My claim number is [protected]..I am already registered complaint on 13 October 2015...and the status has been seen that on your site is Your claim has been approved on 14 December...and today's date is 22 January but still my payment is not received. As per rules of syskagadget company 90% amount to be approved but instead of that amount is less than 90% amount is approved...please give me a conformation regarding my claim amount

I was walking on the crowdy road in our location, BHAYANDER(EAST), B.P.ROAD at the evening..Time-6.00pm.I was talking on the phone and my phone was in right hand and suddenly one bike came from back and hitted my right hand and my phone fell down and got damaged...

So, i m complaing about my damaged been happen to my phone...

I have submitted my phone at your service center with device and required document on date - 28 December, 2015 I am not getting Insurance claim on my phone Both syska and service center not providing response. So i am very tired to get my phone back. Please help me to get claim on phone

I submitted my phone on 15 dec 2015 at the service centre F1 services ashok bhawan, nehru place, delhi as they told me. My claim has been passed a long ago and still my job card is in processed. They always say "jald se jald ho jayega" But when!!! Its over a month now.. My claim no is [protected] and mobile no is [protected].. Please respond quickly.. Nowdays they have got a new excuse "your claim has been passed but our financial department haven't made the payment yet"" Common guys please i need my phone now

I had bought a phone of Samsung Galaxy J110H (ace white) from the Diamond Electronics Margao on 16th November 2015, Invoice Number 25648. On 15th January 2016, at 12:00pm, I was proceeding for work with my bike my phone accidentally my phone slipped from my pocket & fell down on the road and the phone got damaged. I claimed for the insurance at Syska Gadget Secure as I have done my phone insurance with Syska Gadget Secure. The Insurance company rejected my claim saying that the phone got damaged due to negligence. When you do a insurance they should tell what is covered under insurance, they said the physical damage or total loss the insurance company will pay for it and now they are rejecting my complaint saying that my phone got damaged due to negligence which is not correct. The Syska Gadget Secure company is just giving false promises to the customers. I want the company to pay my damage cost or replace with a new handset as my business is getting affected as I cant use my phone for work purpose as my phone is damaged. Dear Sir/Madam, I have given my mobile for repair on 16/12/2015 to Syska Gadget secure. I am taking continuous follow up for my mobile to get repair from Syska Gadget secure My complaint no. is [protected]. you have 21 days policy for insurance claim redeem now its almost month & no action has taken. I dr.Mitesh vora have purchase samsung note 4-n910, black colour, imei no.[protected] on 9th dec, 2014 mobile was stolen on 6th oct, 2015 and i had purchase syska gadget secure 1999 product, so i had complaint on 6th oct, 2015 to syska company and uploaded all ma documents on time.Initially i have uploaded police praman patra and all other document but after 15 days from syska i came to know that police praman patra is not valid so i have to give police intimation letter immediately.Now syska company had rejected my claim and said that police intimation letter has given late but actually i had submitted on time.So they have given a foolish excuse which is not true.And my mobile number was [protected] .And claim no is [protected].

I was in sadar market at 13:30hrs on 11-01-16.My mobile was in my right pocket.Market was crowdy.I felt faint and sit down.After some moment i say my mobile got theft.Company rejected my claim today at 4:52pm.Loss was due to unatural incident company do compensiate my claim amount Rs6660 as per aggrement.

I am writing this mail regarding complaint against Syska Gadget Secure for cheating customers. I Had taken insurance from this company and when I approached them to claim for my damage Handset they literally rejected my request and treated it as NEGLIGENCE.He said your mobile not accidental damaged.when i purchased my new phone.seller said if mobile damaged & Company give insurance.but syska directly rejected My complaint. main jab ghar se aa raha tha tab mob mera pocket main tha.aur us pocket main mera pendrive bhi tha.pendrive ki vajah se mera mob damage ho gaya to syska walo ne kaha ki apka accident nahi hua hai.to insurance nahi hoga. so why my request is rejected. I would like to file complaint against them and take necessary strict action against them.

I have already submitted my completed was on 15 Dec 2015, BT till now I don't have any response and any feedback for my complet, I am sure that syska gadget secure is froud company. Hello sir, my cin no is [protected] its been 4 day i have upoad all the document and made all the formality but syska still not approved it. when i call to customer care there say will do it as soon as possibel but no respone i got. so take same serious action against them to process and pass my pass my claim.

Useless Service by Syska an Insurance of 11300 still pending for approvals from past 35 days who will wait for 35 days for 11K as mobile is Note 5 worth 45K SYSKA INSURANCE is useless 100 % don't buy they are not worth it they are not at all bothered to call or pick up your call their field agents in Mumbai & keep on posting new issues time & time again some new documentation the problem is Just screen crack such a silly complaints requires more than a month then finally a person using a 45 K mobile will usually buy a stand by phone of around 8 to 12 K so whats the use of insurance still complaint is pending and we have to chase them for whats the purpose of insurance required my mobile no is [protected]

As per I bought inusrence for my samsung A800 on the date of 19/11/2015, and my phone get damaged in one accident on the date of 27/11/2015, In the morning I went to Samsung care and at the time of that I have word with one of Representatives of syska gagute secure, but they told us you bought insurance on the morning 20/11/2015 so can't go ahead with, now I have purched phone on 9.00 pm, is simple logical about all shopes is on the last at tim, Any ways after the long fight with the help of Samsung, l they cleared this But now they are lingering in any other issue, Big cheaper they are, don't buy service any how, if they are giving discount even, Filing complaints in in consumer complaints now,

Im sonalika n my comlaint no is [protected] its been 2 mnths and im just waiting for my claim to be passed. It is the worst experience i have had in these 2 months. They make the customer go crazy. They are intentionally making issues on submition of documents. I have registered my comlaint on 9 November 2015 and i am still begging them to pass my claim. Every time i call them they say we will put u on priority list mam u dnt worry. But why not to worry. Im facing a really hard time. I had never experienced such a bad thing. I had not expected this from syska. Shameless they are.

Hi All, Claim ID '[protected]', Syska Gadget secure rejected my claim even after I have submitted all the documents and my damaged handset HTC Desire 820 at their service center. It was damaged as it got slipped from my hand as someone pushed me while I was talking over phone and now they are saying you have not mentioned that who pushed you so your claim in under negligence. But It was not voluntary thrown by me. It is really ridiculous. HTC is repaired my handset without approval and now they are charging me aprox full rate of headset 13K. Who will bare this charge and if this is Insurance I suggest you all please don't go for any such Insurance they are fraud.

I secured my phone with syska gadgets secure when I purchased my new phone and after two months it was damaged and i registered my complaint to syska gadgets secure that my phone fell from my hand and got all broken in return for that they took a whole month in telling me that your claim got rejected and your phone will not be repaired in insurance.

I registered my request to damage claim for my phone on 19th November, 2015 and I submitted my iPhone 6 gold 16gb for the damage claim on 2nd Dec, 2015 to their executive, And I'm calling them since then daily regarding my claim process but their replies vary daily and no positive response . Even today 29th Dec, 2015 yet this people are not done with their approval process and even now they are saying it will take more 20 days for the phone to return which was even said 10 days back . Even today after so many days of request and submission I have not got my phone back . There is no proper response from their Side . They are negligent about their responsibility to do the procedure and return phone . I request you to please take this in to account .

I bought cell phone samsung A 7 and taken a insurance for it from syska .. recently cell phone is damaged accidently now from last 20 days syska does not reply or take any proceedings for the claim. consumer no 67362388 complain no. [protected] complain date : 12/12/2015 customer care no:[protected]
