My phone got accidentally damaged recently for which I had registered a claim with the esteemed company - vide claim # [protected].

But got to know that the claim has got rejected due to delay in raising the claim.

Needed help in revisiting the claim request as the delay was due to certain unavoidable reason - had a national event in office due to which I was tied up in the preparation etc hence was not able...

I my self anwar shadab shaikh, my case id is[protected]. I have try so many times there, no body giving single response, they are only making foolish to the public, i request to everyone, please never go with them, that is only waste of money. That insurance is useless, only they find reasons to fail ur claim. Please be careful....

My nokia 630 ds lumia got damaged and was given to repair in syska gadget on 15/10/2015 but till date i haven't received my repaired gadget back from syska company.

I have been continuously following up in their toll free no:[protected] but every time i get the same reply that my gadget is under process.

It has been six month passed and still they are not willing to give my handset back.

In december my phone get damaged after that i registered my complaint on toll free claim has been approved but till now no balance credit in my Account. No of times i make a call to toll free every time they tell your request is pending in financial department...
pls tell me how much time you take more???...

I have purchased an insurance cover for my mobile. On 10/03/2016, I was travelling by bus. When I boarded the bus, my phone was in my pent-pocket. I registered claim process on 25 feb 2016. But they are not responding. Speaking is in level 1 is under process. Not give any satisfactory office....

I have purcased syska gadget secure insurance for yu yureka device.
on 18/05/2015 in 6-7 am my mobile thifted from my hostel in hyderabad. im all providing document to company but comapny says your mobile has been thifted cause of you that cause we are not climb your insurance.
