Dear Sir, I purchase a new Mobile Samsung J5 on 7th Nov from Chandigarh sec -22 market @ the same time I insured my mobile with insurance company Syska Gadget Secure. My mobile screen break due to accident on 23rd Nov then I report it @ insurance company Through customer care[protected]. My complaint registration no. is [protected] I am writing this mail after lot of follow ups and after a very disappointing response from customer care team of Syska Gadget Secure i.e.Toll free No.[protected] mail ID [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com) I lodge a complaint on 23rd Nov 2015 regarding physical damage of my Mobile Samsung J5. I submitted all required documents(for filing claim) on 24th nov @ Syska service centre in Sec 47 Chandigarh. From that date, I am regularly following up on my claim status through Syska customer care and Service centre both. But all of them are saying there is no update on this, as soon as any update receive they will inform me. I asked him to provide me Mail ID or Contact No. of any higher authority, So that I can get exact status of the same but they are saying there is no such Mail ID or Contact having with them. I asked them to forward my concern through their system to higher authority and ask for exact date( when will I get my claim), they did the same but again no response received. till yet. I contacted Customer care and Service centre person but both have only the information which I can extract online also. If after 18 days of lodging the complaint I haven't got my claim (not even proper update and +ve response), then what is the benefit of purchasing "SYSKA GADGET SECURE" @ PRICE OF MORE THAN 10% OF MY MOBILE COST. Due to this delay I purchase new mobile (because without mobile I can do my Job for so long time) I am in Loss from all sides 1st - I purchase SYSKA GADGET SECURE" @ PRICE OF MORE THAN 10% OF MY MOBILE 2nd - Suffer from last few days in follow up 3rd - my work suffer for 4-5 days because your On Shop Promoter assured me to get Claim in 4-5 working days 4th - Purchase new mobile instead of get repaired it from local market (waiting for claim) I am mentally harassed. My time and money both wasted in this process So please take my request seriously and resolve my issue. I am waiting for the claim from a very long time. For Mobile Insurance claim 4-5 days are more than enough and it is already 18 days. I got cheated by Company SYSKA GADGET SECURE and I don't know whom to contact for the same

Same is the case with me; I think they are just earning money my complaint no. [protected] pending since 21st sep 16, planning to approach consumer forum to teach them a lesson along with harassment compensation
Same thing Happened with me, didn't get any Payment till yet although got message that your Claim has been approved on 21 May 2016. Very Cheap Process and they are just making fool their customers.
I Nitin Verma also is going under same harassment for the past 15 days by SYSKA GADGET SECURE. My job card No [protected] till date is only under process. Every time i call them they just give lazy, lack luster and highly unprofessional answers. But need not to say no positive response or information being provided. I highly recommend all customers thinking of taking insurance from SYSKA GADGET SECURE not to opt for it. They are just making fool of their customers and enjoying harassing them.
very same thing happened with me. Almost one months has been gone but no response from the company. instead of resolving the issue they are saying that your complaint has been closed and this is the case of negligence. i dont know what to do. i am agree with your view that they are harrasing us.
