I would like to inform about the very late response from syska gadget secure.
I have purchased their Insurance for IPhone 6 on the day of purchase they easily had taken 2000 from me and now when cell got damaged their response is absolutely delayed. Today almost 6 months had passed till now they only told me that the work is in process. Everyday I call at least 14 to 15 times in their call center and the only one reply I get from their employees is we have forwarded your request. Everyday they use to give me various numbers and they number didn't answers. Once an guy answered my call and he told me that he had leaved the job from syska and this had passed 3 months. By this I think so that the company is really a fraud and not a secure company for our India. I request the consumer court to please look after this complaints and take the steps forward against this compay.

    I purchased oppo mobile and get syska gadget secure insurance.My mobile drop in bus in delhi.Company reject my claim and said this is pick pocket case.Insurance booklet of company mention " Janne kab mobile gir jaye or chori ho jaye.

        I have been waiting for my clam to be settled for months now I have had this insurance for the first time usually I prefer apple insurance however I took yours so that I have a better experience not worst, my phone was stolen or theft as I mentioned the first time I called the phone was snatched from my hand …. I don’t know what the fir says cause the time I entered police station I told them the whole story in fact I went to the location where the phone was snatched but what that Stupid Illitrate police man has written in that FIR to save his own .

        First of all it has been rejected when you said the date of purchase insurance was not matching the date of registration ….. And I waited for that to be corrected.

        Second I was asked to submit all the docs I have been to court and did all the hassle subrogation letter and all which costed me almost 2000 rs and 3000rs which I paid initially for insurance which makes it a total of 62000 +5000=67000.

        Third then I was asked to get the sim letter signed which was already stamped by an officer in vodafone but now u needed signs too

        Then I was asked to get the bill stamped which was signed but not stamped …

        I did every thing that I have been asked now the claim still says rejected and that’s because that Stupid police man did not write what he was suppose to what I have explained him during the course of the explanation about the incident.


        And where in this photo it says that the act has to be force full… (image attached above Irfan khan promoting you)

        And in fact the act was force full when the phone was snatched out of my hands while I was on the road I in fact tried to catch number of their motor bike however I failed …..


        Now I don’t care what an FIR says if I have to sue you or that police man I will, but I need my claim at any cost.

        You can not just charge customers and give such lame excuse at the time of claim ……. I paid for the insurance and I need my return and now infact I need 100 of the value cause it has been delayed more than the time frame you mentioned.

        As per you that claim was suppose to be settled in 21 (Working days) which has already been completed and this claim is delayed from your end initially … as due to your registration issues I have been patient enough….
        I wasn’t this to be settled or I will go to another level and I know how can I do it..

          Screen of my S6 phone went blank on 12th Feb, as it was under warranty I thought Samsung should cover it, after my complaint they took 3-4 days to send someone to collect the phone and check the issue.

          Later as any other company they rejected mentioning this is not covered under warranty and at that stage I contacted Syska for claim registration (I didn't do it earlier as I was hoping that Samsung warranty would cover this and hence don't need to make claim from Syska )

          I don't understand the logic of registration within 48 hrs, specially in this case as the upper mentioned point took some time, I think they should understand the scenario before deciding upon the matter. In absence of that these insurances are of no use.

          Its a big amount which I would need to spend and hence don't feel that such a clause is valid, need help.

            This is with reference to CIN no.: [protected] which stands rejected by your validation and scrutiny team (as mentioned on the website)

            I had insured my phone (Apple Iphone 6) on Sept 18, 2015 under coupon sr. no.: SGI[protected].

            My phone was stolen on January 8, 2016 and I immediately called up Syska Toll free no. and logged my complaint at 8:00 PM within 1 hour of the incident. I submitted all the required documents as asked by Syska Gadget Secure company, on their website by January 22, 2016.

            Later, on January 24, 2016, I received a message on my number about rejection of the claim.

            I called on the toll free number again for clarification and I was informed that my claim has been rejected and, the rejection team informs that the reason for claim rejection is ‘Not a forceful act’.

            I would like to bring to your notice that neither of the above mentioned exclusions are mentioned in the brochure which was issued at the time of purchase of the insurance.(scanned copy of brochure has been attached) Syska Gadget insurance company misdirect consumers to buy the insurance. It is illegal and unlawful to reject my insurance claim on the basis of above said reason, as it is not mentioned in the T&C provided to me at the time of purchase of insurance.

            There can be changes made to the policy later but Syska never informed me about it.

            Request you to re-look in this matter and suggest me the way forward to claim my insurance and get my refund from Syska Gadget Secure company.

            Hoping for a quick and satisfactory reply from your end.

              I had insured my phone (Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime) on May 01, 2015 under coupon sr. no.: SGI[protected] bearing scratch code58766996.

              My phone was stolen on February 3, 2016 and I immediately called up Syska Toll free no. and logged my complaint. However, the call was disconnected while speaking to your agent as it was clocked by 9.00 pm.

              Later, on February 05, 2016, I received a message on an alternative number about rejection of the claim.

              I called on the toll free number again for clarification and I was informed that I will get a call from the rejection team at the earliest. I did not receive any call from their end for a week.

              I followed up for almost 5 times on Saturday, February 13, 2016 and each time I called, I got the same reply that the rejection team will call me. Finally I got in touch with the rejection team yesterday, February 16, 2016, after over rigorous 4 reminder calls and refusing to hang up on the line.

              Earlier, I was informed that my claim has been rejected on basis of ‘Pick pocketing’ and yesterday, the rejection team informs that the reason for claim rejection is ‘Not a forceful act’.

I raised a claim on 13/11/15 they tild me I'll get my phone repaired within a month but he pickup itself was done on 15/12/15 then i asked the agent to get the phone repaired as early as possible. He told me that if you want to get it early you will have to pay in cash which i agreed to. I did get back my phone on 1/1/16 and was told that amount will be reimbursed in my account before 20/1/16 but still it is not. when i contact the company they keep telling me they have escalated my issue and will take 24-48 hrs to settle and this is happening from past two weeks. the agent who took the phone kept telling me the issue will be settled within the week but now he keeps on disconnecting my calls. the agents nme is Roshan Raut [protected].                     My phone screen broke in accident & my complaint was registered on 11th oct'15. After making several calls a week Syska arranged to pick my phone after 45 days. I already submitted my documents on time.

                    Foolish Reason given for claim rejection is that " Voice of customer don.t match and it was not in custody of customer", as if they know customer's voice personally and was present at time of accident. What a crap and BS answer.They returned my phone on 4th Feb'16 which i had to pick from Sony center.

                    The phone's back panel was open and was completely damaged.It was not charging even. They damaged my phone much more and their representative said that they do not guarantee the condition of phone in which it is being returned.

                    They did not provide my insurance and also damaged my phone.
                    If i would have not relied on Syska my phone could have been repaired in 4 to 5 thousand but now complete 130000 are wasted just because of SYSKA and SONY SERVICE CENTER.

                    Pathetic Services.Totally unreliable.
                    They cheat people by taking their money and damaging the phones.

                      I made a complaint on 17/12/2015, about my mobile claim, i gave my mobile to one of your guys on 7/1/16, i did all the paperwork as asked by you and completed all the formalities. Now, after 2 months, they are asking me for even more documents which are not related to the mobile, and being honest, i am not a document keeper, i keep only necessary documents which might come in use for future.

                      One of my friends suggested to take syska insurance, and i even watched advertisement on tv about imran khan branding syska, i feel very low, thinking about my decision of choosing syska, and will definitely not be able to recommend anyone to any products of syska in the market, as the employees in the company are not even authorized to give their employee id to customers for any future correspondence, a company like that feels dodgy when u talk to them over the phone.

I have filed a claim for my damaged iphone 6 which was picked up on 3 January 2016 and claim for the same was approved on 20th January, but since then i have not received any update about my case neither i have received any satisfactory answer from the customer care representatives. Then have been saying that it will be repaired soon but i have not received any update since then. I have contacted customer care over 10 times and asked them to let me know how much time will it take. But they have not given any information that can be helpful to me.

                          My father who is a labour worker bought samsung j2 mobile in november with insurance from syska gadget secure.
                          it went blank for half of screen and we dont know the problem. that night we left it for charging and in the morning it totally got blank.

                            This is regarding the Claim# [protected].
                            I bought my phone ( Sony Z Ultra ) online through E-bay and got it insured at the Retail store ( Vardhaman Mobiles, Hyderabad) on the very same day.
                            The Retailer checked everything and spoke to the Insurance guys and then provided the insurance.

                            Now the phone got damaged in an accident on 05/01/2016, the Phone was in my bag and i met with an accident which caused the damage. I called up the SYSKA gadget secure helpline and raised a claim regarding the same.

                            i was asked to provide the documents and the handset at a service center but they say they can't service the handset as it was purchased out of India.

                            i then call up the SYSKA, they asked me to contact a person named Ashok Kumar for further assistance and he asked me for the bill and the delivery details of the handset which was provided to him.

                            After a couple of weeks without any response from them i get a message that my Claim has been rejected. I get to know that the reason for the rejection is that the handset was not purchased in India. If so how was the handset Insured in the first place.

                            The basic rule of insurance is that the product is first verified if it is valid to get insured, which was neglected by the company.

                            Please let me know if there is anything i can do .

                            Then there was another call from a lady( Mobile # [protected]) saying she is from SYSKA and i had to explain everything to her again.
                            The lady asked me if i had a SBI account to which i said i don't and she said they needed an SBI card to make the transaction for the claim. And i was surprised when the lady asked me if i can use someone else's Card for the transaction. So i asked her why is there a problem to transfer the amount to my Standard Chartered Bank Account and the call gets ended.

                            And i can't call back on the number again.

                            I expected a better Service from the SYSKA Insurance team.

                                I lost my mobile in theft case and same has been informed to Syska team aswell. I have already provide with all original scanned documents. Now they have hold my reimbursement because of original bill. I have already send them a declaration letter that i have lost my original bill in shifting and purchase my mobile from Mumbai and am located in Noida so am unable to provide with duplicate copy even. Please help

                                  On 20th jan 2016 my phone Samsung galaxy s6 edge was stolen at 4:10. On the same day I called syska toll free number to register the complaint (CIN No.- [protected]). I had to fill and upload some documents out of which one was SIM blocking form. The sim card was not registered on my name at that time because when I purchased the sim connection service back in 2008 I was a minor (below 18) and the connection was registered on my mother’s name. Rest everything (phone, insurance, bank account etc.) is registered on my name only and now after the incident the sim connection is also transferred to my name.
                                  I told all this to at least 5 syska customer care executives, and all of them confirmed me that no problem, it is NOT necessary that the sim connection should be on your name, you can get the sim blocking form signed by your mother but just upload her self-attested photo I’d proof along it in a .pdf format (I have audio recordings of all these employees and I can produce them if necessary)
                                  I uploaded all the documents within the prescribed time and I was told that Level 1 was cleared and my documents were sent for verification.
                                  Suddenly on 25th jan, I got a sms that my claim was rejected. I called the toll free number and I was told by them that the claim was REJECTED BY MISTAKE and they will re open the case again.
                                  I was not satisfied by this so I mailed at [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com and asked that why my claim was rejected? They replied that the sim card was not registered on your name hence the claim is rejected.
                                  I again called syska and they again told me that the claim was rejected my mistake and they will look into matter.
                                  By today 27th jan I have no clarity that why my claim was rejected and they will re open it or not. Moreover nothing is mentioned on syska website policy document that the sim connection should be registered on your name. If I was a minor at that time, how can be the sim connection on my name?
                                  Every time I call syska, they tell me that they will arrange a call back for me but I haven’t received any call till now. This is happening since 3 days now.
                                  I am so frustrated by all this and I feel cheated by syska.
                                  I want my claim to be settled ASAP or else I will definitely take a legal action against syska as I have all the proofs like audio recordings, screenshots of policy document etc. Please consider my case on a high priority.

                                    I have purchased mobile insurance cover from syska gadget secure for one year with accidental, theft coverage.

                                    And one day i kept charging for my mobile on table, unfortunately it was in vibration mode and the display got broken.i have registered a complaint against that but they rejected my claim simply, without investigating on that.and telling that it was negligence.

                                      My complaint no [protected] dated[protected] after one month they alot me the service center on[protected] i submit my phone. On[protected] i recevied msg from syska gadget secure your handset insurance was passed and after few days i call to service center they told me your phone was ready but claim was not settled after that i call to sgs c.care they told me your phone was under process. On[protected] till date so many time i call syska g secure c.care everytime they told your phone is under process, allmost more than 2 month my handset is under process.SYSKA GADGET SECURE IS USELESS SO PL. NO ONE CAN PURCHASE SGS INSURANCE PLAN FOR YOUR MOBILE.
