Recently i have submitted my all documents but i didn't get any updates from syska insurance customer care and their are delaying my claim. My claim is in Hold since last 20 days but i am not getting any kind of solution. Whenever i spoke to them their always ask me to wait. I have been waiting since last many days but i am not getting proper response and COMPLAINT NO IS [protected] . Kindly help me to get solution soon, as their are delaying so much.     I have damge handset which is damage on 13 oct2015.i claim my issue on 13oct but due to my previous claim is not close due to this my new clain was not regitered. from syska secure they said that your claim was closed within 48 hours.but i did"nt get satisfactory result so please can you confermed me that is my new claim is registerd or not again

      Please note that i have purchased Syska Headphone on 22.05.2015 with a warranty period of six months . The headphone has stopped working from September 2015 . I have given the same to the company for replacement but the same has not yet been provided to me since continuous follow up from the shopkeeper and the customer care official . The headphone has been purchased from Raver (jalagaon) district . If this type of service continues i would have to lodge complaint against the highest appellate authority . Please resolve the issue at the earliest .

        Dear sir I have purchased a mobile from mobile planet shop number 9, DDA building district centre, Janakpuri on 22nd Aug 2015 and the same day it was insured by the sys ka gadget secure 599.on 5th of Oct 2015 while travelling in the bus it was stolen and same time it was informed to the syska customer care and a complaint number was given i.e. [protected].and the conned officer told me that I have to collect aall the documents i.e PIL, SIM BLOCKING INFO, LETTER of SUBROGATION, ORIGINAL BILL and the photo id and it is to be uploaded at the website. I have obtained all the documents on 6th of oct and in the evening one message came that your complaint has been rejected. On 7th of Oct I contacted the customer care again and m/s DIPALI told me that the complaint has been rejected by the insurance team and you will be informed over telephone and the reason behind is that it is my negligence.             This is Jignesh parmar from ahmedabad, gujrat . i have purchased Samsung note 3 smartphone with syska offered insurance from maninagar samsung store in ahmedabad . after a 10 days i have problem on my phone so as i have purchased syska gadget secure so i have been submit my phone to syska dealer . and he told me that in a month ur phone would be repaired but on 1/11/2015 thus the phone is neither been delivered nor a satisfaction answer is given to me from your call center . they every time told me that your phone is about to end of process but there's only a fake promise to me .. so I want a final answer from ur side otherwise i must go to consumer court or have to do something else .               CIN : [protected] Name : Nelson Christian City : Ahmedabad, Gujarat [protected]@gmail.com SYSKA is world's no.1 feku company which lies everytime, It's my humble request do not purchase insurance from Syska, just bcoz when you call to the customer care you will not get any satisfactory reply, they all will make you "MAMU"... they apologies every time ( the favorite word of customer care team : SIR HUM MAAFI CHAHTE HE AAPKO JO PARESANI HUI USKE LIYE ), since last 2 months i am trying to get update of my cell phone which is covered in syska gadget secure, team of customer care[protected] are not sharing anything, not even service center no. they will transfer your call to senior manager, he will give you hope for 48 hrs, than after he will never present @ office - " Du banate he wo log ". I come to know that my cell phone is ready but due to late payment i am not able to get my phone, they told me due to holidays ( Dashera, moharam and sunday ) cheque will not clear but than after payment will be done on next day and you will receive your phone, when i asked for cheque details they all speechless.. ( f... guys ) . I know how to screw, just wait for my cell than after i will show them who am i..! jay hind..!!

                I register my complaint on Syska Gadget Secure for my mobile insurance on 21/10/2015 . i verified with their customer executive and my all documents are correctly uploaded. But still they are not sending me service center details and telling me we will send on urgent basis. They are making us fool. Please interfere in this matter and give us solution as soon as possible.

                  This is in great disappointment I am writing that Syska Gadget Secure is the worst insurance policy I have ever come across. Since two months my phone is with Syska and has not been returned to me after being promised since past 3 weeks by various Syska representatives. The phone was collected frrom me on 2nd September 2015. Different stories have been cooked in order to delay the process of delivery, and finally the last reason told by the Gujarat head Mr. Jayesh Soni is that the phone is repaired but payment by Syska has not been done, which he is not responsible for. The call centre holds no accountability. Today I called up the call centre and your team leader, surprisingly they disconnected my call. This was followed by your regional head claiming his helplessness over the situation and saying that he cannot help. It is a nightmare trying to communicate with your customer services as no one is ready to give a straightforward reply. I have been waiting for my phone since 2 months now and it is losing its warranty too. My nature of work is phone dependent and I have incurred huge inconvenience due to not having my phone with me. I am not ready to keep investing in expensive phones in order to pay for Syska's incompetence. I want my phone back within 48 hours or else I need the complete refund to my brand new phone. If this is not expedited then I will wait no more to approach the consumer forum. I hope that Syska authorities will take a notice of this situation and come clean by improving the appalling levels of customer service and its a shame that you are treating your customers in such a shabby manner. I wonder if these mails are ever noticed by top management as today I was shocked to hear the explanations by your regional head. A real SHAMEFUL way to operate business I shall not hesitate to reach out to the newspaper, media and social media to ensure that the common man does not fall for flashy TV adverts of Syska. I have a log of all the calls made to your local agents, regional head etc if it comes to prove my case. I hope you would take early action and return to me what is legally mine Looking forward to immediate response and action.                     I have purchased this iphone on 11/06/15 and i have also insurenced it on 11/06/15 but when i lost it i have compained about it at police station but they take long time in giving the fir.when they gave us fir, we sent it to the syska gaget secure but they rejected it by saying that you are late it must be complained to them within 48 hours .

Intimation given on[protected], mobile picked up after 10 days i.e. on[protected], Approval again took 10 days i.e. on[protected] & no one knows how much time repairing will take... No one is there is listen and clarify the matter... really use less and tremendous slow services...

                        I have been contacting to Syska insurance customer care to get claim so that i can repair my set damage in service center but their are taking lot of time to get my claim and their are not following the process correctly. Just because of one of the negligency of one of the customer care executive my claim got rejected and for last 2 days their are keep on telling that their will provide me my complaint number soon, but their are doing so, and i have samsung note 3 handset and it display got damaged and i insured my set with syska insurance.

                          On 23 June 2015 I bought an apple iPhone 6 worth Rs.48, 500 and insurance what's Rs.2000 from Guruji mobiles and J MD mobiles respectively .on 28 June 2015 my phone got stolen from worlds of wonder ticket counter after which I launched after which I launched Lost article report online .Syska gadget secure denied to give the claim. please help me with this issue as soon as possible

                            I purchased a Mobile from a dealer in Jaipur and after my purchase he insisted me to buy Insurance and promised me many many big things, He told me that syska is ye wo bla bla bla.
                            After one month my mobile slipped from my hand and fell in the sink, so because of water inside it, it was showing lots of problem, then I called syska and my trouble started from there.They told me they are sending a pickup guy, but no body came even after 25 days.Then after waiting so much of period, I ultimately
                            repaired in SAMSUNG AUTHORIZED SERVICE Centre and paid 12000 rupees.
                            Then one of my friend suggested me to take insurance of mymobileinsurance.com, I never heard this company name before so I was little sceptical, since it was recommended by my best friend as he already used their services and got timely claim and 100 percent claim of his iPhone, so i got online insurance of my mobile from Times Global Insurance.
                            A weak back my mobile again showing some display problem, and gain when I showed to Service centre they were asking me 7000 as there was side crack on screen, I called Times global Insurance and they instantly paid all 7000 without any question to the service centre.
                            It was a good experience, so now I m satisfied that there are professional companies exists in India.No it all depend upon customer satisfaction of the company not just BIG BIG ADVERTISEMENTS AND PAID BOLLYWOOD ACTOR ADD.

                              I had registered a complaint of my phone for accidental damage of the display on 6th aug 2015. After registering the claim, the executive from syska came on 21st aug 15 to collect the handset and I was told the I will get handset in a week. As I was told I called after a week to the executive who gave his number so that I can contact him and he told it will take more 10 days for repairing as few more procedures have to be undergone. Later I got a message on 27th august 15 that my claim has been approved and estimation has been recieved. As I was told I called the executive on 5th sept 15 and he told me the cell has come from repairing and has to be checked and he will handover the handset in 1 or 2 more days. Today is 24th September 15 and I have'nt got my handset back and neither the executive(Mr. Joel Huple) is not answering my call. I have even called on the consumer care toll free number twice and had a talk with help desk and even mailed on [protected]@syskagadgetsecure.com. I got a reply from them telling that my details will be forwarded to the concerned department but still no action has taken place. I called syska customer care they said that they will forward my job card to insurance department and request them to handover the mobile. It's now more than a month for all the procedures and for repairing and one more month before handing over the handset for all the claim registration processing. Please look into this matter and take some strict action

                                Sir/ Madam, PFA below mention screen shot, which is a proof of your pathetic & slow service. It clearly shows that my phone is under repair since 05/09/2015 but till date not rectified. Also would like to highlight few fraudulent activities observed in Job Card which are as follows: 1.My phone picked date as per below mentioned screen shot is wrong. It was not picked on 13/08/2015. It was picked up from me on 25/07/2015 for which I have physical copy too. 2.Photos attached in screen shot ( 2nd & 3rd photo of Damage handset ) doesn't belong to my phone. 3.As per Syska Booklets, customer needs to bare only 10% of the cost of repair or replacement value than how come I need to pay 1452 rupees. If estimation was of 7645 rupees than maxi. amount which I need to bare should be 10% of the same i.e. 764.5 rupees only. Your booklet also describes about 30 days TAT which has been Ignore from your end & as a compensation, you should not even ask for single rupees from me. It clearly points out some fraudulent activity in your organisation. I am forced to go to consumer forum to complain against your organization. It is height of irresponsibility & pathetic service. Since 25/7/2015, I have submitted my smart phone to syska. But till date I haven't received it. Most annoying fact was that, "In spite of 30 days TAT has finished (Which was committed to me through Syska Employees), No one is able to give a proper answer to me. Your Manager & Employees are treating me, as if they are obliging me by providing such a slow, disappointing & pathetic services. I just want my phone back. If even single responsible & sensible person works in your firm than must try to compensate for such a pathetic service, at least. Hoping for positive & prompt reply from your end.                                   I had complaint from a week but they are not responding me and telling that the complain has been rejected because the mobile has been fallen from third party thats why the claim has been rejected giving sooooooo silly Answer to us Plzzzz everyone don't take insurance from syska they will not give claim to us While taking the insurance make sure that What does the insurance cover for gadgets plzzz don't take insurance they will not give refund or claim to us for the gadget

                                    Hi my mobile got broken so i called up syska for insurance, they told me to mail few docs which i did. At the beginning when i bought this insurance they told me that their person will collect my gadget from my home in case i file an insurance clain, but now they said they cant as they are not here to collect it from home, the person was very rude and told if i cant send the device to the desired location he cant help. This is what syska is doing with the customers, saying something in the beginning and doing something else later. Now i have to give my gadget to my local service station which is in another city. Now i want that i should get the refund of what the service station will charge me.

                                    This been a long time now and i didn't receive any msg or call from syska. Its such a shame for syska . while selling products they say something else and do nothing in the end.

                                        I have purchased a samsung mobile on dated 02/03/2015 whose insurance was done by syska gudge insurance on dated 03/03/2015, My mobile was stolen by someone at kanpur railway station A.C waiting room while charging I claimed the same on dated 06/07/2015 but claim was rejected and the reply was the set was theft due to your negligence so it will not be covered my question is that in every theft there is some little bit negligence of owner and they replied that you can see syska website then I saw the same at site loss at beach and pick pocket was not covered but there is never any point of public place elaborate claim no. is [protected] policy no. is 36024893
