Today (03/01/2020) i boarded 77bs of tnstc madurai (City). I boarded the bus along with the luggage. When the bus arrived mattuthavani, i missed the bag. So it'ld be good if it is found.

    Today i travelled in bus. No.21a from thondamuthur to railway station. The bus condition is totally terrible to travel, because the last side of the bus has seating facilities with no sponge to sit, while travelling i had a severe back pain and i really upset to say that 1year child is sitting near to window that has no window, so please kindly aceept my request and renovate or change the bus immediately.

    Dear sir,
    Erodu to coimbatore (TNSTC) Bus service night 12.00 AM after every 1.30 hours after bus available.. people was very difficult . So bus provided every 30 minutes.
    Proper bus was not provided Poonamallee to Tambaram route 66 dated 01/01/2020 time 12 pm ist as was raining normally waters entered into buses on roof tops and window glasses was not working properly. TN 01N 4649 TAI 0705

      Am sorry to say this will be my first and last journey in tn run coaches. I along with my family had booked for tvm to poducherry. On boarding tc did not stop the bus to open the luggage carriage. We were told it's full and we can try at nagercoil. He charged extra for the luggage.
      At nagercoil he was adamant a
      Nd opened only one compartment which was almost full and informed other two are also full. On consistent persuation by us he got the keys for the second compartmen. He took the stand that it cannot be opened. Finally wth the intervention of fellow pax the empty second compartment was opened by me senior citizen dad.

      The ultra deluxe coach seats were infested with bugs. We had to travel sitting itching whole night. Few of the fellow passengers preferred to travel standing whole night.

        We office goers are travelling in TNSTC bus from Hope college to Uppilipalayam daily morning between 8.45 to 9.15.

        Though we get the ticket mentioning the destination as "Uppilipalayam bus stop" no drivers are stopping the bus in the bus stand. Either they will cross the signal and stop in DSP bus stop or they will stop in the signal and asking the passengers to get down wherever they stop.

        Many times, 90A, 2 etc, 2 to 3 buses coming together and stating this reason, though we get the ticket to uppilipalayam the drivers turning the buses in Husur Road from Annastatue signal without checking/informing the passengers those who got the ticket for uppilipalayam bus stop.

        We ladies, running to office in a hurry are severely affected and when we ask the drivers and conductors, their reply was very worst.

        because of this though we catch the bus in right time, , we are not able to reach office in and around uppilipalayam area on time and facing lose of pay and other difficulties in office.

        On behalf of all the working ladies travelling, i request the concerned to take necessary action and instruct the drivers and conductors to stop the bus in the bus stop and not anywhere they wish to stop.

        we are getting the tickets by saying the drop location.

          On 02/01/2020, I tried to book a ticket from Coimbatore to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.845 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I didn't receive any reference number or anything. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

            buses are not coming on time, the meanwhile two or three bus is coming only same time .
            I was walked 1 km and waited 35 minutes and finally I got super deluxe bus and paid 35 rupees instead of normal fare.

            Finally I missed my Pondicherry train because of your department careless..

            Take immediate action. Avoid this kind of inconvenience to suffer the public in future.

            Today I paid more, walked more, not getting bus on time, and I reached my office 2 hours late

              Hi,

              Today I got chennai bus from trichy, my destination is perungalathur, I asked ticket for the same but conductor provided common ticket like koyambed and charged total ticket cost as 295 Rs. To perungalathur ticket fare is around 275 Rs only right? But like this they are compelling us to pay the extra charge, I asked with conductor but no response from him as well. I need action on this, i have attached screen shot as well for your reference. I don't know why we need to pay koyambedu charges for perungalathur as well even though its before 28 kms. Pls check and take action on this.

                I've reserved my journey e-ticket via setc
                online, with PNR Y30263864. The reserved
                one was an Ultra Deluxe, but we have got a
                normal Deluxe bus. How the management
                was so careless on the public, this was
                completely pathetic.

                I've not get back any refund from conductor.
                Since because of this issue I need
                my money back.

                  The bus conductor is playing some old MGR movie with very high sound inside the bus. He is playing some movies like "petta". Where should I complaint? How do I stop these irritating uneducated mannerless people. Its 12 in the night and the disturbing ### inside.Everyone is trying to sleep in night time. Because of that selfish ### everyone is angry and cant sleep. Im getting down in next stop.

                    Here more than 50 passengers waiting for chennai busses in attur busstand. There is no buses available from attur to chennai. Only salem to chennai buses we get here, but there no place/seats available in that bus. We asked the timing of attur to chennai bus, he say bus departured at 10.30 pm, but i am waiting here from 10.00 pm. I didn't see any bus what he say. This thing happens here regularly. Please solve this problem. And arrange permanent buses to chennai from attur. And also super deluxe and ultra deluxe too.

                      I am Palani Kumar, today (1/1/2020) I traveling from Tirunelveli to Thirumangalam in Tamil Nadu govt bus. I was fares Rs 125 as my passenger fare which is as usual. But the conductor charged me the same amount of Rs 125 as luggage fare for my luggage( a small cardboard box) which is less than 2.5 kg. In the previous journey I was fared only Rs 32 for this same box. Please kindly take action for this unfair act of conductor.

                        Today (01/01/2019), my booking of 2 seats from trichy to chennai (15/01/2019 - 22:00) failed. The amount of rs.745 was debited from my account. I didn't get any message from the website about refund or anything. My username is lectobenzene. Kindly do the needful. At least let me know by when will the refund will be initiated.                             My tnstc login doesn't show the ticket in booking history though i have booked the ticket after logging in my account.

                            I received the ticket in my email that as if i have booked as a guest user. Now i want to cancel the ticket but i am unable to do so.

                            Please help me to cancel the ticket.

                              31/12/2019 00:37 trichy to aranthangi via keeranur Bus driver and ticket keeper did not ticketing for Keeranur. and root tetails mentioned in tha bus as கீரனூர். They told it is not going to keeranur its direction to bypass. But it is regular bus. We are waiting 2hours with ladies and children also. Time keeper not in seat and they answered not proper. It is second time.
                              Always they not respect for Keeranur but around 1500 daily traveling.

                                My ticket was cancelled one week before one week but amount is still not refunded.. 390rs was charged for booking bus ticket and when i cancelled the ticket i had a notification in the website like rs.313 will be refunded... But the amount is still not refunded.

                                  Sir, buses plying from and to sipcot, kelambahkan and tiruppur, are not stopping at egattur (In front of marina mall) though bus stops with shelters are available. There are many apartments nearby and moreover with the opening of marina mall, now there are many commuters who are finding it difficult to reach their home and the mall, from the navalur bus stop. I request the authorities to instruct all the bus drivers and conductors to stop at egattur (In front of the marina mall). This will reduce hardship faced by the residents and mall users.

                                    On 28/12/2019, we travelled by tnstc bus route 122 vide vehicle no. Tn25n0414 pp service from chennai cmbt to thiruvannamalai. The conductor collected rs510/- towards ticket fare @₹205/- for 2 tickets, but he did not return the balance rs.100/- and left the bus.

                                    Only when the new conductor boarded at perungalathur, we came to know the previous conductor (His name sundarajan as informed by new conductor) left the bus at koyambedu cmbt. Immediately, the new conductor contacted your cmbt station and tried to trace the one that issued our tickets, but no positive response from other side.

                                    Incidentally, we came to know 2 other passengers of the same bus that the conductor at cmbt deliberately retained the balance of cash paid by them but when they insisted, he returned the balance money.

                                    It’s a case of glaring fraud and malpractice by your conductor at cmbt, and he is in the regular habit of cheating the passengers through non-refund of balance money after issuing the tickets.

                                    I am attaching the photos of my tickets and the said bus, and requesting you to
                                    1) to recover the money rs100/- from that earring fraud conductor sundarajan and treat this money as donation to your corporation by issuing a receipt for same.
                                    2) to take punitive action against this fraud conductor, failure to do so will make him continue this fraud putting the public at risk of losing money and damaging the image of your corporation.

                                    Hope your good office will take immediate action and inform the recovery of excess money rs100/- taken by the fraudster conductor.

                                      Bodi near silamai new colony village a bunch of people living on the village, perday 15tnstc bus and 5private buses go and went this route this area only poverty people living, pregnant women's, handicaps, oldest people's walking half km walkable distances so pls arrange bus stops silamalai new colony...
