We have purchased Jumboo 70 L cooler from SAGAR M.P. (470002) on[protected]. It's been just 3 months but we have looged complain every 10 days from the contact no +91-[protected]. We have faced issues with pump, holes of the cooler and motor.
Though, we have logged complain many times and this has been taken care but it is very frequent. We have not expected that Symphony feedback will be this worst.
Recently we logged complain and got pump changed (They changed pump to local brand).The question here is why we are experincing this very frequently ? Attached the bill for your reference.
Kindly check and change our cooler or return our money for the same. This is really unacceptable from one of the top brand.

I order to symphony cooler Diet 50i black air tower on symphony offical website symphony.com, I was pay payment on 1/06/2022 with my debit card and my money also debited on 01/06/2022. today 29/06/2022 29 days of my oder was cancelled but not received my refund money how much or take time
    Then my money has not come till now, when will my money come or not, tell me

      My name is Rajesh Kumar and I had registered a complaint Symphomy Customer CAre on 16th June, Thursday through service request no. ND[protected] for the non functioning of the motor pump and the swing button of the my Symphony Air Cooler. While registering my complaint I was told that the complaint will be attended in the next 24 to 48 hours. However it is really disappointing that today is the 5th day since I registered my complaint, but the technicians at Symphony are so busy that no technician has still come to attend to my complaint. Is this how Symphony wants to be the most preferred brand in India. I am sorry to say, if this is how you treat your customers' complaints, it will not be too long when customers will say to buying your products if this is how you attend to service requests. I would appreciate if your company and technicians take such feedback seriously and attend to my complaint i have been facing for the last 5 days. People from Symphony keep calling me to extend my warranty for two more years by paying 999. Is this how they give service to their customers even when the product is under warranty

      I had bought this cooler on 24th August 2021, and hence it is still under warranty.

        I order to symphony cooler diet 50i black
        On 01/06/2022, I pay payment with online payment method. My money was debited that day on 01/06/2022, then after check 1 hour I try to track my order then i see my order was cancelled after read terms and conditions i call symphony costumer care services on 10/06/2022 but they only reply, sir consider will be forwarded or highlighted to our team i regularly call but they only say same thing. I really mistake to myself i order to symphony limited to buy cooler. My life biggest mistake ever. God knows my money refund back or not.

                I have purchased symphony siesta 70 cooler at 8 april 2022,
                After 1 month cooling of cooler is less and after few days, water pump of cooler was no working,
                I have complained at customer care, and technician comes next day and after repair water pump start woking but after 1 hrs again stop working water pump,
                After that i again complain at customer care, detail is

                But no mechanic come and no response by customer care, and my complaint was closed by service center without my knowledge,
                I again complaint at customer care and my complaint details is (

                But till present no response by customer care and service center,
                Your service is too worst, i will never suggest to anyone to purchase symphony cooler,

                  We bought DIET 22T symphony air cooler last year (2021) April 4th, It worked fine the next few months till july, 2021. After that the cooling got reduced each day, i don't know why, and now from the last month one drop of water is not used by the cooler and therefore no cooling at all. I tried calling customer care but every time it disconnects while i was describing the problem, and this happened a few times. I also tried filing a complaint on symphony website and when i entered all the details and clicked submit, it doesn't take it and thus no complaint was registered. I request an immediate solution for this issue by sending one of your technicians to our place and get the issue resolved as it is very hot for my old grandparents without it.

                    I purchased symphony 65 jumbo cooler on 5 may 2022 . On same day during delivery the product, cooler was not working and seller send his electrican to make it work . But after 1 month again there is same problem in cooler . I request please change my cooler and refund my money . Symphony product is not worthy of my money .

                      Product is not working, raised complaint no one reached. no proper customer care number its all IVR voice, No mail ID to communicate.

                      Product choosed for return after 18 days product picked from me by Delhivery couries service again one more pathetic service partner arranged by symphony.

                      01/06/2022 there no further update on return/refund/replacement until today.

                      Moreover product is very low quality,

                      my request dont buy any prodcut directly from their website its pain. instead buy through amazon or flipkart if you like symphony coolers.

                        We bought symphony storm 70XL Desert cooler on 25th march 2022. From Day 7 of purchase we are facing problems with this one. At first water motor got damaged and service agent after two complaints replaced it with new motor. Now sparking and firing is happening near blower. Whatsapp customer support is not available and they are not registering complaint also. Even they blocked account on Twitter also. If you can’t respect customers, how can you behave in such a way ! We would like to get refund or replace this one with a new product. This is the defective piece, accept your mistake and show some respect to the money we paid. Hoping for a better response atleast now.

                            I ordered a cooler whose order number is #33766, it has an old rusted product, parts are missing from it and i can not assemble the cooler not even a wheel has arrived. The remote has junk rust scratch on it. I called the customer service team and they said return and refund is not allowed only replacement can be done. This is highly disappointing i don't need this product anymore as my trust on symphony has been ruined.
                            I trusted symphony's site, that was my biggest mistake, I will never order from this website. I will also complain that no return policy has been put anywhere on the site.

                              2 months back, I purchased Symphony VFD for Symphony Venti-Cool 20U to control the speed. It's making such a loud noise which is unbearable. I am following up with company for fixing or refund but they say their product will make such a huge noise. Pathetic response from Symphony for a Rs. 17000 product. I would recommend not to buy this product and moreover this shows their policies around customer satisfaction. I complained via their website but there is no response. Pathetic products

                                I purchased a symphony cooler on 2nd july 2021 after that it hd motor and pump problem since it is in warranty so i filed a complaint but no one visited. The authorized service centre of my city firozabad talked to very rudely and shouted on me on call +[protected] here is the number of that person the technician is also denying the service even when its in warranty i filed a complaint on 27 april 2022 and till now no one visited to solve the issue. And they talk very rudely to the customers this is the no. Of technician who was denying service +[protected] My adress is Asmcs firozabad boys hostel jalesar road I even complaint many times on symphony customercare

                                    Buyed product on 4th May. Received delivery on 5th May.

                                    Raised a complained to Croma store same day. They said try out things.

                                    I tired and told them not working at all. Replace the product or repair the product.

                                    Very poor cooling not like at a store as well. i can consider bit less from store but it is very very poor.

                                    I asked them to replace the product, i will buy other product from you only or provide any soluntion. They said once product open we can not take it back. but for product testing i have to open box anyways. CROMA online shops and tata website accept return and replace but store is not accpeting. I also not asked for money return, just replace product with other form same store. I also agree for same company as well.

                                    I see CROMA is TATA's brand, it is very poor. It is not tata, TATA always cares for customer.

                                    Kindly return the product, i will take other product as product is not damaged as well. Raised complained at store on 5th still no updates from them. If it is time taking process it is a very very bad structure from CROMA and team.

                                      I brought symphony cooler from bajaj show electronic.there no cool coming from cooler.I raise a complaint before two weeks no body take action Even they did not CONTACT me.
                                      After two weeks went bajaj there floor manager got beats.he raised police complaint on me.
                                      I won't leave THOSE WHO WORKS IN ### SYMPHONY i go as long as till my death.
                                      You worst ### are drinking poor peoples blood, you are the guys eating public ### in corporate business style.
                                      Fully ### WORST SERVICE.
                                      Don't believe these worst symphony by seeing demo coolers service is worst.
                                      Better to go for BAJAJ or BLUESTAR

                                        After the use of 10 days the water pump stops working so i filled a complaint by call to customer service
                                        A mechanic came who is trying to replace the water pump with old and repaired one so i insists not to.
                                        After a long conversation with customer service again a mechanic came who replaced with old cracked repaired one
                                        Now no one is there for my solution
