Identity : looks dark and fat
The bus will be start moving from ukkadam & through sithra, coimbatore airport etc. I met this same conductor some times in bus & all the times he was very rude to everyone.
When i met him first time in a bus, he was speaking harsh & was scolding everyone for no reason. He was scolding a girl asking her to move, she moved as much as she can in the rush bus but he pushed her away with his hands, the girl was helpless and asked him, 'what is your problem, noone is standing in steps, everyone have space to stand, even there was a space to the conductor to walk through. What she told is 100% true, but no body know why he asked her to get out of the bus without any of her mistake but she said 'i won't' the sadest part is she is college girl of a prestigious institution who is helpless. Later when the bus reached ukkadam which is the last stop, everyone was out of the bus, the conductor himself was standing between the two entrance outside the bus. I saw the girl coming out of the bus, when she was crossing him, he said to another conductor or driver on her physical and has spoken a bad word (In tamil) about her mother. This is so cunning. Another day, i myself a college student use the buspass provided by the govt for students. The same conductor came that day and i gave him my buspass to have his sign like we use to do everyday, when he signed it, i was keeping my hand to get it back but he thrown it on me inspite of giving it in my hands which are raised and waiting to get it back from him. This is so rude. He was like he is the owner of the bus and was behaving like passengers are animals. He must be punished for his cheap character. A govt bus conductor must have a sense that we are serving for the people and the govt has serving them through us, make this person to realize that he is not the owner of the bus or this person is the ruling king of the bus. The conductors are to help the people not to hurt the people by filthy words. Make him understand that he was working for the people & the people who get into the bus are not his slaves to be threatened by him. This man must be punishment or atleast given waring.

Im student of nandha arts and science college while im traveling in goverment bus tn39 n 0193, i payed 20 rupee for laptop luggage, im a cs student then how long they collect charge and we are student its chillli, why the goverment is like this

    Bus no tn 30 n 2041 from salem to chennai on sunday picked some passengers near achirapakkam from a breakdown bus when this bus reached maruvathur the conductor asked for ticket the passengers showed the breakdown bus ticket he fired at them and told them to get down they argued a maruvathur station master for buses also scolded the passengers an old man told a got 240 ticket he also asking for another 65 how can i give make us so pity i feel so guilty

      I was travelling from ooty to mysore and went to booking counter in ooty bus stand. The officer in charge of tamilnadu bus forced me to travel by tnsrc bus which was crowded and no seat was available. When i refused and booked airawat club class ksrtc bus. Two of the tamil speaking officers in charge of tnsrc bus insulted me telling"you have too much of money and showing your richness by travelling by airawat ksrtc bus" they went on insulting me till i received the ticket and left the ticket counter. As a single women travelling and being a heart patient, i have the rights to choose the bus to travel considering my safety. Such rude behaviour of the tamil officers at the booking counter is hurting and insulting. The passengers have their rights to travel which ever bus they want and the ticket distributors should not force the passenger to force to travel by the bus of ticket provider 's choice. Such behaviour of tamil officers should be avoided in future at tnstc bus booking counter (Tamilnadu to karnataka).

        Im riya a girl from kalpakkam.. Aftere being waiting for 4hours in the koyambedu bus depot.. I was about to go home after work.. None of the bus would stop in kalpakkam instead they said i have to wait for another 1hour its late night and im still waiting.. No response from the time keeper.. Many guys misbehaved with me. This is worst service. Kindly something

          Respected incharge,

          I came to k. K. Nagar depot, chennai on 15.02.2020 at 4.30 pm, there were no buses for cuddalore. After waited for 10 min. Chidambaram bus tn 32 n 4353 has come at 4.40pm. I have boarded the bus and it was there in depot till 5clk. The bus driver came and said, need to change the side mirror and took the bus inside the depot, the conductor was aware that i was inside the bus he didn't even notice me that it will be late.

          Before this incident, i enquired the conductor about the bus timing. He said it will be leaving in 10 min.

          They took 30 min to fix the side mirror. After 5.30 it came to depot and put it in half and the driver says bus will leave at 6.05 pm only and asked me to get down to get a cuddalore bus
          I got down and roamed around the bus depot, couldn't find any cuddalore bus.

          I told the driver, when there is no bus why did you ask me to get down to board a cuddalore bus..

          So my complaint here is the bus driver and conductor are very lethargic and disgrace to your transportation department.

          Hoping you take this into a action or a curse from a normal citizen.

            On 13 february 2020 at around 12:00 noon 303 kalyakavilzhai bus tn 45 n 8565 conductor spoke very rudely in front of other co-passenger. I was on a call and the conductor stood behind me. He never asked for tickets loud. But then he tapped and then asked for a ticket for which he did not give the change back. Later he came again and shouted saying should not be on phone while taking ticket and other things and gave the change back. How will i know if he stands behind me?. Conductor should be thought how to behave with passengers.

            Sir there is bus for student they around 3 km for there home so PL provide some transportation for the students because it insecure it surrounded of Forrest areas so plz
            I have reserved for bus from kancheepuram to madurai on 7/02/20 23.00. While getting seated conducted is treating passengers like a animals and he also scold me in local language while iam getting seated. Kindly take necesaary action against the conductor.
            So much loose parts placed on top of seat lugguge carrier making heavy noise. Also L brakets holding luggabe carrier almost all are loose which should be tightened enough with washer. Almost all L brackets just loose and making noise.
            Kindly rectify as this is Govt property and enough tach available who can attend to it

              I re-located to ashok pillar for past 6 months. Only direct transport to reach my office (Dlf) is s20 only but they don't have any proper timings and sometime the bus services got stopped on normal days. Requesting to take necessary steps with the related persons. Lots of dlf employees are seeking the same bus service expediate your immediate support this.

              They are not stopping the bus near to dlf only when ticket inspectors are there they are behaving in the normal way.
              I missed my bag at the bus from kanchipuram to chennai . I get down at poonamalle.i forget about it.inform i[censored] identified.

                Passengers were waiting for bus for longtime later the bus[M7 Guindy] was came. the bus was driven awfully faster without waiting. the passengers still entering into it the bus driver doesn't bother about it. many passengers were forbidden this ### happens for everyday... And they don't care about Bus stop(maduvankarai) I have seen more than 5 times they didn't stopped at the stop kindly take this complaint and make as soon as possible

                  We are travelling from kanykumari to ooty on bus registration number tn 01 an 2252 bus 663 when the driver would not put the luggage into the luggage compartment and said he has lost the key and asked us we can leave it the passage way of the bus. This was dangerous for the fellow passengers who were having to step over the luggage.
                  He was asking us why we are travelling with big cases. We told him that we are travelling from abroad he said you foreigners are arrogant and bossy to us and we in tamilnadu don't listen to foreigners. After a lot of arguing he asked us to put the luggage in the back corners of the bus where it is very dusty and dirty and may damage the cases when removed.
                  It is not our fault that the driver did not have a key for the luggage compartment. We are on a long journey so would expect to put our cases in the hold.
                  This is unacceptable behaviour from a transport official and has left me with a bad taste of tamil nadu when i was really enjoying it.

                  I travelled TN 68 N 0311 number bus, suddenly glass (mirror) broken fall me and every glass piece fall from my body sleeping time i am shocking and conductor putting paper board that board also fall me its very pathetic service... small injury happen if glass piece cutting my face or body who is the reponsible ?

                  Vehicle Number TN21 N 1527 has hit my car at tambaram @ 6 AM on 09/02/2019 and he used abusive language . I have taken the photo graphs .

                  Matter of fact they hit vehicle in traffic jam when vehicle was not moving . Which is right place to make complaint
                  I have boarded into salem to coimbatore 1 to 1 bus, but the driver stopped at many places. Bus was very slow. Many passengers missed the doctor's appointment and flight. Please make sure the 1 to 1 bus will not stop middle and we taught that 1 to 1 will reach Salem to coimbatore in 3 hrs but this bus took 5 hrs to reach coimbatore.

                    On 10.02.2020 i and one other person was standing in west masi street and west tower street junction, madurai (The exact stop for the mini bus) at 5:40 pm. A mini bus which came at that time did not stop in the bus stop forcing me to walk 1 km to periyar bus stand (If not i have wait for another 30 minutes to catch the next bus). Kindly take necessary action against the driver and conductor.

                      I have travelled on 7th feb 2020 from thanjavur railway station to thanjavur new bus stand. Am unable to tolerate the condition about bus. The engine was very poor lot of hot air coming from the engine. The engine maintenance was very poor. It's not covered well as well. I have travelled just 20 to 30 minutes only. But we have to think about drivers health condition. They are sacrifice their health just because o[censored]s. Please do something and take the necessary action. Please service the engine and cover it up with proper tools. Please find the bus route and number details below.

                        I'm working in singaperumal koil and may native maduranthagam use to come everyday by bus only. Today is thaipusam all buses to going thiruvannamalai not even one bus didnt stop at singaperumal koil i asked all buses everybody said not maduranthakam no stop and stage bus no tn21/n/ 1492 i asked maduranthagam ticket the conductor was slient but driver was so rude and using such a local bad words (Like othxxx, bus niratha mudiyathu da nee yevan kitta venumnalum complaint panniko after all passangers support me after conductor give ticket but that also not singaperumal koil stage is tambaram i took the ticket kindly take action for driver

                          Tn 72n 1932 bus from madurai to thiruchendhur route starting from madurai mattuthavani bus stand at 11.00 a. M[protected].
                          Driver (Person in attached photo) in that bus speaking rudely to me not even showing basic respect to a girl. After i boarded the bus (Aruppukottai byepass passenger) making me to leave the bus around madurai itself by mentioning bus is not stopping in aruppukottai byepass. But actually what happened is bus went through aruppukottai bypass and board some people there also in standing.
                          Please take action against driver for rude behaviour and providing false information.

                            Hi, i'm arun kumar. I planned to travel from singanallur to oddanchatram on[protected] at 8.00pm. When i reached bus stand i found a bus tn39 n0372 ready to leave towards madurai. When i approached conductor he told bus will leave at 8.40pm, also oddanchatram passengers are not allowed to board. When i asked dthe reason why the oddanchatram passengers are not allowed, he replied that it is our wish, who are you to question me. As a citizen i feel guilty for this incident. Although i pay the bus fare what they ask and also i pay all the tax which government put, but also i'm not allowed to travel in the bus. Conductor name is selvam. Please take correct step to sort out this kind of issues in the bus stands.

                              I am n. S. Murugavel (C50109) retired bus conductor, am travelling with my wife om 07/02/2020 10:50 am from chennai to kanchipuram for which i boarded on tn-21 n-1100 (As per the tickets issued). Now i am filing this grevience against the bus coductor, who brutally abused both me and my wife with a very offensive language for not buying tickets to travel. I was having the bus pass issued for retired mtc staffs which shows eligibility for both o[censored]s to travel free on the bus as the was a non ac general bus. And in addition to this he parked the bus near perungaltur for half and hour forcing me to buy ticket, then i bought one ticket for my wife alone. This made inconvenience for all the 40+ passengers travelling in the bus which created entire chaos which reminded for 1 hour.
                              I am filing this grevicence against the conductor, and request the department to take necessary action on him as soon as possible.

                                This is informed you that one of the public and i want to raise the complaint against the mtc bus no: 517 ct (Tambaram to kovalam) &517 (Tambaram to vadanemmeli)
                                As i am travelling from kelambakkam to kovalam buses are not come in proper time especially in evening and night time. As they come according to the driver and conductor timing. Today was very worst condition happened, the evening time bus 5.00 pm, 6.00pm, 6.30 pm buses were didn't come even though the public waiting in peak hours. Many school &college students and grand parents are affected for this problem. Which was very difficult for us to reach the home. These condition happens 4 times within a week. Then the bus count at 5.00pm to 8.00pm is very less as many people travelling, so kindly increase the bus count in 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
                                Please take an immediate action against concern bus and a concern person.
                                Please do the needful action as soon as possible.

                                    We are travelling in tnstc bus from chennai to usilampatti and pnr no. T30520955 date of journey 04/02/2020 at 8pm (20.00hrs).

                                    The bus is ac it is fully packed and the driver is smoking while driving the vehicle around 8.30 pm,

                                    We requested him to stop because the smoke came inside and he neglected our request and continued to smoke and asked me to close the door.

                                    I have communicated the same to the conductor (Ph:[protected]). He requested to change the seat if you want.

                                        My self ranjiniperumal i have booked tnstc bus on 3/02/2020 from chidambaram to bangalore unfortunely am not able to catch the bus by that time. So i decided to catch bus at madappatu even though i informed to conductor that i will claim bus at madapattu, that time only they shouted on me like hell type, then to i requested them that i wont repeat again this, but they were behaved we rudely, even though they dint gave my seat also, i asked about my seat for that also they scolded, seriously i haven't face such irritating persons in my life journey too, and more over they came 45 mints late but they blamed my name at villupuram because of me they came late antha. So this many time i though tnstc safety and comfortable for journey but yesterday on wards very very fed-up of this incident please requesting your to take severe action against that driver and conductor tooo
