Since last 1.5 months my handset is with them with the documents cin [protected] it was gifted by my wife sony xperiaz1 on 16 of jan 2015 my complaint date was 10th of July&pick up was on 5th August 2015 do please help me for getting my handset safe thanks

    Mene micromax Nitro A310 ka insurance kraya tha.. pr[protected] ko iska display damage ho gya... or mene complaint kri or reason btaya ki mujhe nhi malum display damage ka reason kya hai...may be water/accidental damage... uske baad 14 aug ko bhi call kiya... mujhe kuch din wait krne k liye kaha gya... fir 18-08-15 ko mujhe msg aata hai ki mera claim reject ho gya hai... baat krne pr btaya gya ki kuch ni ho skta hai... ye technical issue hai... jabki display pr cracks & Lines thi... please help... SYSKA IS CHEATING WITH ME...

      Useless Service by Syska an Insurance of 11380 still pending for approvals from past 35 days who will wait for 35 days for 11K as mobile is Note 5 worth 45K SYSKA INSURANCE is useless 100 % don't buy they are not worth it they are not at all bothered to call or pick up your call their field agents in Mumbai & keep on posting new issues time & time again some new documentation the problem is Just screen crack such a silly complaints requires more than a month then finally a person using a 45 K mobile will usually buy a stand by phone of around 8 to 12 K so whats the use of insurance still complaint is pending and we have to chase them for whats the purpose of insurance required

        Maine 03 january ko set purchase kiya tha aur syska gadget secure ka insurance plan 599/- liya tha phone reset karne ke baad dobara apps install karne aur code use karne par code expired show ho raha hai service center se jankari lene par sevice center wale nayi har time nayi jankari dete hain aur jyada pucho to phone kat kar dete hain yadi mere se relaited koi aur person ho suggest me .

          Hi i am Sagar Suryawanshi, i have purchased samsung note 3 mobile on 31st May and and samsung gallery people sold me Syska gadget secure telling me that if anything happens to handset it will cover in 21 day and if not they will provide me a new handset where i have to pay 10% amount from my pocket... and i got my handset damged on 3rd july wen i met with an accident and given complain on the same day.. and its more that a month (33 days ) and i am doing continues followup with Syska customer care and service center but still i dont get any feedback on my handset.. please let me know the process to file a complaint against Syska gadget secure in Consumer court & my complain number is [protected] and the package number is 71579380

            Sir, complaint id [protected] at syska sir i but that insurance at 2 july 2015, but due to company server problem it is registered on 5 july 2015. At the time of payment i received incorrect coupan code and bar code and company provide it on 5 july 2015. Company reject my claim continue and i provide all information to care and senior but not replied properly.

                Sir/s, I am a resident of Kalyan taluka, Dist. - Thane. I have purchased a handset Gionee P4 from a nearby retailer Ambika telecom services situated at Kalyan (E). From the said retailer I also purchased services of Syska Gadget secure and thereby insured my mobile handset for preventing any loss. My handset got damaged in an accident and the same was within the policy period of insurance, therefore I contacted syska customer support team, who from time to time instructed me about the procedure of raising claim. I complied with all the formalitites inclusive o[censored]ploading necessary documents and informed the same to syska customer services. After informing them that I have completed the compliances I was assured that now one person from Syska (FR) would come and collect the damaged handset from me at my home address. The said documents being uploaded I received the captioned complaint number and waited patiently for two days for Syska person to come and collect the damaged handset. FYI the complaint was registered with you around 3rd - 4th of July, 2015. After waiting patiently enough for two days I contacted your customer service center to inform them that no one has come from Syska to collect the handset, to which i was told that the procedure takes almost 72 hours and to wait for some more time. I did the above, however, even after waiting for two more days nobody turned up from your side. I registered my concern with Syska customer care executives again, however, this time i was given a different version of story that some L1 (Level one) has been approved today and I have to wait for further two more days after the L1 is approved. I did the same and waited for two more days but to my disappointment the result was the same. On contacting again to your customer executives I heard only apologies and assurances to wait for one more day. however even after passing of almost 10 days and contacting your 5 different executives everytime I have received nothing other than assurances. I am extremely disappointed by SYSKA services. I feel that Syska have cheated me and this Syska company is big fraud who is making fool of people, who trust them and insured thire gadget in good faith. -- Regards Jagruti Mutha. [protected]

                  I have purchased a Lumia 640XL from Trivandrum and due to bad luck i have insured with SYSKA The phone has been stolen and all the documents have been sent to syska for theft insurance Now their definition of theft is by act of violence only i can claim insurance That is completely cheating company and they will twist their reason to the best to pay the insurance I request all not to go for such insurance-Sekar G My mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                      I had taken mobile insurance for Sony Xperia z3 imei no [protected]. My phone was stolen from my pocket and I realised it after 30 mins as I was in a overcrowded place at Valsad and I claimed for the insurance. Now the syska people are saying that act of theft which involves violence is only covered and pick pocketing is not theft. But they don't have any clear mention on their website regarding pick pocketing. And they are not ready to have a look at my documents. This policy is registered with new India insurance and I have written to them also regarding the same.

                        The biggest fraud company. . . While registering money get deducted from acc and they said money will refunded within 48 hours
                        .
                        At least 10 times they said the same things money will refunded and nows 1month over
                        Sometimes they make excuse their mail service is not working their net is not working. . . And they said in their words that whatever n how many mail i send to them regarding this complain. . . They are not able to read this not able to process it. . . At least. 20times i had wasted my time with these cheaters

                          I want to file a complaint against Syska Gadget secure online insurance. Hi, My name is Chinky Haswani, my syska claim no is [protected] I need your help and support to expose one of the reputed brand company named “Syska”. This company is fooling common people. This happened with me and it happens with every second person who buys Syska products.I have purchased Lenovo A6000 worth Rs. 6999/- from online website flipkart on 06/02/2015 and on the same date I have bought a Online Syska Gadget Secure Insurance for getting an insurance cover for my mobile phone. When I saw there is an insurance cover for the mobile phones that too of a reputed company like Syska. I bought an expensive mobile because I was assured of the insurance cover. The things Syska said in their Gadget Secure Package were in such a way that anybody could go for that. One day my mobile was thefted by a thief lady. On the incident day 24/06/2015 June, I was travelling by two wheeler with my brother on Devendra Nagar Road, Raipur. My brother stops for getting mineral water from the shop. I was also bearing a purse with me which carries my mobile phone. I also gone with my brother for drinking water. Suddenly a lady standing in front of me stolen my mobile and ran away. At that time, at that I didn't understood why she ran so fast. I have registered my claim on 25th June 2015and submitted my documents on 29th June 2015 after completing all the process and submitting documents, It was told by Syska The concerned department person Mr kamlesh that this is the case of customer carelessness and pickpocketing and company has rejected your claim, the claim will be processed in the matters like accidents, etc.I asked him why so? Is there not person's carelesssness in driving and accidents. I want to ask syska does in accident case the person is not carelessness..?? I am explaining you what does syska meant Syska's meant to say that when the thief will kill you with knife or there anything some serious accident then you will only get insurance cover. Almost all the persons lost their mobiles due to carelessness if such then why they are giving insurance cover on their website like total loss, physical damage protection, theft protection, etc. Is there in physical damage of mobile the person is not carelessness..?? almost all the person even lost their mobiles due to their carelessness and also buy the insurance cover so that they will be assured but this is fraudulent company syska.. first they assure people and at last when people lost their mobile they grab their mobile because they also knows where is that person mobile because they also give quick heal app with them which clicks pictures whenever the thief tries to unlock the mobile and also Quick heal locks the mobile whenever the sim of mobile is changed so they easily find lost mobiles also by tracking them with their imei number but syska do not return it to owner. In this way, the company grab peoples hardly earned costly mobiles and also waste customers blood earned money by selling their fake insurances, syska is such a big fraud company.I said if I didn't fall in the insurance cover than why they wasted my time in process I collected the documents and then submitted. the company wasted more than a 2 weeks and now the company say the claim didn't fall in the criteria. I want my claim in within 2 days. Please help me so that I can claim my insurance cover and could expose the fraud company Syska Gadget Secure Insurance

                              on 14 june 2015 my mobile was damaged as it has came out from my shirt pocket and failed in to the water as I was waiting in a queue at golden temple in Amritsar. I open the back side of mobile and removed the battery. after coming back to thane I tried to operate but couldnot operate. so it is beyond repairs . pl settle my claim at earliest . Till now no call nothing about the process of the claim has been recieved by me. The customer care service people also speak very rudely, unprofessionally.Till now my mobile has not got repaired and they are not responding properly.

                                  I purchased my oppo phone on 27th January 2015.bought syska gadget insurance along with it amounting to rs. 1999.on 30th May 2015 in delhi some pickpocket er tried to snatch my handbag and the phone as a consequence of which my phone fell onto ground and it's screen broke. Since second may I he been trying to contact on their toll free no but it was out of reach.on 3rd I reported the incidence to oppo service centre laxminagar, delhi incase they might contact sys ka company.then I came back to do on, again tried to contact them untill 8th june when they filed my complaint.gave me CI N but on nxt days when I tried to upload my documents it said my job card has been closed because it doesn't meet insurance claim requirements.it's the worst experience I ever had with any insurance company. I really doubt they provide insurance claim to anyone who ever purchases the insurance.kindly help

                                    Today I saw that the claim status says Insurance company REJECTED the claim hence jobcard will be closed. CIN No.: [protected] Syska Gadget Secure a scheme for cheating their customers They are giving fake and incorrect information and when called the customer care they will tell we are looking into it and never revert back If you call Support No:[protected] then the whole day we have to stay in a queue and wait for an executive. Even after it says Physical/Fluid Damage Insurance the claim is rejected. I need my claim to be processed and it been more than 3 weeks that the phone is not been repaired or replaced nor the claim is processed. PLEASE HELP

                                    Still no word from the fraud company
                                    After so many days, I received a call from Syska Gadget for my Facebook Post, intimating that my claim has been rejected which already is closed after long struggle of follow ups with Syska Gadget and Sony Mobile.

                                    The phone was replaced/repaired under warranty by Sony Mobile and the only thing Syska Gadget Secure and its employees have been causing a delay for the repairs/replacement. No one from Syska clearly intended to help me out rather cause more problems.

                                    The executive also informed that the policy has been updated on the website and that I would be required o send the copy of the Sony Service Center's Replacement Job Sheet for swapping the IMEI for the Insurance to continue. This Syska Gadget Insurance in which no matter what you claim is rejected stating 'Customer's Negligence'. After asking for a written proof that my next claim(if any) will be processed without such painfully experience, She was not even to give me an assurance that it will be provided.

                                    I will be waiting if anyone will respond to my email. Maybe the response time will be again after 2 months or so, let us see how long will it take for you and your team to respond back.

                                      CIN Number: [protected] My phone was stolen in pickpocketing and the claim for same is not passed by SYSKA Gadget Secure since according to them pickpocketing is not a theft because it does not involve violent or forceful act and it is my negligence and careless behaviour. This clause is not at all mentioned anywhere in their policy document as well as it was neither specified while I bought the insurance. The claim must be passed by this fraud company and its not only me who is looted like this but even many more are given the same torture. I have phone numbers of people who are looted in the same way. I have recordings of calls with SYSKA as proof.
                                      Worst company to buy insurance.I doubt they process your claim unless your phone has been damaged by the company itself.

                                        My phone was accidently damaged .I have submited my handset to syska 240 days before now. I am contacting syska since 8 months .
                                        And I claimed mi-redmi irla vile prale prime mall service centre but his say no proper id proof and no document etc. This is a fraud policy
                                        Today 240 days has been crossed and i still didn't get my cell phone .
                                        Also they are cheating as by putting the false status of device on their website . The status is device repaired but the service center says that no work has been done on mobile yet . Every time i am calling their customer care i am getting a new reason behind delay
                                        I am going to mi-redmi irla prime mall service centre (vile prale) 10 time or more
                                        But his problem not solve
                                        And I will very unsatisfied this service (Mi-customer service center)
