        Address: Gandhi nagar thazhanur village arcot ranipet district

        There is power cut problem in thazhanur village panchayat arcot ranipet district. Particularly in Gandhi Nagar area power cut problem occurs twice in a weekly mostly at night time. Where more than 100 familes live here and most of them are senior citizens

          Yesterday EB team has switched off the power supply, due to non paying the bills. But when we visited the EB office they said not reflecting any amount in your current bills. Currently they asking to pay Rs 2250. How its was happen without any intimation, how they stopped the connections.

            My factory JVP PLASTER located in 2/248, Kumarediyarpuram Road, Eppodumvendran, Thoothukudi district-628712. My TNEB Service No.[protected]. My factory working with 10 labours, today 10.30onwards suddenly one phrase power supply not working. iam identified the problem and make a phone call to Chendurpandian Wireman Mobile No [protected] 11.39am, 12.14pm & 12.17pm an rectify the problem then iam contact concern AE [protected] 1.00pm they told iam in leave then iam contact 1.40pm mobile switched off at the same time iam contact Foreman [protected] 1.31pm they told wireman in another duty. How to rectify my problem

                  This is Rajkumar from Thiruvanmiyur. The EB bill which is generated for the month of Aug 2021 is really shocking. My EB bill never exceeded Rs.1000, except last year same Aug 2020 month which I paid was Rs.1900/- but this year generated bill amount is Rs.4812/- which is more than double the amount. If you take average of my EB bills from 2019 was - Rs.700/- When I enquired EB office they said all over Tamilnadu has the same tariff/calculation. Due to this pandemic we are suffering a lot financially, In this situation TNEB has doubled our sufferings.

                  Request you to clarify and provide the solution.

                      Frequently power failure in AP block Annanagar west extension. Very very difficult to reachout customer care center. Local complaints not much helpful. Pls help to provide uninterrupted power supply, my mom and aunty are 87 yrs old. We have 3 phase still I am having power failure daily.

                        Hi sir, I am staying in perumbakkam(chennai) nesamani nagar, in our area power cut is happening many times, specially in night times. If rain is coming just half hour, they cut the power minimum 2-3hours, it is too difficult to handle with child with out power in time.

                          I am from Chennai and got the August month EB Bill as 11482 which is 5 times higher than my usual pay. Also i paid all my previous month bills before last dates. Checking the card found total units used is 1340 and the bill is 11482. When checked online the bill should be 7324. They did some[protected]. I don't understand what they did.

                              Hello sir, we are residing in a rented house in madurai and this month's EB bill higher than any other month... It's 5710. It's higher than my house rent amount this time... I always pay[protected] as EB bill. But this time is higher than expected... I already paid 2902 on jul 1st. Eventhough my bill amount is high for just 2 months... Please check what is happening at my meter box or else I suspect something is went wrong with the EB bill calculation ...                                   I have received meter reading of 5020 Units with consumption mentioned as 1285 & the amount to be paid is mentioned as Rs.10426.00. For your reference, the consumption details of previous years are given below:

                                  [protected] : Rs.2308 (Consumption mentioned as 580)
                                  [protected] : Rs.2176 (Consumption mentioned as 560)

                                  I fail to understand on what basis the above reading of amount to be paid as Rs.10426 is arrived at as my consumption has never touched to this level in any year. I have also paid an amount of Rs.3622 on 5th July 2021 based on "NO READING TAKEN & THE SAME AMOUNT MENTIONED IN SITE" for online payment.

                                  As there has never been such huge bills towards Electricity in all these years and as the consumption has not been high and as there has not been any meter reading done in the last few months, i feel that there is some issue in the way the amount is calculated.

                                  Request you to kindly look into it and revert on your favourable reply.

                                      Frequent power cut
                                      I am residing in Manali -68 and have applied through online for name transfer from my mother's name to my name 2 day's back with necessary forms and documents and paid online. Today I received a call from Manali EB- A.E for verification and pending documents to submit in person(Mandatory to upload sale deed through online). Went to eb office. A.E was very humble and sincere person who does the job immediately by verifying my documents. Suprisingly he didn't collect any extra charge for this work. Really appreciating his work and he changed my name immediately. Great job! Hates of TNEB and current government norms.
