      It's about accidental physical damage... Even after more than a month i haven't received my handset nor any call.
      When i call customer care they say flat & rubbish... Your handset is under repairing process.

      I will never recommend anyone to go for syska gadget insurance.

            My name is balram Singh. My phone got damage in an accident and when I went to the store for claim or repair my device they denied my request. They said my name on syska gadget secure is registered as balsam Singh instead of balram Singh and we cannot approve your request we can do nothing.i gave them right document and my email with name of balram Singh. It was there mistake I don't know about that.

              This is to bring in your notice about the Fraud being done to me by SYSKA, they have collected my handset for repair as per their policy insurance package. They told me that they have submitted my handset to Samsung Authorized service center, but that was a lie as they were unable to provide the info about the Samsung service center address and the Job-sheet number. It's more than a month now that they have taken my phone and not returning it back. And if i call to their customer care they don't give any valuable info and simply disconnects my phone.

              I request you to kindly look into this matter immediately and shut this Fraud Syska Gadget Secure company down.

                I have lodged a complaint no [protected] to Syska for my Iphone 5S damage on 20/12/2016 today is 05/08/2017 and my claim has still not been settled.
                Syska is One of the Worst Gadget Insurance Company. I will never recommend Syska to any of my friend and reletives Not even my enemies.

                I am very frustrated and angry with the kind of service Syska is providing to its valued customer.

                  I purchased samsung galaxy a7 mobile and did insurance with syska. The mobile damaged on 2 nov 2016, i processed all the formality and handset to the company on 12 nov 2016. Syska service centre declared device un repairable. Syska declared total loss status in dec 2016. Since then i yet to get my insurance money from syska gadget secure. I called up the company many times. They every time says that our expert time is looking in the matter. Soon you will get call from syska.

                      Madam/dear sir, i had sent my handset (Samsung note 5) for claim/repair under captiined cin number.

                      I have received my handset but very sorry to inform you that while taking delivery, "s - pen" was found missing in the courier packet. Also the"home key with fingerprint sensor" has not been repaired and the same is still in broken condition.

                      I have informed to your customer care executive immediately from the office of courier company and your executive advised me to send this mail.

                      You may verify above mentioned things from the courier company also as i have opened my packet in their presence.

                      Request you to please look into it and do the needful.

                        I had gotten my iPhone 7 plus insured with Syska gadget secure, when I bought in November. Now on march 27, my phone screen broke and thus I contacted the customer care and made a claim for the insurance. They told me to upload some documents including my photo I'd, photos of the phone and self deceleration. I did all of this before 20th April. And when I checked the status of the complaint online, it showed that your case is under process. I contacted the customer care multiple times but they always said that your complaint is under process. And now they say that your complaint has been rejected. I have contacted them now again and again but they say that you didn't upload the documents on time. Very disappointed with the services. My complaint number is [protected]

                          I had taken a insurance of syska gadget against purchase of my gionee s6 mobile. But the headset got damaged due to slipping from my hand and falling in water. I had registered my claim in the month of september 2016 and headset was received and claim was approved by them in the month of november 2016. But till date (06/05/2017) they are not able to update me about the status of my mobile. Every time i call their customer care they always say your claim is under process and never give a date by which i would receive my headset back.

                          I mean it only takes 9 month for a baby to get born but these people are not able to process a insurance claim in 9 months. Shame on their competence and ability to deal with customer problems.

                          Indian business is growing globally and investors are trusting indian market but fraudulent companies like these must be thrown away who fail to provide the required services.

                            Due to an accident my handsets screen shattered and went through the process of filling paper work of syska gadget secure as i got my phone insured with syska when i got the phone, i sent the handset to syska through blue dart waybill no : [protected] according to them handset was received by syska on 29.03.17
                            Its been more than 1 month now and still after booking shortfall on damage claim form on 8th of april the status is still same. Due to non update on the syska website portal as advised by customer care i sent the short fall document to [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com multiple times from around 12th of april till date, after every few days i call customer care and i am told last update is on 8th april due to shortfall and no further action has been taken but they have put my case on priority and will get it done as soon as possible but status still remains the same after all this time. Please look into this matter and help resolve this if possible

                              I Kumar Deepak an insured client with SYSKA GADGET SECURE with complaints number: [protected]. I purchased Samsung S7 for which I paid extra for the SYSKA GADGET SECURE insurance so that in case of accidental damage and theft i'll be insured. On 22/07/2016 My Samsung S7 edge was snatched and fell in the category of theft according to the company's policy. For the claim under syska insurance for my phone I submitted all the required documents as requested by the customer service of Syska gadget secure and the Job card number or complaint number given was: . [protected]. It's been more than 9 months but I didn't got any reimbursement from SYSKA. To make the situation even worse whenever I call the customer service they put me on hold for at least 10-15 minutes and just give me a FAKE assurance that" sir all the documents were properly submitted, they are correct and verification has been completed, the claim amount will be credited within few days. Forget about days and weeks it's been more than 9 months and I am getting very much frustrated from syska.I never expected this to happen from one of the biggest growing INSURANCE COMPANY for phone like syska gadget secure. I don't know what else I have to do and few of my friends suggested that i should File a complaint on consumer court website, they will help you. Sir/Mam with all due respect I request you to please help me in this situation as I am getting NOTHING but FAKE assurance from Syska gadget secure.

                                Now I have Samsung Galaxy s7 edge, accidently damaged the screen, had baught a syska insurance too (initially was happy that I have a backup for my phone repair free of cost)
                                Now here is the shocking story that happened with me!
                                Called syska Call centre, was told to upload the documents on their website, the format of the documents was explained by them (not in detail), I uploaded the same.
                                Was told will get a call back in 2 days and handset would be picked up from your place.
                                Waited for 2 weeks, no call, had to call then again and check the status, was informed that the documents are shortfall, I said ok must be my mistake, asked them in complete details what do you require,
                                They said all other documents are completely fine and have been approved, only one document - declaration form need to be uploaded handwritten.
                                I uploaded the same the very next moment. Told him to check, he said maam you have to wait for next 2 days to get the approval for the same.
                                I was like okay let's wait, so this time dint receive a call for the next 16 days.
                                Got totally frustrated and called the company, asked them abt the status, this time they said - maam your all documents have been accepted, apart from the phone's clear photo with IMEI num.
                                I asked him whether the declaration letter was right, he said yes all fine, except the IMEI .
                                This time I just understood the way they fool people, by just mentioning one or the other shortfall in document.
                                Hence I decided to go forward with the same and see what do they have next in the box for us.
                                Third phone call to them happened immediately in next 2 days, same as expected, they came up with an excuse of some other document bearing a shortfall.
                                This time no wonder I had no patience to deal with this non sense.
                                Guys they will fool you to the core, even after your insurance is approved they won't return your phone for 1 or 2 years.
                                The fraud company syska should be punished for the same and I am going to make sure rise this case and do a complaint against them so that others are not fooled henceforth.
                                Syska- A fraud company, fooling people for their own good of buying the products from them.

                                    One person shivlink called claiming from Syska now over phone he is telling the reason my claim is rejected because my first claim of April was rejected due to negligence. Till now you all mentioned that my claim is rejected for following reason

                                    We regret to inform you that your claim rejected by validation and scrutiny as on the Verification call client stated that he did not have previous repaired invoice.

                                    I have been telling you all that I never got the phone repaired because it was a very minor defect on the side of the Rim which your person visited and checked my phone and told me so there was no question of repair and hence no question of Bill now your person is telling me on phone that it was rejected because not of the repair bill but because my first claim was rejected due to negligence I can tell you that there was no rejection due to negligence it was not processed as I did not follow for a minor defect I want to see the email where April dated claim was rejected due to negligence as per your claim.

                                    I want to see the email or the recorded phone call and I have been told to write this email so that you can send me the email showing April claim rejected due to negligence

                                    My phone is very much is still in the warranty in this repair which I got from authorised centre of Samsung proves that I never got the repair done the same can be proved by verifying from Samsung also plus my phone is in warranty so that I have not got it repaired from anywhere else

                                    You guys are writing some thing on email and then telling some thing else on phone.

                                      I had purchase syska gadget secure insurance plan for my new mobile s7 edge, and my handset had been damaged i register the complain and claim for the same on 14/12/2016, from that date i had been very harassed by the company for not reg the claim first, then after they reg the claim i had upload all the document required by them to process the claim, after three month the claim had been registered and approve.

                                      After that i had got the message to give the mobile for repair on 7th march 17 to the pick up point arrange by the syska company, and i had handover the mobile to the courier partner of pick up point...On 11 mar 17.

                                      The company had received the mobile on 21st mar 17, and they had forward for repairs purpose and from that day they are telling it is under repair...Almost 4 months over for claim and 1.5 month my handset had given for repair...

                                      Every time i call to the company they will tell its is under repairs form last 45 days...And they are not telling the date fo delivery of the handset to me... As i spoke to reg samsung care services for repair, they told me that only 1 day time required to repair my hand set... As it only display damaged is their...

                                      But still i dont under stand why it is taking time to repair the hand set...It almost 135 days over still my mobile didnt get repaired... I am regularly calling the customer care for the same...They i have only one answer it is under repair...And not proper answer they are giving, , , ,

                                      further i request them to hand over my mobile if it had not got repair also, but still not willing to give my mobile back...

                                      I request you to look in this matter and take some strict action regarding this.

                                        I have submitted my phone (Samsung S6 Edge) to Syska for repairs on 4th Jan 2017.
                                        In spite of several calls and mails to the customer care, Syska has not yet returned my phone. This has lead to a loss of almost Rs 12 lacs in my business.
                                        I'm fed up of calling them now. They have just the same stupid answer all the time (we have escalated your case and will get back to you soon).

                                        NEVER buy any Syska products. They are USELESS.
                                        Syska Gadget Secure customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
