The bus from trichy to chennai 26/01/2020 10:45 pm bus number: tn 45 n 3631. The conductor on the day said bus will not go to tambaram. So he asked passengers to get down perugalathur at 5 am. I asked the reason, he replied due to traffic bus will not go to tambaram direction. He wanted to start for next trip at 8:30 am only from koyembedu, even though he was not ready to go tambaram direction. I was travel the same bus last month that conductor was good response person and travel via tambaram and he was passengers friendly. I request to higher official to inform the conductors to do passengers friendly. Don't do your favor, please keep in mind you are public servant. Thank you for understanding passenger grievance.

Amount debited but ticket not booked Today[protected] I had booked a ticket from Attur to chennai on 21 Jan 2020 (22.00; deluxe) . Amount Rs. 735 was debited from my bank account, but no ticket has been booked. I request you to kindly refund my amount to my bank account.

    Number of buses available to go to nit trichy is very less. Minimum waiting time is more than 2hrs. And most of the time conductor doesn't agree may be they are reluctant to work. Just because of lack of services available student has to suffer. There is no use of bus stand if buses are not available, better give this central bus stand in trichy in charity.

      I am government student. Students are waiting for bus. The bus will come but the bus will not stop the bus will go. Another bus come. It stop all students are going in bus. The bus driver railing shout. All are go in first bus why come this bus and telling bad words. Please action immediately. More students are affected by this driver. Bus evening 4:50 to 5:00 bus. Vangal to karur.

      Vedasandur is a hot town of dindigul district but facilities here are insufficient. Like transport, library, & public places. Provide more bus facilities for the town, it is a day long demand for this town. I hope it will be recovery soon. Thank you

        I aborded the bus in tiruchirappalli junction bus stand on the saying that the bus only stops at manappari and then at dindigul. The conductor also told that we woluld reach in about 2 hours. But instead the bus went into manappari and 4 other cities like vadamadurai and more. Deu to this i have missed an appointment. When asking the conductor why did he not say it clearly while he was shouting and saying the passengers to board the bus, he told us that it was our mistake that we sis not ask clearly and he will not do anything for that. There was no sticker on the bus also. His voice and manner of speaking was also not good. Dry to their mistake i have missed an important appointment.

          I am an advocate. I am travelling from salem to idappadi in tnstc bus bearing no. Tn 30 n 1887 on 25/01/2020. The bus started at salem new bus stand by around 5.25 am. I was sitting in the first seat just opposite to the driver seat. As i felt sleepy i just closed my eyes and sat.           Give proper personality training to the bus connductrs of 12g in chennai. Royapeta to kknagar, conductorsv are very rude behavior and no money returns in proper time, mishbehaving with the passengers. A conductor didn't give me the change till the last stop though i had been asked for 2times before the stop i had to get down. He behaves so rudely not didn't give money til i get down and argued with me once the stop came. They are rude in giving the balance money. Give them traiining to respect nd value the womenpassengers and senior citizens

            When i departed at srivilipututr Church stop at 5:26 pm today to Police colony (Sivakasi stop) Bus number is TN 67/N0299 towards Trithungal . The conductor behaved with me like a barbarous ### . He was talking with me as a primitive uncivilized person just that i have occupied a seat besides driver when none was there in the seat . Kindly give him a special counselling to behave with the customers in a professional demeanor. so that passengers feel happy during their journey.

              Honorable government undertaken tnstc,
              Vedasandur is a town in north district of dindigul. Here literacy rate as nearby 90 percentage. So large number of students in this town. They studied in an institution which is nearby town like dindigul, palani and faraway like tiruchy, coimbatore, karur, salem etc. So students should travel for long journey. And also population of vedasandur town as much of 25000 & local villages concluded the population which uses local rural transport which around over vedasandur town. So around 10000 people used the local & sub-irban transport. For that purpose, the locality people need more number of bus transport. But here sufficient bus facilities are not in the town. So provide more buses for the town to travel long distant areas. I hope the solution will give soon. Thank you

                tn bus issue

                I've boarded bus at 10:30 pm from mayiladuthurai to chennai, now the time is 2:41am, within 1hr i have to reach thiruvanmiyur, but still we're in starting point of the ecr due to bus having some technical issue. Without resolving the issue the bus will not move.
                Query: without checking before travelling how can take the bus to drive for long? Is the bus really got an approval from respective person before driving?? If some one having...

                I am booked sedc bus service from madurai to cuddalore journy date 19.01.2020 paid amount rs 283 through red bus application. At the time of journey the conductor was not allowed to me sit in my reserved seat no 22 and another un reserved person was sitting in my reserved place. I showed my booked e ticket and m ticket with my original i'd proof to contactor. But he was not accept e-ticket. He want only hard copy of e ticket other wise he instructed to me pay amount rs 252 get new ticket for madurai to cuddalore. Then after he collected rs 252 from me for new ticket madurai to cuddalore and he telling to me sit back side driver seat. My complaint was he has collected double amount rs 535 for single journey (Rs 283 reservation amount + rs 252 new ticket).

                  I don’t know whether this is the right platform to register complaint against tnstc conductor. If so i would like to register a complaint against one mr r gandhi. I used to travel frequently in the same bus (Bus no. Tn 38n 3366) coimbatore to tirupand the behaviour of this conductor is always very rude. When i got into the bus from ramanathapuram all the seats were occupied even in ladies seat gents were sitting. When i told this to the conductor he told he can’t tell the persons sitting in the ladies seat to change the seat. Nobody in the bus supported me. I would like to ask why are you putting ladies only stickers in the bus? As far as i know that seats are reserved for ladies only. When a lady comes she has every right to occupy the seat. This conductor was shouting like anything and was talking without any respect. He was reluctant to give balance money and was shouting. If this is the right platform i would like to register this complaint and request to take appropriate action against the conductor for violating rule and misbehaving. If not kindly let me know how to register complaint. Seeking for early reply

                    Respected tamil nadu transport departement,

                    This is to your kind notice, during festival seasons to and fro tranport for womens to certain places like salem to bangalore, hosur is more difficult since there are huge crowds around for same destinations.
                    This, im writing behalf of all womens who face trouble on these sepecial occasions.
                    Problems faced :
                    1. Womens /girls /ladies face difficulties to get seat in the bus as more crowd overloaded during occasions.
                    2. Womens never get seat for sitting since all gentlemen's run over to get their seats while on moving buses. (Once the bus gets into the bus stand).in some worse cases they push down womens /girls and never considering to help.
                    3. All gentlemen's occupy form no :1 seat to the last seat completely, they even never leave ladies seat too. I guess no conductor or driver is caring on seat arrangements for ladies.
                    4. This problems are faced only in tamil nadu buses. Other states buses are specific on ladies seat allocation.

                    I request the authority to take required steps to resolve this issue

                    Please allocate few ladies seats from number : - to number - for all buses during festive seasons. And please ensure no men should sit in those seats till filled by womens.

                    Please allocate separate buses for ladies i. E only for ladies during this special festive seasons only. This will reduce other problems and brings womens safety too.

                    I have brought these above points for your concern and actions. Please do needful at earliest.

                    Salem - chennai
                    Salem - krishnagiri.

                    Pondicherry Buses Route No: 83A are not operated properly.They skip the regular trip via Madurandhagam, Chunampet, Alathur, Marakanam and switch over to ECR . During Festival time mostly 2/6 trips are only operated.

                      I have left my laptop bag black colour in a tamil nadu bus on 19 jan 20 at around 11 pm in thiruvannamala bus stand the bus was going to bangalore and i requested the driver to wait for 2 min as i have to bring two more bags, but when i came back the bus was not there. I don't know the bus number.in the bag two dress. The bag have three sections. Sugar medicine are inside the bag. Please help me to trace the bag. While crossing panruti driver suddenly says bus wont go to koliyanur cross road. When i request he says bus is only for driver and conductor not for public people.                           Hi sir,

                          I asked the driver for whom you are driving the bus public or for you. He replied for him he was driving for him not for public. My suggestion is he is not fit for public transport. Many people are waiting for job .you can dismiss these kind of people and add new members.

                              I'm a student on my way to college from kodaikanal. As i preparing to board the bus. The bus conductor speaks harshly towards me and when my father also asked him, he also started to talk harshly towards him and didn't let us board the bus. The bus no is 02225, i think. He has previously done this before and he just doesn't care about what we say. Please take action towards him, since going to the police would make it worse and worse.

                                I booked the ticket using tnstc online booking system to travel from kumbakonam to bangalore on 18-jan-2020, also i have received a m-ticket with pnr number (T[protected] which was fine until that point. But i tried to do partial cancellation due to one passenger not well to travel on the mentioned day. After login i came to know that none of ticket is available in mentioned side neither to cancel nor to take print-out, which was shocked me, so i called customer care but this also is not working properly to have justification at that time. This things is completely is the annoying and made me in trouble

                                  I am dr. A. Kalyani, working as chief medical officer at perunkudi corporation hospital, i have to report for duty by 8.00. A. M. I used to catch bus from cit nagar bus stop daily, most of the days the buses from t. Nagar bus terminus does not stop at cit nagar bus stand or stands 200 mts away from said bus stand.
                                  On 18.01.2020 at about 7.43 a. M. The bus no. 519, having its registration no. Tn 01 an 2250, which goes to thiruporur, stands 200 mts away from cit nagar bus stand, i along with 2 other elderly persons runs after the bus, when i questioned the conductor of the bus, about not stopping of bus at bus stand, he replied that he is not bound to stop the bus at cit nagar bus stand and further he advised me to catch next bus, so as to go for duty. It is pertinent to say that the bus is at most empty, hardly less than 15 passengers are alone there in the bus.
                                  You may kindly take necessary steps to ensure that all buses should stand in the cit nagar bus stand without fail and advise your driver and conductor to discharge their service towards the welfare of the public and oblige.

                                    Hi,. Am suresh from attur. Am plan to go for dindivanam in tnstc bus from kallakurichi. But they are not allowed to get in the bus. They said only allowed for direct chennai. Not allowed for dindivanam. All bus doing like that only. I[censored] want to go dindivanam you need to take chennai ticket like they are telling.
