I'm a girl standing in Salem bustand around 3 am. I was going to my home by travelling about 2 hrs but driver and conductor will not allow me to travel because their only intension is to allow passenger for long distance travel.I was waiting here for more than half an hour kindly take an action.im attached their bus number.they should be punished because its illegal one....

I am a daily passenger of 29C. Most of the times there are no timely buses and office going people suffer a lot due to this and the conductors don't come on time to collect the tickets so it's even getting late when they stop in the middle for the same. I get in a bus no TN-38-N-4293 to kaliyakkavilai from Kottar near nagarcoil around15.05 hrs of 18/06/19.The conductor shouted that get down from the bus. I asked the reason.At that time he insult me with bad words in front of all passengers.He asked me to pay Rs 35/- to Kaliyakkavilai .I pay 35 Rs and collect my ticket.He shouting me when he pass through near to me in the travel. 16/6/19 in this date i traveled kalpakkam to puducherry i paid a ticket fare 75rs per person but next day i travel puducherry to kalpakkam i paid ticket fair 100rs per person...i asked to conductor he tell the ticket rate was increased yesterday night...i travelled in normal rate bus not s.e.t.c ...the conductor not give any correct reason ..i paid totally 300rs for 3 person....

Salem to coimbatore all express bus conductor can't issue the ticket from kondalampatti bypass to perumanallur.. They are issuing the ticket like salem to perumanallur and they are charging 93/- rupees.. I don't know why they are doing like this.. I submit that I travelled Salem to Tiruvanamallai on[protected] through TNSTC - Tamil Nadu Government Bus vide vehicle No. TN30N1338. The bus is full of Passengers. Only conductor seat is vacant. The conductor goes to collect the tickets from passengers. I goes to occupy the conductor seat for rest of time. Suddenly the driver spoken rashly. I request the driver, the conductor came I will vacat. But conductor speak rashly....

Driver was very rude and impolite, doesn't have any hospitality attitude, He was haressing me for questioning whether the bus reaches my destination and Bus doesn't even have the required Name Board. And required route no. Kindly take serious action on the driver, bcoz people are not willing to come in this route bcoz of his behaviour.

The buses from koyambedu to pattinapakkam is not sufficient because the bus travels via t .nage, pondy bazzar, mylapore, there are several number of people who are working in those busy areas prefer buses to travel. Also the drivers are not following the regular time to depart and arrive the destination place where after 5.30 pm the buses are not coming in the regular intervals, because of which passengers are waiting for long time and also...

I am Santhosh. I came from Uthangarai, krishnagiri. I reached poonamalle at 1.15 AM. I want to reach Tambaram. I am waiting here till 3.02 AM, still now. But no buses came here for tambaram. This bus is passing from salem to thuraiyur via vazhapady. From vazhapady, This bus stops only in major stops like singipuram, thimmanaickanpatti, malliakarai only and avoiding in between stops between the 7kms and next 7 kms. While returning from thuraiyur to salem, they are following the same way. The TNSTC should take necessary actions on the bus driver and conductor regarding this otherwise I'll lodge a case against TNSTC as I have collected...

Hello TN government..I'm traveling every week in Gudiyatham to Bangalore at the time of 3:00 pm on these bus..These fare is changing simultaneously.. previous week these fare 200 rupees..But these week[protected] at 3:00 pm ) bus fare is 205 rupees..At the same problem Bangalore to pallikonda fare is 200 in Tamil Nadu buses..But Karnataka buses having only 190 rupees charges.. I traveled from Coimbatore GH to Echanari at 10-June-2019, Morning 8.00 AM. Bus No.TN 38, N1944 and conductor was't wearing ID Car / Name Batch. One of men senior citizen traveled along with me from same boarded point. Usually, for Echanri Routs under bridge construction. So, Echanari would be last stop. This route only having Super-Deluxe Bus (Utter Worst Conditioned Bus ever in Coimbatore), which is having High Fair than usual buses. Example....

Bus No. TN 23 CD 5959 RAJA BUS SERVICE from Vellore to thiruvanamalai didn't let me to take the bus and mentioned in a insulting way that only polur and thiruvanamalai ticket taking people alone can get in the bus now. Because of few services like this our transportation services fails to give the correct services for the citizens. Please take required action or make sure these private services has only minimal option and give more government...

Bus no tn58n0000, tnstc madurai from erode to madurai dated sunday, 9th june 2019 time around 10.30pm . Before the last seat, window was unable to close . It was night time, can't sit with my mom, very disappointed with TNSTC service. Previously i was respect on your service. But today everything washed off. Please requesting you to provide atleast minimum comfort zone for passengers .

We are travelling from vellore to Chennai.The conductor of bus No.TN 23 N 2125 at 1650 hrs on 08 June 2019 denied us to allow trolley suitcase in the bus and behaving rudely.There was no any such rule for not carrying trolley suitcase, though we are ready to pay luggage fare for the same.we have reported to the BM at Vellore bus stand, but no effective response.
