I am s. Saravanan, age 40. I have booked a ticket on 09.01.2020 two times thro tnstc website for the journey from chennai cmbt bs to coimbatore with the following details.
1. Trip code - 2215checoiab
2. Class of service - ac sleeper seater
3. Via route. - vellore
4. Route no - 460 ab
5. Del. Time - 22.15
6. Service start point - chennai pt dr. M. G. R bs
7. Destination - coimbatore
8. Corporation - setc
Amount rs.2410/- has been deducted my account. But ticket booking was failed.
So, please refund the amount that has deducted.

    With reference to above mentioned subject, we would like bring to your notice that, we have traveled from Uthangarai to singarapettai on 30/12/2019 at 1.20am, while issuing ticket, conductor has asked to her followings, The same was register the complaint to control room at Salem
    1)Why did travelling at mid night, r u girl, what is the job right now
    2)Take the exact change unless get down from bus
    3)Further scold to her r u single are married, where do u want go i.e Either lodge

    Travelling Time: 1.00am to 1.30am
    Place : Uthangari to Singarapettai

    Why these many questions has to ask to her at midnight, further needs action against to the conductor must be required unless, will take in the court

      On december 16 th i travelled tnst bus chenni to changanacherry, actually i am coming fom ahamdabad airport, &i have 2 piece of luggage 20 kg, but that bus conductor paid 900 ruppes from me for luggage charge, i have only 1000rupees with me, &i begged him "sir i don't have enough money for food"lastly he given 100 rupees back. For traveling interstate luggage chrage can we give or not? Bus no TN 01AN 1827

        Sir/ Madam,
        I am from Katpadi, Vellore dist., In my town there is no continuous available buses from Katpadi to Vellore. People from these area should have to wait for long duration. People with emergency need were also seeking for the availability of buses. So Iam kindly requesting you to grant to increase the availability of buses from Katpadi to Vellore route. If anything I have mentioned wrong please apologize.

        Sir, i have lost my bag green colour in setc bus which i traveled from madurai to chennai on jan 1 2020 morning... I think i left it near my seat.. I was sitting back of lost seat... My atm card and my aadhar card xerox copy is there with it... Plz help to find it..

          Dear Sir,

          I have boarded a bus in Tiruvanmayur at 4pm on 06/Jan/2020, while I was taking a ticket conductor was using abusive language and I told him to speak normally and the conductor started threatening me and speaking with very loud voice..I really felt guilty and ashamed in front of everybody and the driver also saying conductor is a old fellow and what’s wrong to speak like that, may be is old guy but I don’t accept to speak with me using bad words..

          Please take some action towards it, so that other people will at least get respect when they board in yo the bus..

          Just eyewash consumer complaints..no action towards issue, I came to that most of the people in government sector is corrupt and they don’t take any action on public issues..this issue is one among it
          Avadi to Anna sqaure between 8.00am to 9.000 am..there is no proper timing and conductors are not telling a proper answer...

            Sir,
            Madurai to sholavandan (bus no. 93, 28 series) buses are all in very bad conditions. Very often these buses get break-down especially during peak time. Sometimes the trip is cut due to lack of drivers / conductor! Buses do not come on time! break down Yesterday (06.01.2020) and Even today -07.01.2020 (28 bus stairs broke) and people were asked to board another bus! During peak hours we get stressed because of lack of proper transportation from sholavandan to Madurai. We also like to request to increase buses from sholavandan to Anna Bus stand via Nagari.
            Please do the needful.

              The buses which is running from "ashok pillar to dlf (S20)" doesn't follow regular timings because of that people who all are working are mostly affected.

              They could not able to reach the working location on time. Sometimes, the buses don't arrive even after an hour.

              It is very difficult for aged people to wait more than an hour.

              So please kindly look into the issue as soon as possible.

                  Respected sir me and my friends are travel in tripura to salem in bus tn39 n0119 in tripura at 9:10pm 05/01/2020, the contructer had no batch in (Muragan i think) he asked rupees300 for three ticket from tripura to salem but he gave 294rupee's ticket then ten minute's he ask he luggage ticket for my new hot box that price is only 200rupee's he get 100rupee's and he didn't gave ticket for that he throttle me keep quiet then travel otherwise get down from bus.. Please warren your staffes people are travel in government bus for safe & lowest price but your staffs rober passenger amounts please stop these

                    I have boarded 87 route bus plying from kgf to vellore today at 1.10 pm at pernambut to vellore. Bus regn no. Tn 23 n 2425. I have given rs. 50 for the bus fare. Though the rupee note is in fairly good enough, he refused to accept and asked to give another note.

                    I request you, to inform. How a conductor refuse to accept the rupee note. Is there any exception for hin.

                    The refusal caused unnecessary hardship to the passengers. Will you please check whether the conductor can. Refuse to. Accept the money given for bus tickets and issue necessary directions. Thanking you.

                      Sir/mam, by mistakenly i lost my wallet in (Setc sleeper coach bus)... Bus number (Tn.01. An.1735) chennai to coimbatore bus no460! We family traveled today chennai to erode sir, we family seated on last 5 seats... And i seated on last left top seat.. I placed my wallet on that hanger box sir, mtkly i forgot to bring it.

The bus condition is totally terrible to travel, because the last side of the bus has seating facilities with no sponge to sit, while travelling i had a severe back pain and i really upset to say that 1year child is sitting near to window that has no window, so please kindly aceept my request and renovate or change the bus immediately.

                              Am sorry to say this will be my first and last journey in tn run coaches. I along with my family had booked for tvm to poducherry. On boarding tc did not stop the bus to open the luggage carriage. We were told it's full and we can try at nagercoil. He charged extra for the luggage.
                              At nagercoil he was adamant a
                              Nd opened only one compartment which was almost full and informed other two are also full. On consistent persuation by us he got the keys for the second compartmen. He took the stand that it cannot be opened. Finally wth the intervention of fellow pax the empty second compartment was opened by me senior citizen dad.

                              The ultra deluxe coach seats were infested with bugs. We had to travel sitting itching whole night. Few of the fellow passengers preferred to travel standing whole night.

                                We office goers are travelling in TNSTC bus from Hope college to Uppilipalayam daily morning between 8.45 to 9.15.

                                Though we get the ticket mentioning the destination as "Uppilipalayam bus stop" no drivers are stopping the bus in the bus stand. Either they will cross the signal and stop in DSP bus stop or they will stop in the signal and asking the passengers to get down wherever they stop.

                                Many times, 90A, 2 etc, 2 to 3 buses coming together and stating this reason, though we get the ticket to uppilipalayam the drivers turning the buses in Husur Road from Annastatue signal without checking/informing the passengers those who got the ticket for uppilipalayam bus stop.

                                We ladies, running to office in a hurry are severely affected and when we ask the drivers and conductors, their reply was very worst.

                                because of this though we catch the bus in right time, , we are not able to reach office in and around uppilipalayam area on time and facing lose of pay and other difficulties in office.

                                On behalf of all the working ladies travelling, i request the concerned to take necessary action and instruct the drivers and conductors to stop the bus in the bus stop and not anywhere they wish to stop.

                                we are getting the tickets by saying the drop location.

                                    buses are not coming on time, the meanwhile two or three bus is coming only same time .
                                    I was walked 1 km and waited 35 minutes and finally I got super deluxe bus and paid 35 rupees instead of normal fare.

                                    Finally I missed my Pondicherry train because of your department careless..

                                    Take immediate action. Avoid this kind of inconvenience to suffer the public in future.

                                      Today I got chennai bus from trichy, my destination is perungalathur, I asked ticket for the same but conductor provided common ticket like koyambed and charged total ticket cost as 295 Rs. To perungalathur ticket fare is around 275 Rs only right? But like this they are compelling us to pay the extra charge, I asked with conductor but no response from him as well. I need action on this, i have attached screen shot as well for your reference. I don't know why we need to pay koyambedu charges for perungalathur as well even though its before 28 kms. Pls check and take action on this.

                                        online, with PNR Y30263864. The reserved
                                        one was an Ultra Deluxe, but we have got a
                                        normal Deluxe bus. How the management
                                        was so careless on the public, this was
                                        completely pathetic.

                                        I've not get back any refund from conductor.
                                        Since because of this issue I need
                                        my money back.
