चीट किया गया। पिछले छोटे कूलर में जितना बड़ा हनी कॉम पैड और एयर फ्लो एरिया था उसका आधा एरिया ही उसके दो गुणे बड़े कूलर में दिया गया है इस वजह से यह कूलर सिर्फ और सिर्फ पंखे का काम करता है कूलर का बिल्कुल भी नहीं । क्योंकि कूलिंग के नाम पर जीरो है कूलिंग बिल्कुल भी नहीं करता है इससे तो अच्छा घर में पंखा ही चला लिया जाए। फिर ₹10000 लगाकर मुझे या कूलर लाने की क्या आवश्यकता थी मैं पहली बार सिंफनी कंपनी के तरफ से चीट किया गया महसूस कर रहा हूं मैं इस कूलर को अपने घर में बिल्कुल भी नहीं रखना चाहता कंपनी से अनुरोध है कि कृपया इस कूलर को ले जाए एवं पैसा वापस कर दें अन्यथा मैं कोर्ट की शरण में जाऊंगा मेरे पास और कोई भी रास्ता नहीं है कंजूमर के साथ इतना बड़ा धोखा धड़ी कूलर के नाम पर करना आज के समय में गवारा नहीं है मैं पूरी सोशल मीडिया पर इस बात को उठाना चाहता हूं कृपया 1 हफ्ते के अंदर इस समस्या का समाधान करें मेरा फोन नंबर है [protected]
