My phone got accidentally damaged recently for which I had registered a claim with the esteemed company - vide claim # [protected].

But got to know that the claim has got rejected due to delay in raising the claim.

Needed help in revisiting the claim request as the delay was due to certain unavoidable reason - had a national event in office due to which I was tied up in the preparation etc hence was not able to register the claim on time.

One important point I had missed on mentioning them earlier was that...when I had called for the 1st to 3rd time it was informed by their executives that the earlier claim entry was reflecting as open hence they were unable to register the claim...(as a customer had no role to play in the entry being open in their system)

The shared info too had contributed to the delay in raising the claim.

Have been following up with the team for a month now without any positive response. Request you to please help in getting some seniors from the company on revisiting the case and help.

I have try so many times there, no body giving single response, they are only making foolish to the public, i request to everyone, please never go with them, that is only waste of money. That insurance is useless, only they find reasons to fail ur claim. Please be careful.

      My nokia 630 ds lumia got damaged and was given to repair in syska gadget on 15/10/2015 but till date i haven't received my repaired gadget back from syska company.

      I have been continuously following up in their toll free no:[protected] but every time i get the same reply that my gadget is under process.

      It has been six month passed and still they are not willing to give my handset back.

      Recently i come to know that my handset is been repaired and lying in one of their service centre in vadodara but again when i follow up in service centre they said that they have not receive the payment for repairing the handset thats why they service centre is not giving me my handset.

      Request you to please take some immediate action with them as i can't wait anymore.

        In december my phone get damaged after that i registered my complaint on toll free claim has been approved but till now no balance credit in my Account. No of times i make a call to toll free every time they tell your request is pending in financial department...

          I have purchased an insurance cover for my mobile. On 10/03/2016, I was travelling by bus. When I boarded the bus, my phone was in my pent-pocket. After 10 minutes, I realized that my phone is not in my pent-pocket. I searched for phone near-by but couldn't found that. When I called from other phone on my phone, It was not reachable. I filed an FIR for theft case and registered for theft claim. I presented all the necessary documents for claim process. But they rejected my claim application and saying that my phone is 'lost' not 'stolen'. Fir no. is NWD-SB-000008/2016. My policy no. is 50550131 and claim no. is [protected].

            Any theft or breakage of phone will be compensated by syska but never been told, claim to be make in 48 hours after regist of complaint.it happened with me.I registered breakage of phone and toll free person on duty never been told tha
            claim time is only 48 hours after registration. They refused to repair broken phone screen. Clear case of fraud.

                I had purchased syska insurance for my new Apple iPhone 6, with a faith on the company that if at any stage my mobile phone get damage or stolen I may get rebate for it.

                But here when I tried to claim for my mobile phone company has simply rejected my claim by saying that the damage occurred due to negligence.
                I want to know from the insurance company that what does negligence means. I purchased this insurance cover only due to this reason that if my mobile phone gets damage or stolen due to any negligence, it will be insured by the company.

                But now I think that this companies are cheating consumers in India and looting us.

                I want to take strict action against this company.

                  I damaged my samsung galaxy edge phone and the ecreen was broken for which i had insured it from syska when i bought th enew phone costing 45500.
                  I cplaine dit to syska customer care the same day on 08/03/2016 and registered my complaint. The very next day i get a message from syska saying that my claim has been rejected due to negligant handling of phone. I called up their cusomer care and was just told to go thru terms and conditions . This is purely cheating as all this was never told when buying insurance. The claim that even theft is insured but its a pure case of cheating. My number is [protected]

                    I had submitted my Insurance Claim for iPhone6 (with broken screen), which was insured by Syska Gadget Secure along with all the documents at F1 Services Gurgaon, 1st Floor, Raghunath Chambers, 1st Floor (right side), Opp. PNB Sukhrali, MG Road, Guragaon, Haryana on the 10th of Feb 2016.

                    Issue:
                    1. I have called up customer service at[protected] innumerable times and have followed up with emails but I have received no answer from their customer service as to whether my claim is accepted or rejected.

                    2. On top of it, every time I call, I am told that my case has been closed as I have not submitted the documents. When I remind the customer service representative that my iPhone along with the documents have been submitted on the 10th Feb, they tell me that they will send a mail to the concerned department and I will hear from them soon. But not a single time have they reverted my call with a status update.

                    I find it ridiculous that after close to a month I am yet to hear from them. On top of that are not giving me any timelines / ETA on resolving.
                    Think their company is acting like a bunch of thieves and running a pop and mom show as there has to be a turnaround time for each query. They cannot be taking forever to resolve a query. I have been waiting patiently for a resolution but my patience is now wearing thin as I as a customer being taken for a ride by their organization. Pathetic customer service.

                      Dear Syska Team,

                      I am extremely unhappy with the kind of responses from you on my complaint for damaged cell.

                      My mobile was submitted for repairs before 45 days from today and till date there is no confirmation on delivery from your side.

                      I have been calling you continuously and false reasons were given to me like mismatch in invoice date etc., which was incorrect.

                      Being a reputed service provider false reasons were not expected as upon rechecking the date was found to be correct and there wasn't any mismatch.

                      I also spoke to your representative Mr. Manish in Mumbai who assured me that my issue will be resolved in 2 of days which was also a false comittment.

                      If I dont receive my cell within 10 days I will register complaint against you in Consumer Forum and shall also raise this in social media.

                            Sir, I am not from Syska Gadget Secure Customer Care Support. I am a person like you. As I have noticed 130 complaints are registered but nine of them got replies or resolved by Syska Gadget Secure team. I would recommend you try calling thier custumer care phone number given in your booklet (orage coloured which you received with the code) and register the complain. I also heard you have to pay Rs. 500 for registration.

                                I recently bought S6 edge and i have purchased insurance from "Syska Gadget Secure" . i fallen from staircase and my phone fell down . when i fallen down my vocal cord got damage and doctors said i need bed rest. my relative called syska and raised the complaint and then said you need to raise your complaint we don't consider relatives. the customer who bought the insurance if his vocal cord is damaged how would he raise a complaint and these people are so manner less they don't know how to talk.

                                  I have a Vivo 28 mobile which got a broken screen after a person accidentally hit me and the phone fell from my hand. I had the phone insured by syska gadget secure and my insurance claim was accepted (CIN no: [protected]). I repaired my phone as per their instruction from Vivo service centre in Rohini, Delhi and I also paid the bill amount as I was asked to do it by both Syska and Vivo Service Centre. Syska had said that they will refund the amount (Rs 3331) to me. I also uploaded all the documents that were asked by Syska. I have also uploaded a cancelled cheque on their website as the person from Syska's customer care had said that my money spent on repairing will be refunded by Syska on the bank account number on the cancelled cheque of mine. Syska said that they will refund my money very soon. I have followed all of their instructions without any mistake.

                                  Even after doing all that was asked by Syska, they are not refunding my money. It has been more than three months now and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. I have called them many times but they keep me waiting. My phone broke on[protected]. I registered my complaint on Syska's website on[protected] and after repairing my phone I uploaded the bill from Vivo Service Centre to me on the website on[protected]. Syska allocated a person named Hitender to guide me in the registering process whose phone no. can not be contacted now.

                                  Please help me in getting my refund from Syska as I am a student and the amount is huge for me (Rs 3331). I cannot afford to lose that money. I trusted the company as it has a good reputation in the market but now I am having difficulty in trusting this company with passing time. Please help me.

                                      I brought 2 iphone 6s from Amazon for me and my sister.We thought to insure it from a well reputed company, after our deep research we found that Times Global Insurance is best among all, but my sister insisted me to buy from Syska Gadget Secure, as it was promoted everywhere, and we came on its trap.
                                      After a month, my sister lost her mobile in a wedding party and informed me.I called Syska Gadget customer care and believe me they straight forwarded rejected, because of some of their hidden clauses.
                                      I tried a lot to contact them and also send a FIR and online list item compain printout.But no response.
                                      This is the worst company I saw in my life.
                                      Now I regret about my decision of not taking insurance of my iPhone from Times Global Insurance, however I switched my other iphone insurance to Times Global Insurance, as this company also take insurance of old mobiles.
                                      But ultimately I want to say to Irfan khan that plead stop branding Syska as this company is just doing fraud.
