My claim number is [protected] .. i registered claim for damaged phone on 6th september and uploaded all documents by 17th of september after waiting for long time and calling toll free number again and again they gave me contact of their person who gave me address of service centre where i was supposed to give my phone. i submitted my phone on 2nd of november.on 17th november when i enquired about phone they said me phone cannot be repaired...

I have purchase syska gadget secure for rs 1200 and i have activate it with in 24 hours over the wifi without sim activation, my mobile phone was fall down and screen was damage, i have complaint about it and provide him all details but they rejected without any justification...

I got my phone insured through syska gadget secure. Their agent came to my place to collect damgaged handset on 20 th october and told that it will be returned in one month. I had constant follow up with the customer care but its been more then one month and stil they are not saying when my phone is going to return. Today when i called customer care of syska that agent was very rude and said that it will take more time for the process....

I lost my mobile on 14th sep, and I informed to syska costumer and noted complain after that I submitted document that required and he told me that notry not compulsory that's why i not submitted and he said your money refund in your account about a 1 month but money not refund on my account, and he told me you again usubmitte your form and after 10 to 15 days syska costumer saying your complain date is over and your money will not refund. ...

My mobile got damaged on 20th Nov 2015. I lodged the complaint with Syska on 21st Nov 2015. Till date no one from Syska has come to collect the damaged handset or even tried to contact me.
