My claim number is [protected] .. i registered claim for damaged phone on 6th september and uploaded all documents by 17th of september after waiting for long time and calling toll free number again and again they gave me contact of their person who gave me address of service centre where i was supposed to give my phone. i submitted my phone on 2nd of november.on 17th november when i enquired about phone they said me phone cannot be repaired at that service centre.then i got message from syska on 18th november that my service centre has changed to some other location.On 28th november i got text that they recieved estimated cost of damage and today is 8th december and i am still waiting for the phone...in short i registeres complain on 6th september and today is 8th december and there is nothing being done yet.

    Sir my mobile has fully damaged at 7/12/2015 at near by 8:45 p.m.when i was going home from my office then suddenly i got accident with auto .My bike slip and the mobile which was in upper pocket that fell down and get damage.there is a injure in my hand .so i reqest you to claim me as faster as possible .this is my full statment. thats all

      Dear Sirs, I have reported the damaged instrument claim number:[protected] on 29th October. i was informed that the damaged instrument shall be picked up form my place with required document but till date after so many follow up calls I have been nowhere. nobody from syska has contacted. I have given thousands of calls and four five emails but no response. I got number for local coordinator but he was unable to help and is now not responding to my calls.

        I have submitted all my documents as they have told me, i had taken follow up but they told not to take tension all will be done and ur money will be refunded as ur document has been forwarded and i called them now again they told ur case has been closed as we did not received any documents but which i had already submitted to them one month ago in Nov 2015 .

            I got my phone insured through syska gadget secure. Their agent came to my place to collect damgaged handset on 20 th october and told that it will be returned in one month. I had constant follow up with the customer care but its been more then one month and stil they are not saying when my phone is going to return. Today when i called customer care of syska that agent was very rude and said that it will take more time for the process. When i said how much time, he replied that it can take even 1 year. So does it mean that i have to stay without phone for a year. This company does not give proper answers and status about the damaged phones there...

                  My mobile got damaged on 20th Nov 2015. I lodged the complaint with Syska on 21st Nov 2015. Till date no one from Syska has come to collect the damaged handset or even tried to contact me. The customer care centre is also pathetic. No effecient problem resolution in sight after paying an amount of Rs. 1300 for insurance. is dis some kind of a FRAUD

                      I have purchased Syska insurance For my mob... as per the policy of insurance.. after d mob got stolen they will refund 90 % of invoice amount within 21 days.. but more than 2 monts duration is spend (21 september 2015) but uptill now not a single rupee is credited in to my bank account.. whenever i talk to custome care of syska.. n asked bout status of my claim (claim no. Is [protected]).. but they just say single line that" jald se jald ho jayega.. me aapki complain aage forwrd kr diya h" dis kind of same statement i have hear multiple times from last 2 mnths.. but didnt solve my query.. so my prsnl opinion regarding Syska gadget insurance is that, it is worst insurance compny. If somebuddy ask me regarding any insurance compny for gadget then i ll say purchase any isurance of compny but dont go towrds the Syska..

                        My mobile was stolen(snatched) while i was in train at dadar on 16.10.15 .On 18/10/15 I complained in syskagadget secure every uploaded document has been approved and also i courier (on 26.10.15)them the original document and my iphone accessories and they recieved it on 2.11.15 but still no action taken by them .I called them many times every time they forward the request to concern department stating tht its in process. Every time they try to teach me the process Kindly help COMPLAINT NO [protected]

                            Myself Mr. Adnan Khan son of MR. Abdul hamid khan have lodged a complaint ID([protected]) to syska on 25/9/2015 regarding samsung Note 3 Neo which was physically damaged while i faced accident, so I submitted the mobile to your executive for further process, so after 10 days i got known that my mobile is totally loss and i will be getting 90% cashback but now from 20 days i am taking continous follow up from your local sevice centre Nashik but thay are still saying me the file is in progress, i want correct and necessary action on it, because as per your policy 20days is given and now almost 2 months is over. i want you to take this matter on high priority and close this as soon as possible.
                            If my this transaction is taking too time so how should I belief on syska for future transaction.

                              @SyskaHennessy Syska is total fraud guys please don’t waste your money and time buying Syska Gadget Secure. @Irrfankhanind is promoting wrong product & cheating his fans. First of all their service sucks and they will not pick-up your phone. If by mistake your complain will get registered don’t ever think that your phone will get repaired by them. They will tell you about there long process with no timeline.
                              Process is somewhat like:
                              Stage 1 – Accepting your complain
                              Stage 2 – Arrange & upload all documents
                              Stage 3 – Assigned a field person to pick phone
                              Stage 4 – Fixing appointment with you to pick phone & documents (but will never happen)
                              Stage 5 – Allot Service Center
                              Stage 6 – Pick your phone & documents & give you jib card & receipt
                              Stage 7 – Submit phone to Service Center
                              Stage 8 – Long Wait……………..
                              Stage 9 – Wait for Estimates given by Service Center
                              Stage 10 – Inform Customer about that through SMS (but will never happen)
                              Stage 11 – Send estimates to Insurance Company
                              Stage 12 – Already 1 month gone
                              Stage 13 – If you are lucky than your claim will be approved… 90% you are not
                              Stage 14 – Insurance Company will allow Service Center to repair phone
                              Stage 15 – Phone might get repair fully – if all parts are available
                              Stage 16 – Again long wait………….
                              Stage 17 – You Pay 10% or whatever & then you will finally receive you phone almost after 2 months. So please wait for 2 Months before you can actually check your phone.

                              They will say that our representative will come to pick up your phone, but actually he will not turn up even after 2 weeks. If they will then not sure that if it will be submitted to service center. They will continuously lie about your phone status(what they did to me). They told me 5 service centers where my phone is submitted to get repaired but when I confirmed from service centers one after another one said it’s not authorized service center with this phone or not linked with Syska or bla-bla. These guys will try hard that you give up & take your phone back so they don’t have to repair your phone by harassing you by varies ways like by not providing any information/status related to phone. If by chance you are patient enough to wait till all this happen then finally you will get some silly reason for not getting your insurance claim approval & final result after waiting for more than 1 month you hear that your claim is rejected. They will say that we will keep informing you through SMS on every Stage but believe me after registering your complain you will not get even a single message before your claims gets reject. After all this you don’t know after how many days they will return your phone so that you can finally get your phone repaired by yourself. They have a team of Frauds like Ganesh - Field guys who collects phone, Swapnil - Providing someone else's Job Card, Darshan - head of Ganesh & Swapnil, Manish - Service Head, Satish and Rajesh – Call Center Head. They all will provide you false and only false information.
                              Guys do remember they can find any dammmnnn reason for rejection. In short SYSKA GADGET SECURE is fraud & cheaters.
                              Guys I don’t know if founders of @SyskaGadget @vidhate_sahil & @Kanchan_Vidhate are aware or part of this fraud. But this is just a request that don’t waste time & money with Syska Gadget Secure & please don’t trust any actor/actress if they are promoting @SyskaGadget.

                              Guys they change there terms & conditions very frequently & when they change it's applicable to old/existing customers also. Else they can find any dammmnnn reason to refuse your claim. Once you submit your phone these guys will stop attending your calls or you will always find them on call wait or in meeting. So instead of facing this harassment please pay & get your phone repaired by yourself.
                              Syska employee Darshan & Manish asked me to check my syska booklet for terms & conditions written there to verify the reason they gave to reject my claim. When I did there was no such condition as stated by them. Now when I mailed then the pics of that booklet they are saying we can't do anything. We are not going to accept your claim. When I asked them to mail me reason on mail... they are not doing that. Syska employees can humiliate there customers up-to infinity. I have all the evidences like mails where they provided me false information, SMS where their field employee said us sorry for providing us wrong information for 5 days. Now I am begging them to return my phone in the same condition in which I gave them... I tried to post this stuff on Facebook -> Syska Gedget Secure page but after posting my first post they deleted my post & now I am restricted to post anything on there page. That's the reason you will not find any negative post of Syska on there FB page.

Of distributor who have collected my handset :-[protected] name :- pratibimb sheivastava city :- bhopal registered phone no. :-[protected] problem:- i have reported my handset complaint on 21:09:2015 for repearying my screen which has been damaged through a reason which is mentioned in complaint form. Distributer has come at 29;09:2015 and has taken my handset and give me a receipt. After that a msg has come on my regestered phone number whose screenshot is given below after this msg i have reached to mata mandir(platinum plaza) to collect my handset after that the same distributor which has received my handset has come and by the exchange of slip i have collected my phone. When my phone is switched off i have ask the question why my phone is off ? he says the phone is discharge for many days that’s why your phone is switched off after that i have reached to my home and i have charged my phone it is not working . I go to mobile shop and ask the shopkeeper that why the phone is not working he said:- “jo apki phone mein motherboard hai usmein se ic, flash ic wagera gayb hai ab ye phn ni chalega “then i have ask “ismein kitna kharcha ayega” he said “ab aap naya hi le lo ismein bhut kharcha ayega” sir the main problem is that when i have given the phone it is working, only screen is damaged but now my phone which is htc 820 dual sim is not working and its parts are also missing sir plz give me correct path what should i have to do now please replay asap

                                  I have purchased a Lava Iris X8 on August 25, 2015 & submitted the handset under accidental damage on October 01, 2015. Of which insurance approval was done on October 20, 2015. Since all required documents are submitted from my end to the concerned department of Syska Gadget Secure. Leehan(Co company of syska) has not made payment to the service centre of LAVA Mobiles as per the below link till yet: http://cms.syskagadgetsecure.com/CustomerTrack.aspx It has been more than a month, my handset has been repaired by the service centre but they are not giving it due to non payment by Syska Gadget Secure/Leehan. As per Syska Gadget Secure's agreement, handset will be repaired & given to customer within 30 days, also, Syska Gadget Secure people are asking me to pay for the handset repairing cost now, if i require the handset now. Since it has been over 30 days & it is violation of agreement from Syska Gadget Secure''s end, i am making this complaint.

                                    I purchased one cell phone Named OPPO - MODEL NO: A11W from M/s GAYATRI SELECTION, Juna Mahajan Chowk, MORBI- 363641. Vide invoice no: RI-6145 DT – 16/07/2015(Copy attached) While purchasing this mobile i have opted for insurance as explained benefits of the same by M/s. Gayatri Selection and purchased policy coupon for the same from Syska Gadget Secure Insurance and paid premium of Rs.799 vide Coupon no –[protected]Copy attached) After some time i met with an accident and fall down where drainage water was passing, and phone got damaged. Immediately I lodge my claim / complaint with M/s Gayarti Selection – Morbi along with all relevant required documents as well as uploaded my claim online with copy of the same. I got online claim no: [protected]. (Copy attached) Since many days have passed and have not hear from Syska Gadget I have approached M/s. Gayatri Selection who assured that, you will have to wait and will get reply soon but, never the less till date I have not heard anything from Syska Gadget nor from Gayatri Selection hence, I tried to check the status online where it shows that the claim of Rs. 5913.00 have been sanctioned but not received by me, moreover remark was showing on screen to read as “your job card is closed” (Copy attached)

                                      Syska gadget secure comapnyy is fake because when i purchase yureka mobile onlione from amazone at 29 jan 2015 and amazone give me delivery at 3 rd feb 2015 and then i will go in retail shop for purchase a scracth guard aND do my mobile sim card micro that time sysyka sales excutive approch me sir plss take syska insurance they will give you secure so i was ask him its syska is real cover yureka then he was tell me yes ofcorse and then he was give me a yurekaa and now i loss my mobile they will tell me sysyka is not cover yureka so ythats why i will do compalint syskas

They have a pathetic call center where the staff play a blame game. According to them the claim was approved a long time ago and it is the finance team which is causing the delay. There is nobody whom i can report the matter. Infact they do not revert on the mails too.
