This is disappointing to say that SYSKA insurance is amongst the other fake promising company and are just misleading the customers. When i was buying insurance your guys never tell the truth and always keep the re information hidden.. and now you as a company are doing the same. I dont know what it brings for u, all i know is i am gonna spread awareness so that SYSKA insurance is atleast not availed by my family or friends. Had a pathetic experience for damage claim and i dont want anyone to be harassed again by you guys

    I have insurance of mobile under syska gadget secure
    On 01.05.2016 my brother's phone was theft by someone i have complain police station and register complain in syska gadget secure company and today 02.05.2016 they told me your complaint was rejected because of reason not valid they have told this is not cover under violence act.
    I have CCTV footage of who theft my phone but no clear face.
    Now please help me.

    Mobile purchase date 16.11.2015.
    Mobile Theft date 01.05.016
    All document i have they required.

      Myself saurabh singh i purchased iph 6s in february for my wife. Last week in market 2boys try to snatch my iph from my wife's hand in market. We claim for insurance from syska gadgets. They register our complaint n provide us complaint no dt is [protected]. I hd submitted all the documents whatever they said to me. Nw they reject my claim by giving a bull reason that all incident was happened by customer's wife hand not by customer. They mentally harassed me. Please help me out. I request you all no need to buy any i insurance from syska gadgets. They only tortured us. Very bad experience.

        Hi respected all,

        I registered my one plus one mobile with syska gadget secure co. Within 2 days as per their policy on[protected] as it was delivered on
        [protected]. My mobile got damaged badly due to accident on road and i raised my claim (Complain) as per policy & they gave me claim no. [protected].
        I provided them all asked and legal documents by there people as per the requirements mentioned by syska gadget secure co. For insurance claim. It is more than 5 months now, there is no resolution. They have not cleared my claim.
        I spoke many times with there executives and mangers first they said, ” sir, it is rejected as you bought after 2 days of buying” so i gave them the screenshot of delivered date then they reopened the claim case. Now they are saying :" sir it is in processing, it will take some time, and we need your mobile box as mobile is not starting and we need imei no". I told them, ” i have not kept mobile box as a normal person nobody keeps boxes of everything and also there was no requirement from the syska gadget secure co. For mobile box. I have already given invoice copy and also you people can confirm with your partner one plus one service center regarding imei.” but they are giving various excuses and my claim after providing all documents still pending from last 5 months.
        Please do the needful and help me from this fraud company in processing my claim

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased a one plus 3 mobile phone in the month of July 2016 through amazon. at the time of purchase from Amazon India, it was not informed to me in any way that a registration was required within a month of purchase to qualify for Accidental Damage repair coverage. As an honest buyer I believe that I am eligible for such coverage without any registration deadline atleast during the warranty period.

        I have now accidentally dropped the mobile which has lead to a crack on the display screen

        kindly advice how can I claim the accidental damage repair coverage.

          Sir my samsung mobile A5 was stolen which was inshured by syska gadget secure but syska was reject claim because of wrong call was log i was complaint in marathi & exucative was writen in english she is not write full complaint & her voice cut in between while writen a complaint is incomplit my mobile was stolen & when i realised my mobile was stolen by two un identified man i was run to catch them but they was ran away in the market my police intimation letter was included the same incident but without any verification of documents the company was reject the claim

              I have purchased a mobile (Samsung a700/ rs.27, 500) on 04/04/2015, with syska gadget secure policy in ninety percent covered any kind of circumstance. And subsequently in covered duration unfortunately i have an accident when riding a bike and mobile was slipped on the road behind one loaded dumper has crossed over my mobile, and after some time i have collect his damaged mobile and within 24 hours approached to syska customer care and accordingly to his information i have return to his service canter (Aba mobicare pvt ltd. Rajkot) complete the procedure and wait his response.
              After one week i got massage your claim has rejected due to the reason behind your driving licence has not covered any two wheeler riding, and according to his terms and condition not maintain anywhere. Which is not a valid reason to reject so that i approach to consumer court.

                Dear sir/mam,

                This is regrading the complaint no. [protected] dated 31st march 2016 filed by me for claiming insurance against the invoice no. 3021 dated[protected]Barcode[protected] purchased to secure my sony xperia e4 dual mobile.
                I want to explain my experience for the claim i mentioned above. After the accidental breakage of mobile screen during handling on[protected], i contacted your helpdesk on[protected] via toll free number to inquire about filing the claim. A lady attended my phone call and asked me some details about my gadget and insurance details. At that time i was not having the number of bar code so, she checked all the details from the registered mobile number. She did not guide me correctly and suggested me that i will be called by the executive within 24 or 48 (Not sure) days and full details will be given to me for filing the claim. She not even mentioned that the complaint must be filed within 48 hours after the damage. After waiting for the call from your executive for about 15 days, i contacted again on 31st march 2016 and filed the complaint. At that time, i did not remember exact date of breakage and exact time, so i told the lady executive about my previous call (Called on[protected]. She told me to give a date and time with idea so i did that. On 4th april 2016, i received a call from your executive about the rejection of my claim because i filed my case very late (Not within 48 hs). I told him about the two calls but he was not convinced and rejected my case. Again, i contacted your help desk and narrated whole story to the executive. He promised me file my request to re-open my case after checking my call details of[protected] and told me that i will be contacted within 24 hs. Again. No one contacted me and i called your helpdesk 0n[protected]. Then, a person neamed 'sagar' attended the call, listened the complete story and filed my request to re-open the case. He also told me that i will be contacted by the executive within 2-3 days. After no call from your department, today, i called again to the helpdesk and a lady named 'rukhsar' suggested me to send a mail on this e-mail id with complete story so that case may be re-opened at the earliest.

                Now, i have some question about your helpdesk and executives.
                1. Do you have instructed your executive properly about the rules and regulations of claiming the insurance of gadgets or they are guided just to misguide the customer so that the cases my be rejected to save the money.
                2. Why the lady who picked phone on[protected] did not filed my complaint when i called her. It was to cross the limit of 48 hs so that the case may be rejected.

                I am a customer of your services and i believe that you must maintain the image of a reliable insurance (As i thought before purchasing syska gadget secure) firm by serving your customers honestly and not by misguiding the people.

                Now, i request to file my compliant or re-open my case and do the needful at the earliest because this will save time of both o[censored]s.

                This is regarding complaint no. [protected], my claim had been approved by your company on 18/09/2015.
                my claim amount is not released and when i call your customer care they are saying it is under process from last 6 months. i want to know how much time you take to process the payment. There is no satisfied answer from your company. I am from haryana and today i am contacting your Gurgaon office, but no one is picking the phone,

                    I had purchased Samsung E-7 Smart Handset with syska gadget secure insurance and paid Rs. 1299 for insurance security for any physical damage etc. On 4/11/2016 morning my cell phone accidentally felt from my hand while I was having breakfast. After I raise the complaint to SYSKA Gadget Secure with complaint no:[protected], they are now saying this is not an accidental case and hence they rejected my case.

                      I bought my phone I Phone 6s+ from bobby electronics Sector 35 Chandigarh.
                      Dealer himself activated my phone from his own nano sim because I was not having my nano sim that time on 14th November 2016 without informing me .I have issued the nano sim on 19th november 2016 and h
                      insured my fone on that same day by syska.
                      Now the agent is refusing for any kind of suminsure. In all this matter I am not able to find who is the defaulter that's why I am going to complaint you . If within 7 days I do not get any response from the company then unfortunately I have to file a complaint against the company in consumer court.                         I had submitted my phone in syska on the 7th of march 2016 for repairs as my screen was broken but after constantly callin them i couldnt get any satisfactory answer regarding when will my phone be back, today it is 12th of april and more than 30 days have been passed and when i called them up today i still get the same answer that "sir your claim has been aprooved you will get a call when the phone is ready"
                        They are not even telling me that what all have they repaired in my phone.
                        I have got to know from syska that the phone is repaired but due to the fact that syska ghas not yet released the payment i havent got my phone back.

                          My complaint number id [protected], as per the policy i have purchased from the market it covers my phone of all damages and the theft. As per the policy i have purchased from the market i am liable to pay 10% of the damages and syska is supposed to pay 90%.

                          After my new replacement phone has come they are now demanding for 50%
                          Whereas their website still says that i am liable pay only 10% which is rs. 2487

                                My cell phone is damaged and above 1 month has been gone but still my cell phone payment is not done and says thats minimum 65 to 90 working days this kind of nonsense talking they are doing case has been aprroved claim passed but in doing a payment to service center they are not doing payment from last 15 days of claim approved on 21st of march and now todays 6th if april this kind delay but they are not doing payments

                                  On 25th March 2016, IPhone 6s fell down while my wife was coming up by stairs. We registered the claim and mailed the incident the next day to SYSKA. The claim was rejected because as per them the phone fell down due to negligence. While narrating the incident to the Customer Care Executive my wife didn't mention that the foot hit the stairs and this was the reason why the accident happened. My wife was really scared since the 46000 rupees phone was broken. At 10:25 the incident happened and I called up at 10:30. Please find the mails below written by my wife.

                                  And one more request, please don't make me feel bad every time when I or my husband call you just because I was not able to explain you the complete incident. I am again repeating I was really scared at that time, My 46000 Rupees iphone got damaged just 5 minutes before we called you.

                                  Please don't make me feel that I have done a crime. I can understand that there are terms and conditions but we need to look at the situations also.

                                  I just wanted to tell you the complete incident again.
                                  At 10:25 AM while coming up from stairs my phone slipped from my hand and the phone's screen was broken. I was carrying two onions in one hand and the phone in another hand. The accident happened due to the foot hitting the stairs. In hindi it is called "Pair Seediyon mein Atak Gaya tha". And that is an accident.
                                  Due to the foot hitting the stairs I got unbalanced and the phone and onions fell down.
                                  You can check the records, my husband gave you a call at around 10:30 AM, which was just 5 minutes from the incident. I was really scared and reported the partial incident to you. You should understand that these are high value products and carry a lot of value for the people. If these kind of products are broken, the person is understood to be scared.

                                  Now I have received a message of claim being rejected. I was unable to find the reason for rejection and then came to know that my husband had already called you, but unable to find the solution.
                                  I called the customer care and understood the reason why the same was rejected.
                                  See, it was clearly an accident. I was very scared and missed some part. That doesn't mean I am wrong.
                                  Hope to get a solution from you and hope you understand.

                                  The people don't have even the courtesy to reply back on mail or give a phone call. It feels like we have done a crime by buying the insurance.
                                  I want the claim for the insurance done. Syska can reject anything by saying that it is a negligence. This is not the way of treating customers.

                                    i have purchased HTC Desire 820G+ GREY of 2 september 2015 and than one person who was belong from syska gadget secure company and he suggested me about this product .He was saying it is best product for security of your mobile phone if you will get damaged or loss you will get solution within 48 hours and only one id proof and mobile bill required for processing the claim ..but today i got accident when i was driving my bike and my phone got damaged ...than when i called customer care for complaint, they were saying it will take 45 to 90 days at repairing and your driving license will be required .so these things are not clarify when i have purchased my mobile ..please help me regarding this matter because here big fraud with the customers, including me the syska gadget secure doing fake commitment with the customers...

                                      Sir, unfortunately i m ur customer with coupon code 62373394 . my complain no. is [protected] which is registered on 30.12.2015 . i have not recieved my claim till time, ur office tell me 2 month will take, but after 2 month, there is no response towards u, kindly inform me on my given contact no. otherwise i will go to consumer forum.

                                        Dear sir, maine apne samsung mobile ke damage ka complain kiye the 3 jan. ko, but mere pass service center ka bill nahi hai. 4 months ke baad v claim nahi mila. 2 claim kiye hai. bahut pareshan hu. mai isse pahle kavi claim nahi liye hai.
