Made an online purchase worth ₹ 3318 on 2nd oct'19 from amazon. Returned one of their products. Amazon team confirmed receipt of their product and also confirmed refund has been issued on 7th oct'19. Oct 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved It was resolved within 10 mins of me lodging complaint here. I got an sms from bank confirming the refund & I checked the bank statement. It could be a coincidence as i ve waited long enough already. But happy it's sorted Syndicate Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

Not only are their upi and atm services regularly down, sometimes they are down for an entire weekend without warning.
purchases soap in amezon shopping app the product is not good quality so it can be return to Amazon. The price of product can be refund to my account. The amount cannot refund to my account so please to consider my request to credit the amount.
