Today (04/07/2019) morning (8:45 am) when i was travelling to my destination in bus route number 20a and the bus number was tn.38 n.2003, the conductor was purposefully making bad contacts with me as well as most of the female passengers in the bus which was a much embarrassing and irratable act. I kindly request you to take necessary action regarding this misbehaviours act of the conductor and need not want this to happen in future. I could see the name of the conductor in his name plate since it was inverted and not visible and moreover i wanted to register this complaint without knowing to his knowledge so i didn't ask for his name.

    Today on 3rd july 2019 in bus number tn23n2666 (From chennai to chittor) the bus conductor asked me rs100 extra for my luggage which was not very heavy also, when i asked for receipt he said he will not give it printed receipt, after insisting he said he will give receipt written with pen, if i want but not printed one, i did not took that bus then.

      Hello team,

      This is regarding the govermemt bus insufficiency from arcot to kanchipuram and tambaram. Their is only limited govermemt bus running on the mentioned route so people's on the locality (Public) is depending on private transit which is running based on their requirements. During weekdays (Beginning of the week after weekend) majority of public is suffering and getting frustrated as their is no proper bus availability on the route of arcot to kanchipuram and tambaram.

      Thought their is buses from which come via this route. Only few bus stops on arcot bypass during the beginning of week buses do not come into ranipet, walaja and go by bypass as the bus gets full on vellore and on the way to arcot itself.

      Hence the public who need to go to tambaram or kanchipuram from. Arcot, ranipet & walaja need to wait for hours many times or depend on private buses.

      Hence kindly requesting to increase the bus frequency from arcot to kanchipuram and tambaram, it could help majority of public who is traveling in this route even on daily basis or who visit their native on weekends.

      Wishing that their would be some change coming up regarding this query

      Am [protected]@sriperumbathur, i got a arni bus @sriperukbathur for ocheri, for that bus ocheri stop is avail but he told that he can't stop for one man TN25 N0441
      Daily am traveling in Tirunelveli to thirumalaiyappapuram through bus number 129. Fare is Rs.27 only upto 10days before.. now conductor told ticket fare increased 1rupees.. now fare is 28, this changes not announced in any of the newspaper. Please inform Whom to increase the ticket fare and what purpose to increased the fare.
      The conductor charges for extra luggage in a government bus. The bus is D 08 from Denkanikottai to Hosur bus stand. Please take necessary action. He doesn't speak properly to lady customer and is harassing. The conductor's name is A Murugan.

        Hello team,

          I took ticket from trichy to oddanchattram. I gave 505 rs. The ticket is only 105 and forget to get back the balance 400. Suddenly i remember that while bus in manaparai. So i asked the conductor. I said him to check the cash and give my balance. He checked twice and said that all amount are tally. But i suspect him, he was lying, because i bring only one 500 note with me. And i didnot get balance from him. So i am sure about that i have give only 500 note to get ticket. Bus number is tn 57 n 2307. His name is rajesh. Kindly do needful.

            I took the bus no 3075 in vellore at 3:30 pm on 30the june 2019 and the board is showing tss and they charged rs. 160 instead of rs. 158 from everyone. It should reach krishnagiri at 5:30 pm but reached at 6 pm only. Please sort this kind of nonsense driving very slowly to their convenient and expecting to reach hosur at 7pm instead of 6:30 pm which is the actual time.

              I request bus driver to stop of pass my one toilet. He told that why can't you pass this on toll - gate.. I told this night time i slept now only it came. So please stop for a minute, i request him, but he told wait for 20mints. I asked why, i'll stop in hotel that place have toilet go there. More than half an hour. I tolrated and give me a statement that he can stop only old age people only.. What is going on..
              Bus no : tn o1 an 0012, date : 29/06/2019. Timing : 9:00.. Incident timing : 11: 25 to 12 :00.. Please take right action.

                Bus no py. 01. Bv.5824 this bus stand in coimbedu bus stand i asked one conductor this bus go to tindivanam he said yes. Their board also mentioned this bus going to pondicherry via tindivanam. So i go and seat the bus. Bus get started to go at the running time another one conductor came he asked ticket i asked to him to tindivanam he said this bus going to by bass so don't have a stop tindivanam. After then i take a ticket to perungalathur. Unnecessarily wast of time and money also.

                  Hi,

                  Bus no. 111a gandhipuram to gandhipuram via thudiyalur is taking long breaks at thudiyalur stop, wasting precious times of the travelers. On 28/06/2019 at around 5 p. M., they took nearly 20 minutes break for having tea/coffee and giving no respect to people's time who are eager to reach their respective destinations. This trend of stopping at thudiyalur was not there few years back. This is totally unacceptable and i urge the authorities to look in this matter seriously and take appropriate action.

                    This is inform that the conductor guy cheated me, i took a bus (Bus no tn29n2940 mp24580c) dated 28/06/2019. Time 4pm, the conductor is demanding for money saying 60 /- rupees. Iam regularly travelling from electronic city to madiwala check post paying rupees 35/- from the same buses. And he didn’t provide me tickets also please look into it and do needful to me and after demanding he gave me a ticket.

                      When i get into the bus i searched for seats. Conductor asked me to sit in the conductor seat. So i sat on conductor seat and bus gets started. After 10 minutes i tried to close the window as more air is coming. Driver shouted on me to open the window
                      Driver : yae olunga door ah open pannu.
                      Me: opened the door
                      Driver : olunga rules therinjittu vandhu ukkaaru. Illanaa pinnadi poi ukkaarunnu soltu.. Pinnadi irundha vera oru ponna vandhu en seat ah exchange pannikka sonnaru.. Naa mudiyaadhunnu sonna.. Adhuku appo olungu mariyaadhaiya door ah close pannadhannu sonnaru
                      And also podi nu enna soltu thitinaaru

                      What is this??
                      Is this a respect for a girl traveling from her home town to a working place??
                      Who gave the rights for him to scold with abusive words like podi??

                        Frequency of mini bus s87 is very worst. Could you please raise the count of s87 with frequency gap of 15 minuites. We are waiting daily atleast half an hour to one hour.
                        Its really hard that women's are standing in bus stop. Please take this complaint as serious.
                        In koyambedu other mini buses like "s31, s60" are correctly arriving on time, but s87 mini bus is only big head ache. Many peoples are waiting for this bus, after particular time, they get irritated and get any other buses. People's time waste, money waste, energy waste.

                          I was waiting for the 75a bus at bus stop. When i see the bus i just run over there to board that bus. The conductor who has the name shakthivel saw me when i run over there to take bus, i call over there to wait. He offended me and just went and didn't wait for me to take up the bus. It is not the first time i have seen in 3 times he did same thing to some people. This incident was so hurtful and i kindly request you to take action immediately.

                            I am travelling from thirukovilur to sankarapuram of villupuram district daily.. After 6.15 am.. Next bus is only by 7.40 am.. Near about 1.5 hrs no buses at morningg..in middle of this path..3 govt high schools were there.. For them class starts by 8.30.. So bus what they hiring is extremely crowd.. They travelling daily in foot path of bus along with bags.. This might lead to they may hit at barriers on road.. Please provide at least one bus middle of this time.. Thank you

                            I travelled from Kanchipuram to Tambaram using 155 Bus on 17 June 2019 at 4.10 AM. I reached Tambaram by 5.10 AM. I lost my Badminton Kit (Li-Ning) in bus. Bus number mentioned in ticket is TN21N1391. It belongs to Orikkai panimanai as per ticket. Kindly help me to get my kit back.

                              Daily i travelled tirunelveli town to thirumalaiyappapuram (Tirunelveli new bus stand to kadayam bus no 129). When the time of last time increased bus fare they charged rs.26/- now a days they gave ticket for rs.28/- without any notification given.
                              I want to know the ticket fare of tirunelveli town to thirumalaiyappapuram?
                              I want to know when the date of increased the ticket fare last time and where to inform the incresed fare?

                                I am travelling from madurai to coimbatore bus number tn 38 n 3351 and my ticket number a53395 conductor never returned the change amount i have gave amount 500+13 rs while bus departs from tirumangalam he said he vae balanve amount during that time my took cash feom mu pocket to check coins request you take necessary action as i have reminded him twice to check the collection amount he said that he gave back amount but am sure he never returned cash back

                                Dear sir,

                                  Tn-01-an-0121. At ist time i was reporing by bus stand 7.15 pm and show the maximam passenger is filled. I ask conducter where was my sit?? The conductior tall me your sit is too back pls avealing near front sit so we are donne.

                                  Near about 9.35 he was stand a bogas daba for night diner then conducter is driving as wall as 12.30 am without booking passenger was ride and 2.00 a. M. Without passenger is ride and 3.00 am without passenger ride the total bus is vender.

                                  We are protest himmm but nobody do anything. I request himmm pls do punes those driver and conducter and want explaction. I was bad idea about your traspotration and i was never book as all as massge all frends.

                                    There were three ecr route pondy bus today at 10 am in koyambedu. But they were not allowing pudhupattinam passenger to get inside the bus saying the bus is point to point and will not stop in pudhupattinam. This is happening for years and why no strict action is yet taken. To my knowledge all pondy bus stops in pudhupattinam. If we ask this the bus drivers and conductors speak bad words and insult us.

                                      We reserved tickets from kum to chennai 201c 5 tickets. Ticket charge for one ticket in online is 296... While travelling they are asking 20 rupees extra for each tickets.. Then they gave tickets worth of 285 but i paid 316.. May i know the reason for this like while starting journey why they are asking extra amount? Please help me on this issue with permanent solution

                                        The Branch Manager, Erode division Thirupur branch has issued a circular dated 21.06.2019 instructing all the conductors not to accept ten rupees coins from the passengers and the same can't be accepted in the depots, which instructions are against RBI guidelines, when the ten rupees coins are legal tender in India.
                                        This circular is widely shared in the social media like Facebook, giving disrepute to the TN Govt Transport Corporation.
                                        Kindly take necessary decipliniary action against the Branch Manager and give suitable instructions to all the depots to ensure legal tender of ten rupees coins.
