Chennai to ariyalur bus started at 11.45 a. M in chennai on 21-december-2019.
Charged additional fare or kept change without returning and got money and cheated by getting money and not giving continuity ticket... Multiple issues with the conductor. Multiple people faced the same on this bus with the specific conductor. Please observe the conductor on his fraudulent behavior... He is very good at cheating. Isn't he ashamed to charge a handicapped passenger extra and for children... This extra charging or cheating without change happens with almost all the chennai to ariyalur or jeyamkomdam buses.

    Today, 21/12/2019, i travelled from thanjavur new bus stand to saliamangalam in a bus to velankanni. Around 3pm.
    The conductor did not shout that, saliamangalam stop is coming. I am new to saliamangalam. I do not know where to get down. Any how my co passenger was going to ammapettai. He told that poondi is coming, wrongly. So, it took a few minutes to see the name of saliamangalam in a board and got up from my seat
    Just after i stood, the bus stopped. Before i come to the exit, the conductor was shouting in singular term to get down, "eranguyya:"
    I retorted, dont shout, i am getting down. At that time too, he didnot tell that, this is saliamangalam.
    Words exchanged. Conductor and driver, came down to assault me.
    It is mandatory, that a conductor should announce the coming stop name or some announcement should be there about on coming stops. Action should be taken against this conductor for his misbehaviour against an old man. I am 67

      I have forgotten a black trolly bag (55 ") in a setc ultra-delux bus on 21.12.19. The bus departed from cmbt, chennai on 8, 45 am. Destination not sure, probably coimbatore. I got off at vengapakkam bus stop, near kalpakkam, on ecr without the bag. The bag contains a dslr nikon camera, jacket and a saree. Please inform setc to search for such a luggage.

        Sir,
        I am working in chennai and my native place is kamuthakudi near paramakudi. Last week (14.12.2019) early morning 4 am i went to trichy bus from paramakudi to kamuthakudi. I asked for a ticket to kamuthakudi but the conductor did't gave ticket and made a worst arguments. He said this bus had no stopping point in kamuthakudi and he stop the bus and ordered to me get out from the bus. I said its now raining, usually several times i came same time in this bus. So many worst arguments with me and then he gave a ticket to me. That conductor make it depression and worst speech very affected to me. I need it apology reply from the conductor for this incident.

          We boarding in sabarimala yesterday 8. Pm at nillakal bus stop and going to chennai bus ticket very expensive cost of 950rs. But we ok about the new setc bus but the driver not verify before starting the bus for basic check up. We are very ungry and very tired due to dharisanam sabarimala. Due to un professional employee we suffered a lot kindly do any action. Till now they said arrange a spare bus but it's not reached.. For your information vehicle number tn01 an1974

            Revered sir/ madam,

            This is to inform you that for past 3months people commuting towards pallavaram & city from pammal, pozhichalur and pallavaram are badly impacted due to abrupt stoppage of bus services since athi varadhar perumal occasaion. It is supposed to be 3 bus services in this route as usual.. Will run frequently for 15 to 20 mins for people travels in between pozhichalur and chrompet. Already the given buses (3) are insufficient with the available passengers population. Being small bus, carried only 25 to 30 or 40 in peak hrs.. Now we all including school kids, senior citizens ladies are all struggling and have no choices apart from using auto or walking.
            We request the responsible authorities to visit surprisingly and watch how people are struggling without buses.. Requesting for immediate remedy to solve this issue.

              At 17/12/19 i travelled from coimbatore to batlagundu through covai to bodi bus at 5:45pm. One blue shirt conductor was behaved very rudely to the passengers. He didn't accept the km pass which is provided by the tnstc department for their staff. He was treated me like his slave and he used irrespective words against me. That's why i'm raising this complaint against him. Please take action on him. The bus number is tn 57 n 2135.

              I have travelled Rajakadai to Beach station on 3.30 PM by bus Route number 1 ( Green board).
              The ticket fare is Rs 13. I gave 20Rs and he didn't give remaining balance..
              And atlast I have asked him @ beach for remaining 7Rs, he rudely talked and given only 5Rs. Please take necessary action and make sure conductors to bring change suffiently.

He was talk where to go i said thiruvidaimaruthur taluk my neck was very turn in back seat because he was stand in next seat... My neck very pain ful. So i see window side... He was very angry.. He say why you turn and "he slap my seat and he hand touch my hand"... He behaviour very bad...

                No buses in kanchipuram after 10:45pm.but 150 people waiting for tambharam and chengalpattu bus. So lease arrange atlease two buses that time .

                Note : 50 ladies also waiting for bus at night time

                  Dear sir,
                  Today[protected] morning i have boarded bus (Chennai to vandavasi) by 9am from poonamalle. The bus was breakdown near sungavachathiram. Driver and conductor was not checking the bus condition before starting the travel. All the buses were overcrowded due to sunday and no alternate bus was arranged. Please ask all the bus conductors and drivers or some other person to take in charge to check the bus condition before starting the journey.

                    I travelled from bangalore to chennai on 13.12.19 by setc ultra deluxe bus no. 3319. While i am getting down at poonamalli bus stand i forgot to take my shoulder bag (Black colour bag contains used clothes aadhar card pan card office id card and toiletary items.) pl. Inform where can i contact to collect my bag or what is the procedure to collect the same.

                      Code 2100bancheab, 13/12/19. I booked the ticket for blore to chennai. I was waited for bus more than 2 hrs.in bw i was trying to reach his mob was not working. Got the bus very late and i asked conductor abt, he simply said the mob was not charged. After that he was shouting like inhuman. So i just thinking y i don't take pvt bus hereafter. I think higher authority will take necessary action..

                        I was traveling from thiruvannamalai to chennai on 12/12/2019 it was an ultra deluxe bus. The bus started around 1.30 pm. From thiruvannamalai onwards he started rash driving in between he also using his mobile during his driving. The passengers are irritated because of his rash driving he is keeping on using the bus horn which irritates more and more. Out of frustration i am raising this complaint

                          I had travelled at bus no tn 38 n 3444 running from (Pollachi to valparai).in this bus a conductor named v. Pannerselvam had made all the passengers who are all to travell till aliyar to make stand outside bus till bus had departed. He asked only passengers who travel till valaparai to sit. Is we are travelling free we also giving the traonsport cost.

                            I was traveling in tn33n2621 a tirupur bus to gandhipuram service bus stand on 11/12/2019, me and my friends travelled from cmc stop, the conductor didn't even getup from the front seat to give tickets to passengers after reaching near gandhipuram he came towards us and shouted he asked us to get down from the bus before the bus stand he got amount for tickets but he didn't give tickets please take action

                              Normally comparing many states, Tamil Nadu is having very nice transport facilities. This complaint is submitted against the Transport Department because of the ignoring attitude by the concerned transport crews. Many times and many days it is the plight of Panagudi town common public, who are plying between Nagercoil and Tirunelveli. Among many to cite one example, the bus coming from Sivakasi to Nagercoil, after the halt at Tirunelveli Bus Stand, they are making to as point to point to Nagercoil or a byepass rider to Nagercoil. It is visible to any ordinary human, as there are normal route buses, carrying some extra displays viz., end to end between Tirunelveli and Nagercoil and like some wonderful displays. Already, it is found there are end to end between Tirunelveli and Nagercoil, even though it is learnt the number of Buses are less than 10; there are more than 30 buses are plying as end to end. A humble suggestion in this regard is submitted for kind consideration. Between night 10.00 pm and morning 05.30 all the buses are to be taken as normal route buses. They will have positional stopping at Nanguneri, Vallioor, Panagudi within the Tirunelveli limit atleast, thus your kind transport department will serve the public more effectively. Thanking you for having this forum.

                                Dear sir,

                                I took the above said vehicle no at trichy bus stand on 10th dec 2019 around 6 am.

                                Complaints
                                1. The conductor did not give me balance ticket change and argued. (Paid 200/- for villupuram).
                                2. Did not wear name batch
                                3. Allowed small children's from ulundhurpet toll to sell books in side the bus.
                                4. Stopped the bus in many place irreverent to the stopping
                                5. This is happening regularly it seems, because i am facing problem for the 2nd time in the same bus

                                I request to take necessary steps / action against the activities in bus. Please revert back to me as soon as possible on the same

But the PNR is not appearing in the booked history and not in cancellation. So I lost the whole amount of Rs 2305. Also i tried the customer care, as usual, it was busy...Arumugam..

                                  Sir this is mahendiran from thozhdur. I have started my travel from thozhdur today morning around 7.20 am. Bus reached villupuram at the moment but went to rest room hardly taken 1 mins. But bus started without information and any kind of passenger missing.

                                  Now i missed the bus and my travel luggage also. I need to register my complaint against the driver and conducted...

                                    Date of travel: december 7, 2019
                                    The bus was coming from sitra and going to gandhipuram, coimbatore. I had to get down at a bus stop called peelamedu. The conductor blew his whistle 3 times when the bus neared my stop and thr bus driver didn't stop the vehicle. I got irritatrd and shouted to stop the vehicle. The driver didn't budge and he finally was going to stop because of the red signal. I was already around 1 km from my bus stop. The conductor told me not to cause a ruckus and get down at the signal. And when i was going to get down, the bus driver started the bus and i almost fell on the road. My leg got a minor sprain because of this.
                                    I just want to make it known to people and ask them to be careful. I want strict action taken against the bus driver.

                                    This experience caused me both mental agony and physical pain just because the driver was too lethargic to stop the bus at the designated bus stop. If i had fallen of it could have been fatal given the traffic around 5 pm. I really don't feel there is any value for life in this country where it is okay to get down a running bus and even the bus driver will suggest it.

                                      Honorable government undertaken TNSTC,
                                      Vedasandur is a town in north district of dindigul. Here literacy rate as nearby 90 percentage. So large number of students in this town. They studied in an institution which is nearby town like dindigul, palani and faraway like tiruchy, coimbatore, karur, salem etc. So students should travel for long journey. But here sufficient bus facilities are not in the town. So provide more buses for the town to travel long distant areas. I hope the solution will give soon. Thank you

                                      I boarded a bus from Krishnagiri to Salem TN29N 2740.. the bus said it's an express bus to Salem and stops only in Dharmapuri. But the driver diverted on the way to multiple places from the highway. The fare collected was also RS.100 for the express fare.

                                        I am Mr.M.Shanmugasundaram, passenger travelled from vellore to Chennai on 03/12/19 between 3:15pm and 6:00pm through the TN govt bus no.TN 01 AN 1107(Bangalore to Chennai)..The bus fare was Rs.150.I had to give Rs.200 since I had no change..The balance amount of Rs.50 was promised to be given by the bus conductor after sometime and the same was recorded at the back side of the ticket for remembrance..but the conductor got down from the bus before the destination (CMBT)without giving my balance which I came to know later..When I took this issue to the bus driver there was no response and he used unparlimentary words..This gave me mental stress and I want him to return my balance..I request the higher authorities to take necessary action to prevent such happenings in the future..
