Address: plot no 6, kuberan nagar 9th street madipakkam

Sir..

On August ebill is generated on 27th aug of 38, 085 rs for 2 months (july and August)..last bill paid on june month 125 rs and march months I paid 110 rs..I don't know how 38, 085 rs is generated in my ebill..I reached to the local maddipakkam office but 28th aug to 30th aug it is holiday..office is opened on 31st aug but due to emergency purposes I went to native I can't speak with the local office...

Kindly check and rectify it..its may be some technical error on entering the reading...I attached 2 years bill paid by me which is not more than 500 rs also..

    I made the Payment made towards my EB Bill.

    But TANGEDCO has been rolled back due to discrepancy in
    Bank Statement:

    This amount not credited to my bank accounts/bank, the same has been discussed to bank customer care also.

    Kindly transfer my EB Amount to my accounts, please do the needful.

    I have made Electricity payment of Rs.860/- by using ICICI Internet banking on 28th August 2021. On 30/8/2021 i have received email from TNEB that the amount is rolled back due to " discrepancy in Bank Statement". Please refer the below mail from TNEB.

    Hence i have made the payment again on 30th August 2021 to avoid disconnection.

            Respected Sir,

            This is in regards to the Electricity reading which is incorrect with very huge bill. It has been 9days since I submitted a written complaint to the area EB office. However, there is no response yet or nobody has come yet to replace the meter or update with the right bill amount. I request you kindly take the necessary actions to help resolve this issue as early as possible, as the bill due date is 5th September.

                    Hello Sir/Madam,

                    I am writing this due to worst service we are experiencing from madambakkam EB station. We are facing frequent power cut in our area without any proper reason. Even during every cloudy days not expecting rain but still they shutdown the power supply and sometimes power will not backup entire night. We tried calling there support no.but with no help there line will be always put to busy so we can't reach them....

                    Dear sir/madam,
                    Nowadays there is more frequent power interruption. For a day I have around 10 to 15 power interruption. I am an it employee who work from home. because of this frequent power interruptions, I am facing a lot of system issues and also a great disturbance for my work

                            Power Cut in Kannagi Street

                              Past two years ( from 2019 to 2021) I am staying with my family us a rental as given below address.last one year my eb reading meter is not working properly.and the bill amount is too high.many times I wrote the complainant to that particular eb office.my house owner also complaint this same to our eb office.but no one take necessary action and they are not given response to us.this month bill is too much higher.so please take necessary action.

                                  I live in mangadu, chennai
                                  And on 27/8/21 around 2.00am in the night, I noticed that there was a power cut. I waited for a while as this is very common in my area but it did not return. A few minutes later I noticed that the street light was on as it was shining very bright through my window. So I was worried that the supply is not there only for my house. I went down to check the main board of my house and found that the wire connecting my metre box alone has been cut and my metre box is completely off and the rest of the houses in my appartment are up and running.
                                  I have lodged a complained to managdu eb office since then. A person name Martin was the one who spoke with me and spoke in a very rude mannaer and impolitely.
                                  He refused to give me assistance on this situation and more over out right refused to attend my complain tonight and said it will only be dealt in the morning.
                                  I have no clue as to what to do now. I'm unable to sleep, disturbed and distressed.
                                  Mangadu eb office is one of the worst if not "the worst" in responding to any of my pleads. They lack empathy and no one there is willing to do a honest day's work. Especially Martin and Dhayalan.
